I came in the other day looking for a wiring harness on a 2008 Cadillac DTS for the rear fuel pump and Carlos was very professional and very helpful. Definitely recommend.

Business hours are ridiculously short. 9am to 4:30pm isn't even a full 8 hour day.

Told me one price for a part, came back the next day and pulled the part, and the price went from under $70 to over $110. Pretty annoying...

I came in looking for an alternator for my truck at the CO Springs location and was helped by an employee named Cesar I believe. He was very knowledgeable and really cool. I enjoyed his support

Excellent alternative for those hard to find, really expensive parts! Would've recd 5stars but ,.. hmm how should I put this- as much as they are an excellent source for parts as I've mentioned above , they know that and are mighty proud of it. Expect environmental fees for a little switch and core charges for wheels and springs.... Those fees stack up and I'd love to see what account those extra charges really go in to on their GL.... Bahaha

Came in looking for a caliper for a 98 Dodge Durango found it very quickly was in and out in 10 minutes Cesar is the man hooked me up with a vip acct and explained all the benefits best parts guy Ive dealt with in all of the springs!

They have everything organized and pretty much whatever parts you might need.

Staff is the informative and helpful full its like a play ground for parts people

We normally buy up in Denver cause that’s where we live, but we recently drove down to Colorado Springs to get some doors. This Colorado Springs facility was great! Everyone was so friendly and professional! Just really made an impression on us. Wish everybody in the business was that professional and friendly.

UPDATE 1/8/26: If I could rate this company in the negatives, I would. We got the bill of sale by having to go to location AND the call center finally sent it to us. Why couldn’t we be given this the day we gave you the dang car?! The problem with this is we were advised by the Colorado Springs location that we would be getting an email to “release the vehicle” so that U Pull and Pay does their job to tell the DMV we no longer have the car and that they own it (it’s literally already on their lot). They haven’t sent that document. They have lied, wasted our time and been useless through this entire process. Now almost two months later, U Pull and Pay hasn’t done anything with the title or DMV so we are having to figure it out and still have no proper direction. You guys suck. Don’t try apologizing until it’s fixed. Do not sell your car to these people. They won’t give you proof of sale, they will make you work for it, causing DMV issues end everything. They have a call center that’s not even local with useless people too that have no information as we were told by “Cara” that “she doesn’t know what email it comes from, when it will show up, or how long the process takes”. You suck.

I haven’t shopped the junkyard, but U-Pull-&-Pay towed away my junk car for free and paid cash on the spot. They were even able to schedule me for the day after I called. I hope I don’t have to junk another vehicle any time soon, but if I did, I would go with U-Pull-&-Pay.

Great for all auto parts. They honor all military and first responders also.

It's a great place, but the people who are pulling the parts are disrespectful, parts have been broken by people who don't know how to even have a clue what that are doing, and Thay make a mess and that makes it dangerous for us all.

Very rude employees my husband went in parked in the wrong area was unaware of it and an employee happened to drive up decided to be completely disrespectful yelling and cussing at my husband about it being his spot and employee so my husband shook off the disrespect and moved our vehicle he then started to yell and be disrepectfu again I will not recommend this place to any friends or family we have never had a problem here before have always came here until today we will never do business here again and will make sure to let everyone else know. The employee was not held accountable for his actions until held accountable he will continue to treat customers like trash extremely unacceptable and unprofessional

No romanticism here. It’s a typical salvage yard. But, they’re helpful, they’re friendly and they’re present when you need something. They know their inventory and guide you along the way and offer help. That’s has not been my previous experience at other salvage yards. I’ve come here a number of times, it’s far out of my way, but I’ll keep coming back since each time it’s been a good experience.

I went to this place today ti return a Kia sorento 2014 front rotor because didn't fit my sorento 2015. I had lost the receipt but one of the guys told me I could exchange for different parts, went after a few days back with tools this time to pull the parts and one of the jerk dudes on the costumer service telling me I could only get rotor and nothing else but they don't have the rotor fits my car. I will definitely will share this others to be careful of this place.

I have rebuilt my jeep after breaking it so many times with parts from this location. Bring your own tools! They do rotate vehicles/rows so always got to check what’s in. I also got a really nice vintage camper from them. Awesome staff has always been courteous.

I'm going to have to stop going to u pull n pay Colorado Springs unless it's an emergency. The prices have gone way up and don't try to use the excuse "tariffs", considering it's used parts already in the U.S. I can get the same parts new from Amazon for nearly same price. I used to love going to u pull n pay. Not anymore.

Prices are a little hit or miss but for the bigger stuff this place has always been a life saver. Honestly as a car repair novice sometimes taking the part out with low stakes is helpful before installing it with higher stakes.

Been coming here over a year for just about anything I can think off for my Blazer. It's a great experience when you bring friends and the proper tools. Staff at the front is very helpful and friendly. They will provide assistance if needed

READ BEFORE PURCHASING CARS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I came here to say goodbye to my baby after 6 years of ownership. I came here to JUNK my car, not have it resold!!! These shady people are trying to sell my 2009 WHITE NISSAN MAXIMA with SEVERE MOLD and TRANSMISSION ISSUES for $3,200!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS VEHICLE AS IT IS UNSAFE!!!! They claimed it “passed their inspection”, and I am upset because I didn’t even know you could resell a car I junked for $550. I didn’t sell it for a reason you guys!!!!!!!!! Update: I had already spoken to a manager before they replied with this dumb response. He basically said “oh well”. So please be careful purchasing cars here.

If you need a used car part, this is the place to go. A wide selection of ever changing vehicle inventory, including domestic and imports awaits you at UP&P in Colorado Springs. Granted, you have to do the work (U Pull) but you’ll be rewarded with a quality used part at a reasonable price (U Pay). Personally, I’ve been a customer for years and I continue to recommend UP&P to friends and strangers alike. Customer service at the lot is top notch, the online inventory system is invaluable, and the prices are fair. UP&P is worth the trip.

I really want to LOVE this place. The employees seem nice and educated. Online seems to be accurate, good sales and specials. Today was my first time in, and there were so many screws, bolts and nails in the customer parking lot, I wont be back until it's addressed! I can save $20 buying a used part, having to replace a $225 tire! Come on team, do better! Clean that front lot-

Huge selection of cars to choose from. It was my first time going there and the staff was very nice and informative. Your first time there is free admission and only $2 after. You can go in and out several times in one day as long as you get a stamp. They provide a limited tools to use so you definitely want to bring your own. They also have wheel barrels that you can use for big parts. Overall great experience and i will be returning!

Fun for all! We needed a few random bits off a few random vehicles. Well stocked junkyard. Found everything we needed very easily. We also found someone's face as well as a candy van that still had candy in it.
