Miserable human beings. Already filed a formal complaint with the BBB. Amy and her other front desk warriors are rude and disrespectful and not helpful. We were told AFTER his bill was paid he couldn’t get his car. And “your husband just doesn’t like the answer he was given and I’m sure you’ll write a review.” So now, if anything is damaged on my husbands car, we will sue any and everybody involved. Including Amy. Seems how she wants to be in charge of everything.

Nobody likes to get their car towed but I made the mistake of parking in someone else's spot My bad.. I went down to get my vehicle and the women in the office were so nice and accommodating I appreciate Y'all being so down to earth

Midnight towing is supposed to be 24 hrs but everytime i call after 5pm they dont answer or return calls. They are supposed to service my apartment complex but dont seem to want our business. My property management called there to verify the tow hours and we were told they should be answering the after hours line. Its a week later and they still won't answer after 5pm. Terrible way to run a business and I would give zero star rating if it would let me. I hope my apartments switch to a new tow company. I have let them know about the continued non answering of calls for tow.

Steer clear of this company. They destroyed 2 of my tires while towing my electric vehicle. The vehicle was obviously dragged down the road. They told me it could be from "hard braking." Hard braking would effect the front tires, not the rear. Anyone ever see hard braking causing this type of damage? Note: Tires had 6,000 miles on them at the time they destroyed them. They refuse to pay for the tires. They have an F rating with the BBB for a reason.

Damaged my motorcycle and when confronted about it they got rude and belligerent. Do not use this company Reply to their comment: I have included the damage they caused. They claimed they had to look at photos they took so I told them to go. The man started to remove the dirt they filled my exhaust with. I told him don't touch my property. They already damaged it enough. He got mad and told me "I could get off his property" and refused to look at his "photos." That is when I advised I'd be getting my lawyer involved. Don't let these people lie to you. They are a joke

Worst company ever to deal with they broke my shift cable and left me stranded after getting my truck back from them you can clearly see where they duck taped it and tried to hide from there mistake.

Can even give a star for the fact there Front desk is very unprofessional and rude. Call to tell him my situation about my car and figure out my car situation and the front desk had a nerve to mock me and tell me to stop talking and wanna give him my information about my car and if they had it or anything like that, they will not give out the owners number. This business needs to go out of business. They are legally taking peoples cars and not communicating with them that they have their cars or anything. Especially Sarah the front desk she’s very unprofessional does not know how to talk to any of the customers with respect hanging up on me and not giving my legal information about my vehicle.

These people are AWFUL! I feel sorry for them. They are sad, angry people. Do NOT call them for help!! They need to get closed down! And when I politely encouraged them to be nice to people who need them, they insulted my family! Wow! Clearly no one else is happy either so my 1 star won’t make a dent in their review stats.

I had an excellent experience with Midnight Recovery Towing. They handled a vehicle repossession for me and exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and communicative. The team clearly knew what they were doing and carried out the job with precision and care. I appreciated how smooth and discreet the process was — they truly made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend their services if you need a reliable, experienced towing company that gets the job done right.

It should be illegal to conduct business with these people. Doing the dirty work of taking your property for the simple mistake of parking in your own apartment complex in a "reserved" spot. Technically I don't even know if they have my car right now because they also don't notify ANYONE they took your property. I was happy to just go pay the fee for my mistakes but they don't open until Monday?!?!?? They can't even have the courtesy of opening every day so that people can retrieve their property the next day instead of having them quit all their plans for the weekend. I hope they go bankrupt

We consistently use this company for towing vehicles from our lot, and they never disappoint! The entire team is always professional, efficient, and incredibly kind. A special shoutout to Mike, who went above and beyond with his courteous and professional service. It's refreshing to work with a company that values both speed and customer service. Highly recommend!

This tow company is unreperdible and dishonest. I recovered most of my personal property out of my vehicle from they're Littleton lot on the 19th of March. After it was repossessed per request of Ent credit union, on the 15th of March. My mother and I made contact with Mike upon entering, and gathered my belongings. As I started to retrieve my subwoofer and amplifier, I was curtly stopped by Mike. Stating I couldn't do that on the lot, but iterated that I could, with lien holder permitting, grab them from the auction lot. And he assured me they would be there. Then he proceeded to recount a story of a previous ordeal, with someone else removing an amp and sub. And leaving the power wire connected to the battery, but open and consequenctally caused a fire. Now after recovering my vehicle on the 27th of March from Manheim Denver, it was found with the subwoofer and amplifier removed. With the wires running to the amp cut with a wire cutter, and the straps securing the sub from sliding were unscrewed and the screws not to be found. And then the power wire was found to be disconnected from the battery and tucked behind the fuse box. And all they keep saying is they watched the video and nothing is seen to be removed, but don't acknowledge the fact that they transported the vehicle to Manheim in Aurora from Littleton. And Manheim has provided photos showing the vehicle arriving without subwoofer and amplifier. But I'm suppose to believe midnight upon they're word. Yea I think not I'll be seeking legal remedies!

I asked the driver why my vehicle was being towed. They stated it was due to non-payment for three months. I then asked if they had verified the vehicle number. I had to argue with them to confirm it wasn't my vehicle. They finally released it after I threatened to take legal action. My vehicle has been fully paid off.

TERRIVLE SERVICE... i came here exactly at 10 and they were rude and late. i kept calling cus i have valuables in the car and this is messed up this is not how you treat people. irritating cus i came yesterday at 10 and was told that i was late to my appointment 5 minutes late and still got told if i was to call them to let them know that i was 5 min late then they wouldve accepted it well it was bs cus i was just 5 min late. came today and theyre LATE! but it was a problem for me to be late? make it make sense. terrible TERRIBLE SERVICE

Completely understand why this company has nothing but 1 stars as a towing company. Seen towing companies with better reviews than them with 4-5 star ratings that are actually good people who give warnings on cars or have proper signage up, and it makes sense why these guys are a "LLC". Easy to jump ship for llcs or abandoned if anything happens and to rebrand to a new name. Signs should be implemented with arrows saying no parking/residents only parking every few spaces to indicate you can't park in an area while it says owners towed at their own expense. Seems a bit suspicious that there are none or it's not indicated as a company who says they put their own signs up. It looks like signs used to be on post in area for no parking/resident only parking but taken down or removed. Not a good company, most likely the offices of areas run a scheme together with the company and get a % cut of every vehicle towed off the property. Targeting more lower income areas, nicer areas and better tow truck companies always have proper signs up on places and have no parking signs up if can't park in certain spots or lots that make it super obvious for people. Even offices should communicate that better for visitors of the area unless they run a scheme together to get their % cut. Not hard to do, be better and do better. Walking lawsuit waiting to happen

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! To start, their staff was more than five minutes late. No one answered the phone over the weekend to give us any clue as to whether the vehicle we had was there or not. Two of the employees brought their dogs and the dark haired lady with the pit bull was late and rude! The towing yard where they store their cars is so unorganized you have to do a ten point turn to get out of the parking space!! I am extremely upset that this is how the company is ran. It is not professional at all. I will not recommend this company to anyone for anything and I honestly believe they don’t deserve the 1.7 stars they have.

These people are POS!! Towed my brand new vehicle because my old car was in the shop. They have major attitudes. Not helpful at all. Bought a totally different vehicle because they violated the one I wanted. Wouldn't let them tow me if I was broken down during a blizzard and they offered to help for free!!!! Would give them a quarter of a star if I could. Horrendous!!!

Tbh it was my fault my car got picked up from these guys because of miscommunication between me and the company I lease my vehicle from and once I got everything settled today i called them up an hour before they closed and I showed up 30 minutes before they closed for the day and I was literally in and out in under 5 minutes so no complaints on my end my car was completely find and the way I left it

I would like someone from the company to explain how you can tow from a spot that does not have one sign posted why you would do that? You say it’s a fire lane with zero posting about it? I’ve parked here since I moved in over 3 months ago, I have looked for signs to make sure because they already towed my car once. No signs!! No nothing, then I wake up to my car gone again. I’m so over this apartment complex.

If I could give zero, I would. They towed my car because my handicap tag wasn’t up. I understand they’re following the rules so I wasn’t upset. But the lady I was on the phone with got passive aggressive and I had been crying all morning thinking my car got stolen so I was anxious and apologized for whatever I did. She started screaming at me saying stuff like “I NEVER SAID YOU WERE BEING RUDE?! WHEN DID I SAY THAT?!” I was just apologizing if I came off as rude, I was just anxious. I’m hoping I’ll be able to speak to a manager about my experience because that was absolutely unacceptable.

This company will damage a vehicle in the process of towing and being in their yard and refuse to take accountability. My daughters truck was towed and upon her recovering the vehicle she noticed a taillight damage. When she contacted the company regarding the damage the boss wants to act like they picked the vehicle up with the damage. They will not admit to fault to any type of damage even when they are at fault. This company is shady and their business practice is less than satisfactory. I would never recommend this company for anything

I had my car towed last night at midnight while I was asleep. There was no notice posted before hand. When I woke up to take my daughter to school and get to work, I thought my car was stolen. I called the police and everything only to find out that it was towed. Not only did I have to miss a day of work, but I didn’t have the $237 they were trying to get me to pay. I plan on doing something about this because when I asked the lady at the desk she claimed they didn’t need to give me any notice. My parking permit was in the car but unfortunately it got unstuck from the windshield. They also didn’t call me back even though I called 7 times from the time they opened. They removed the storage fee for me after I started crying but they show no mercy. I understand that it is their job to provide towing for not apartment complex, however I have lived there for over a year and never had my car towed. Let alone without notice.

I wish you could give negative stars. We have had to deal with these lovely people for about a year now. The first time, they towed my husband's truck with no notice, we went to get it and they refused to comply with the law passed in November of 2022. They made us pay almost 400 dollars to get the truck and were very aggressive and condescending for the entire interaction. We did dispute the claim and got our money back for that because it was illegal. We also filed with the Public Utilities Commission. They disappeared for months and then recently showed up and harassed me for a week attempting this time to take my car. I have a parking permit and was parked in the lot in the apartment complex. I don't currently have a plate on the car but am in the process of fixing that. It was parked on private property and the spot was paid for and registered with THEIR COMPANIES STICKER. I attempted to explain this the first night and they told me that means nothing and that they would need to hear from the property manager. They then came again, the police were called they released my car. The next morning I spoke to my property manager who sent an email to the towing company and included my husband in the email requesting they specifically not tow my car. That email was sent on a Wednesday at 10:15. My car was left alone for 2 nights I thought all was well. I woke up Saturday to my car gone. I called and was told there is no list that says "do not tow" but the manager would be in at 8 am. I called back at 8 they told me I would need to set up an appointment but they would release my car for free to me. I showed up that afternoon to pick my car up, and both ladies in the office were rude, condescending and aggressive immediately and would not let me speak. I attempted to speak up and say that I didn't understand why they were being snappy since I wasn't rude, and that my property manager said that they shouldn't be towing anyone that has a sticker and they told me they could keep my car until Monday for calling them "snatchy". I attempted to correct them and say I said snappy to which one lady said just get her car and get her out of here. I didn't say anything, got my car and left. I will be filing another complaint with the Public Utilities Commission, and our first report is in the first stages of investigation. I don't know how the people that work here feel good about what they do, or even just how they interact with people and I feel sorry for what their home lives must be like. I do hope the company gets shut down and they all move on to something better for everyone, including them.

Been towed twice in less than a month from my own apartment (my fault of course), however they were hilarious and very friendly! Customer service is 10/10, if I had to get towed again, I'd definitely choose them. It'll probably happen again....

Hello to the good people of Midnight Recovery! My name is Samuel. I'm writing to commend you for your venerable and vigilant commitment to towing cars. About three months ago, I found myself in quite the pickle. You see, my car — a black Infiniti G37x — was parked in the visitor parking area at my girlfriend's apartment. When I arrived at her apartment that evening, she registered my car for visitor parking. I pranced into her apartment, joyfully oblivious to the deplorable deeds that would unfold that night. When dusk fell upon the Springs, an enormous white pickup truck careened off the road, smashed through a metal fence, plunged down a small cliff, and SLAMMED into the side of my Infiniti — then vanished into the night, like a raccoon into a mulberry bush! Of course, at such a wee hour, I was happily snoozing in my wittle jammies, so I didn't know that something was amiss. However, the next morning, as I trudged to my car to begin the drive to work, I found that my car was — er, how do you say — proper wuffed. The windows were destroyed, the doors were warped, and MOST alarmingly, my car was nearly sideways in the parking lot! So, what was my first reaction? As I'm sure you could imagine, it was horror! Shock! Bewilderment beyond belief! You see, after sustaining such tremendous damage from the rogue pickup truck the previous night, my car was taking up TWO spaces in the parking lot. TWO! I was utterly appalled at the notion that I might, in the eyes of some watchful vigilante, be illegally parked. Now, to the point. I am writing to thank you. When I inspected the damage on my car that morning, I found a wonderful note from Midnight Recovery, informing me that my car was, in fact, parked in two spaces, and would be towed if I didn't correct it by the end of the day. Ah! The relief! The bliss! I struggle to convey the immense joy I felt, knowing that our Justice System™ was in such good hands. It reminded me of a scene I happened upon just a few months earlier: (An elderly woman was robbed by a violent thief, who pushed her into the middle of the street. As she struggled to get to her feet to escape the oncoming traffic, a heroic police officer stepped into the road, reached down, and handed her a ticket for jaywalking. Oh, praise the Lord! To think she might have played a part in not one, but TWO miscarriages of justice — first, a robbery, and second, an undetected jaywalk!). But wait, dear reader! Before I end my story, I must share one more detail. As a crafty and morally onerous car owner, I contrived a cunning ploy to test the nobility of Midnight Recovery, once and for all! That morning, I decided to call the company and PRETEND to be upset about the situation, trying to coax them into giving ground, into bending their rules, into being merciful...and they tactfully dismissed my pleas at every turn! "But wait!" I said. "My car is only illegally parked because it was hit by a pickup truck the previous night!" Their response? "It doesn't matter. We will tow your car if it's parked in two spaces." "But ma'am!" I protested yet again — "It's the subject of an ongoing police investigation! You see, it was a hit and run — and we have footage of the vehicle that did it!" Again, the unwavering moral resolve of Midnight Recovery shone through. "It doesn't matter," they responded coolly, confident that they were in the right. Trembling with excitement, I hung up the phone. They had foiled me at every turn. Dare I say, not Gandhi nor MLK nor the Black Pimpernel himself, sir Nelson Mandela, could have exhibited such fortitude in the face of great strife. In conclusion, I am deeply grateful to you for your service to this nation. You have lifted my spirit, humbled my bank account, and revealed to me the truth: the law must be enforced to a T in EVERY instance — no cuts, no buts, no coconuts. After all, if we didn't have a flock of predatory tow companies poised to descend murderously upon unsuspecting civilians to enforce even the smallest of legal infractions — then where would we be? I would say car stealing, I have lived in the same apartment complex longer than I care to share. I am respectful and I do what they asked us to do. My Parker registration was in my windshield as I was told to place it anywhere I like. They towed my car and when I called to get some Direction the young man I spoke to actually asked if I had any common sense and why would I put my sticker in the upper left of the windshield. When I got there I was not happy at all and the manager was so rude she made me angry. She is dismissive she talks over you and then says things like I was being nice when charged you. Do you want to pay full price? You weren't being nice you knew you were wrong!!!! Because you had the power I had to pay. This company should be closed down. The racket is huge they took in a grande within the first 20 minutes of me waiting for my car. They are definitely snatch-and-grab to get your money. Beware !!

Horrible customer service and the dispatcher who claims to be the manager is rude and condescending. My windshield was cracked severely and without seeing pictures or listening to me. She disregarded and immediately tried faulting the weather. I have daily dated car vlogs showing no damage to windshield. I even reported this damage before leaving lot she wouldn’t let me speak just kept reiterating that I was lying and they weren’t at fault. She was racist and judgmental please use another service. I will be taking this matter to court.
