Our main complaint with crash champions is the absolute lack of communication!! No phone calls returned …EVER! We were also misled upon dropping the car off with all of the paperwork that we were told was “general disclaimers”, but was really authorization paperwork for work to be performed. We asked them to reach out to us before any work was started and in a three week process not one phone call was ever returned or made to us to authorize repairs. In the end, we had a meeting with the general manager, who did try to resolve many of the issues. (Only reason we up our review to a 2 star) There were a few small issues he fixed at no charge not related to the claim. Overall, the repair was done well and the car looks good. However it would be nice to know what was going on during this process and let us choose to authorize work before anything was started We have used them in the past on a different vehicle and had a great experience. Hence why we were a returning customer. So, not sure if management changed, but our second experience with them was awful.

Dropped my 2018 Jeep Cherokee off here for repairs after scraping up the bumper in a parking lot. When dropping the car off, I asked the team to please take a look at another spot on the car that has some defects in the paint from a previous repair. They told me they would take a look at it and let me know what they could do. I asked for a quote to fix it and said I'd pay out of pocket, etc. Well, after receiving a call to come pick up my car, I noticed that they completely disregarded the 2nd request. No mention of it, didn't take a look, acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. The tech took pictures and told me he would have his painters look and see if there was anything they could do. No big deal. Then I pay my deductible and drive my car off the lot. Within a 1/4 mile of leaving the shop, my battery light comes on, check engine light comes on, and all power to the car is completely lost. I have no power steering, no accelerator, etc. I was stuck in the road literally 300-400 ft from the shop. I ran back to the shop, and they really didn't seem that concerned. The lady at the front desk told me she would let the tech know. Eventually they called me and said they would TRY to get a tow truck to me. After 20 mins I was able to get the car to turn off, and then back on. I was then able to limp it back to the shop, where they explained to me that they spent the whole time on the phone with progressive trying to link the incident to the accident (basically so they could get the tow truck paid for). They then implied that the issue had nothing to do with the repairs they made. Even stated that it may be a "coincidence" but that they would have someone take a look. The car was in perfect working order when I dropped it off. No codes, no check engine light, no mechanical issues. Just a scraped up front bumper. That seems related to me. While waiting for my ride to come pick me up, I then receive a call from a tow truck company that they are looking for me at the location which I was stuck. Seems that Crash Champions had in fact called for a tow truck, despite telling me they weren't even able to relate it to the accident. They also never called me to tell me they had called for a tow after the initial call saying that they would try. I am now waiting for them to check the car out AGAIN to see what happened when they put it back together. I find it pretty unreasonable that I was that close to the shop and no one even offered to come help. I had to pull up a Youtube video to figure out how to override the shifter and put the car in neutral to move it out of the road (which I had to push and steer by myself with no power steering). Just to drive myself back to the shop and then have it implied that it has nothing to do with the work they completed. So in summary, Crash Champions so far, has ignored half of my repair request (didn't look at, check out, or quote me for the defective paint I pointed out). Returned my car to me in a non-running state (and then implied they had nothing to do with it). Left me stranded down the road to push the car out of the way myself (although apparently the did actually end up calling a tow) and return it to the shop. Will update this review when I get my car back.

Never actually got service here because they failed to give me a quote. Dropped my car off for a day, they tell me the car is ready and a quote has been issued to my insurance company. After several back and forth calls over several days, turns out they never did the quote. I got my car into Allstate’s PDR and Hail repair, and they got me my quote back within a couple hours. I wouldn’t highly recommend avoiding this place for any insurance related work. Save your time, go somewhere else.

They did an adequate job of fixing the damage to my car, however, Greg (an rmplotyee at this branch) mixed up keys to another car. Instead of taking responsibility for his mistake, he was accusatory and tried to make it seem like I had done something wrong. All I did was accept the keys he handed me. If it had not been eventually resolved, I would have been out a lot of money to have my second fob replaced. It was an unpleasant experience, made worse by an employee who was trying to cover up his mistake.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I dropped off my vehicle over two months ago with a suspension issue. No one called me to notify me the car tow was completed and the vehicle was at their location. It took me coming down to the shop, only to discover that I had to be there for an inspection and to fill out paperwork. No one called me to tell me this. It took them a month to troubleshoot and resolve an engine cradle crack, all the while not noticing rails that were damaged. How do you have a vehicle on a lift and not notice the center or side rails being out of alignment? In two months I received four phone calls and usually it was me that had to call first and get someone to call me back. I was hardly ever informed of what was happening and received zero information from them that the car would be totalled. I only discovered after a phone call from GEICO. Today I am here to pick up my personal effects before the shop sends the vehicle to salvage. It’s 9:24 and they were supposed to be open at 9. I called and no one answered, despite there being two vehicles in the parking lot. When I dropped the vehicle off I informed the people that I was homeless and was living out of the rooftop tent on top of the car. Despite them having this information and knowing that I am a combat Marine, they drug their feet every step of the way. COMPLETELY UNSATISFACTORY. The quality of a person or company is illustrated by the way they treat people who are hurting, have served this country honorably, and who need assistance. This company failed on all fronts. NEVER TAKE A VEHICLE HERE. they don’t deserve your business.

I did not appreciate my experience with this place. Staff were rude. They told me to expect a week of work on my vehicle that had minor damages. It took them over a month. They said they would call with updates on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. I only received one call from them the whole time, otherwise I had to call for updates and they scarcely had anything to tell me. Upon picking up my car, I was disappointed to see that while they had fixed the damaged bumper, my taillights were no longer aligned with the vehicle and the black portion of my bumper was not attached properly. I asked about it, and Greg stated “well, we didn’t move the taillights.” Which may have been true, but while replacing the bumper they just didn’t ensure everything looked appropriate before finishing it. Overall, not a good experience and I don’t plan to return here for business!

So lets start with this thing took two months. Ridiculous for two tires and some shields. Then they found way more damage that had they been a proper mechanic, they might have found sooner. But they're not. They just take your car to other mechanics for every single thing, taking away your ability to find decent, qualified assistance. Save yourself time and find someone who actually does the work your car needs. They won't explain that very well, but will gaslight you with it later, so hopefully this saves someone else a headache. Their automated system is garbage and does not reflect caring for people. I had over 20 changed dates which does not help with renting a car or making arrangements. If I asked a few questions maybe one would be replied to. My representative was never there or available, shed always left early or was out. She said she explained they couldn't do any work on the car but for someone new to this, it seems unethical to take in a car you have absolutely no knowledge about. That was not at all how I remember our conversation, but im giving it the benefit of the doubt. And when I finally came to pick up my car, there was oil and filth across the backseat where a tire had clearly been left, cleaning chemicals and trashed paper and plastic wrap (not from me BTW, had crash champions on it) still in my front seat. They cleaned the windows....I'll say that....but it was like slapping lipstick on a pig compared to the mess that was left. Really wish I'd read the Google reviews sooner, this seems like a really common experience. There was also another woman losing her mind on a car shed received a message that was ready that was not. Staff showed zero concern and had zero answers to offer except "the automated system". This place is a disaster, unorganized, and i would never recommend it.

A major alignment issue was missed with my car. They did eventually assist when it was found, working with another shop to get the work completed, but it took months of headaches and additional money out of pocket towards a rental to finally get it fixed. Also, when my car was originally returned, the floor mats were soaking wet and it reeked of paint for weeks. I didn’t feel safe having my daughter in the car with the fumes.

Crash Champions is the place to go! We've taken our cars there several times and their team is friendly, communicates often, and always goes above and beyond. They take the time to explain the repairs in detail and even coordinate with the rental car companies to provide transportation if needed. We trust them with all repairs and won't take our vehicles anywhere else!

I got my car repair here done in 2022 after a collision and they did such a great job, it looked brand new. However I was discouraged when I went back to them in 2023 after hail damage and they completely abused my trust. I had to go back for the manager to fix my light beams because they would blind the cars I would be behind, I was told he would look into replacing my inner door lining as they had to take them off and left key dents into them. I never got a call back for it either. I've gone back to speak to him multiple times as since that hail repair as I've noticed ripples in my paint, the chrome lining on the bottom on my windows is all uneven and sticking up. My side view mirrors are hardly being held onto the rest of my car, not really stable at all. The plastic that lines the roof of my car is loose, and they had tucked in my dash cam wire into the plastic lining to where it ripped. I even had to go back for them to fix my rear license plate holder as one day I was driving down I-25 and my plate fell off of it because the screws that are supposed to hold my plate holder weren't properly screwed in. Unfortunatley, the manager is hardly ever available and I've been very discouraged by the service done to my car and even the customer service because the front desk ladies state they'll leave a message but I never heard anything back. If I would've known my car would be left in a worse state then when I took in in with hail damage I would have never gone back.

We had a sizable scrape on the front bumper of our car and our insurance company sent us to Crash Champions. Initially they told my husband they'd have the car for 5 days. I was like "what?" 5 days to fix a bumper? But ok, whatever. Today, on day 3 of the 5 days, we get a text - not a phone call or any kind of explanation - just a text saying they won't get the car back to us for 10 days. I tried calling the shop to understand why they need to keep the car for 10 days. I mean, if you have to order parts, let us have the car back until parts come in and then we'll bring the car back. But NO, try calling Crash Champions - any of their locations - and you get an automated message saying they are not available and to leave a message or continue holding. Well, whichever option you choose you are immediately disconnected! There is no explanation for mismanaging a repair and no accountability on their part. The only way to deal with this company is to physically appear at their office and get your car back. If your insurance company refers you to Crash Champions, tell them NO, and choose another company! We're struggling to run a household with the one car we have left and paying for Uber rides out of our own pocket all because Crash Champions can't run a decent business.

I have no idea about the quality of work that they do because I couldn't get past the woman at the front desk named Yancy to get my work done. I called repeatedly and she either answered and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her trying to get my car fixed or said she would email me or call me back and she never did. She said she could not provide a W9 for my insurance and then the other woman at the desk pulled it up in under a minute. It was clear she was not doing her job and did not want to help me. I finally got fed up and went to another car repair shop. So while I can't speak on the service they do, I would stay away so you do not have to deal with Yancy.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. I had an appointment at 10:30 and was there at said time. I walked up to the door and a cleaning crew member greeted me and let me know that "the lady who works here just left she said she would be back soon". So I waited in my car, then sat on the curb by the door. There was 3 other people waiting, 2 left and 1 lady stayed. We waited together and she let me know she was there to just pick up her car, and had gotten an uber to get there. We both waited for 45 minutes and no one showed up. They closed at 12 and I had other things I needed to do today. The lady I waited with ended up having to pay for an additional uber to get back home, and without her car. The weekend was the only time she could pick up as she works during the week. While we waited I called more than 5 times, and also EVERY other location in the springs and no answer, and after clicking the option to leave a voicemail the line would automatically hang up. To know you have 4 people with appointments whether to be inspected or for pick ups, why would you leave the store? Also the lady I waited with mentioned that the last time she was in there and dealt with receptionists, that they were very short and rude. If you don't want to talk to customers then find a different job. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Will be seeking out to speak with management, if not a corporate member. DON'T waste your time or money here.

First, let’s start off by saying the receptionist at both location at the north platte and the Sheldon location needs coaching on customer experience. The young lady at the front at the Sheldon location was just a nasty and rude young lady. She cuts you off. I was told by my insurance I had a deductible of $500.00 a lady called me prior to picking my vehicle up and was told my cost would be $3071.93 that’s including the deductible. I went to pay and I verified with the young lady the total cost of a total of $3071.93. After I paid I gave the paperwork to my husband. My husband notice that the math wasn’t matching. Come to find out I didn’t have to pay a deductible the manager waived my deductible because of the experience I had at the previous location. I’m glad my husband caught it because that young lady could have pocketed that $500.00 my husband went in to get the $500.00 reversed. The lady told my husband well ur wife said she had a $500.00 deductible. Yes we know that, but we didn’t know they were waving the fee. All the lady had to do was say, “was yes we understand you had a deductible, but we waived it but no she didn’t do that. Then on top of that the wet my carpet in the car and my car had a strong odor from my carpet not being fully dried. I called the next wanted to speak to the manager (Anthony) which still till this day no call back. I told the lady at the front if my carpet get mildew in the carpet they will be responsible and still haven’t heard from the manager. I gave a 2 star only because of Seth would have been the one i dealt with it would have been a 5 star. Seth is a great guy that made sure my car got taken care of.

I am a “car person” and it was important to me that wherever I took my truck to get fixed that they would do a good job. I was extremely impressed by “Jess” who is the insurance person there at the shop. When I went to pickup my truck it needed some extra buffing out on the paint and blended more. Jess and the staff was very receptive and professional ensuring they would fix it. They apologized sincerely for the inconvenience to come back and Jess seemed to really want to make sure we were happy. And we were! Also they got it done way faster than expected and I loved the text updates and responses along the process. I am picky and getting rear ended by uninsured driver sucked enough and so this shop really made a bad situation less stressful. They were slammed busy when I went there and they remained kind, friendly, and attentive every time.

Completely disorganized. When my vehicle was brought in, I was told over the phone I had a rental reservation. When I got there, I was told it doesn't work that way. I have to go get it. I received my car back and I kept hearing a wobbling noise and ask them to take a look. This time they had a rental. About a week later I received a call from Enterprise saying the car was supposed to be returned 3 days ago and I owe the 3 days since they will not pay it. I contacted Crash Champions and they were like we called you 3 times to let you know the car was finished. Turns on they were having phone issues. The noise was still there and I contacted Crash Champions and nobody called back. I took it to a private mechanic and it was the bearings. How did they miss that. Front staff really rude as well and don't expect a call back anytime soon. It has been over a month and still nothing.

I had high expectations for this shop because i always heard good things about them. My car was repaired with them last summer. The repair failed (things happen, not upset about it). So i took it back for warranty work. The shop was gracious enough to provide a rental which i was grateful. It was a small car and i have twins & a 12 year old. So i was anxious to get my car back. The lack of communication was astonishing. If i wanted an update on my car, i had to call in. And sometimes i felt as though all i got was the run around. The biggest complaint i have is when i picked my vehicle up, it was absolutely trashed on the inside. There was dust covering the vehicle from the body repairs. It hadn’t been cleaned whatsoever. When addressed with the ladies at the front desk, it was simply pulled to the back and sprayed out with an air hose. Still leaving A LOT of dust in the vehicle from the body work. I have young kids who ride in this car daily. So i have to pay out of pocket to have my car thoroughly detailed since the shop decided to leave me with the mess they made. I will never go back here and i will never recommend this shop again.

I brought my Jeep here after it was hit in a parking lot. They under promised and over delivered In the best possibles way. I got my baby back in one 4 days and she looks great. Their work is excellent and the took great care of my vehicle. I really appreciate the communication and customer service. Top notch!!

Service King did a terrific job of repairing our vehicle after a rear end collision. I was particularly impressed with their responsiveness and regular feedback as to the status of repair. Overall a very positive experience and would absolutely recommend them hands-down as the best repair clinic here in the town.

My car was nearly totaled two days before my wedding. I was terrified that I'd have to advocate for myself during the car repair process, not knowing much about how all of this works. Service King surpassed my expectations by miles. They are transparent, communicative, kind, and their customer service is out of this world. My car looks better than new, and I have a folder of helpful documents that lay out exactly what repairs they did and why. Thank you to Nick especially for your kindness and hard work on my vehicle during a challenging time. I'll definitely be going back to Service King in the future (but knock on wood so I don't need to)!

Got my car fixed after minor accident. Posted before and after. They were very communicative and I always knew exactly what was happening and where my vehicle was it. Took a while but that was due to delay in parts, which everywhere has that issue right now. If I ever need and auto body shop again, definitely coming back

Top notch repair facility, from someone thats seen the inner workings from a professional, and customer perspective, iv been privileged to have inside access to experience the whole process from start to finish. Everything from the talking with staff on the phone, at beginning of process, to the professional staff that greeted me and checked my car into their shop. They help with everything from helping with insurance claim, and understanding what to expect, in the claim process.. to getting a rental car on site waiting for us as we arrived to drop our car off. To keeping us updated throughout the repair. And the most important part the repair on my vehicle was better than I could have possibly expected. It was like it came out of the factory. I truly can't say I recommend this repair facility enough. Give them a call or just stop in for yourselves to experience what professionalism at a bodyshop can be like.

Amazing job done by the Service King repairing damage from when somebody hit my car. Beautiful paint job—Not only did my car look better after the repairs than it did before someone hit me, but Service King went above and beyond my expectations by also cleaning my headlights & putting down my moonroof that had gotten stuck open. Neither were part of the damage I’d gone in for, so to see they did that for me made me feel extra special. Highly recommend!! Thank you, Service King!

I could not have been happier with the service provided by Service King in Colorado Springs. They estimated 2 weeks to complete repairs but were finished within days! I received text updates throughout the process. The work was exceptional and as a bonus my car was washed and vacuumed and returned in better condition than went I left it to be repaired. The staff were friendly and competent and professional. I would highly recommend them!

When I got into my accident I was terrified of the repair process. Service king not only kept me informed about the entire process with every change, but they took excellent care of my car and returned her good as new. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else if I have to get repairs done again. I can’t give them a great enough rating. Thank you to Dallas, the tech who fixed my baby. You did an amazing job, and thank you to Rory the GM who kept me up to date and helped me with the entire process. You guys are amazing.

07 Ram purchased new. Never been in accident but damaged by hail twice over the first handful of years so chose to do the repairs here. Had minor issues initially, but ended up satisfied. Painted hood & topper etc, yet wouldn't warranty either after returning years later & the paint was peeling/fading. On top of cab paint chipped off & was starting to rust. Didn't even want to write me a new estimate. Huh? Took to another shop & insurance covered the damages -$100 deductible, no issues. It's like they don't even want satisfied customers. I was simply looking for a shop that does good work (never been to another prior) since I have lifetime bumper to bumper & take care of my vehicles better than they take pride in own work. Other shop complained about following sub par amateurs as well. Not a good experience & lost lifetime customers. Good luck with yours, but be warned.
