I had my car towed from Bruce’s towing from yreka to Medford from Nathan . He was very careful with my car , great service and kept me updated. Definitely would recommend!

We were traveling the I 5 and reached Hilt when we realized we were traveling on fumes. Panic set in....what to do??? I have AAA but I had just returned from a plane trip the day before and did not have my AAA card with me. After exhausting all our options I called AAA and was pleasantly surprised, they could proceed with the information on file from my phone number. God send. NATHAN (Knight in shining armor) from Bruce's Towing came immediately . He was polite, used respectful language, careful not to spill any gas on the car's paint, provided information about how far the nearest gas station was, and did not make us feel stupid for running out of gas. We felt safe with Nathan - a good human. Thank you God for sending Nathan our way. 10+±+ stars for Nathan!!

Can’t say enough good about my driver Stark and the company. I was in a rental car and nearly stranded (waiting for an Uber that I don’t think existed), and Stark offered to drop me off at the nearest rental site 36 miles away. I can’t thank you enough!!

Stark such a treat checking on hook ups even rechecking before we got on highway..Im thinking 12 gauge shot gun for my dodge caravan and Stark is treating the car like it's a Bentley.. if you can request him..Do!!!!!

For the first time in 4 years of ownership, my EV ran out of charge and I was left stranded 4 miles from the nearest charger.. No worries! This is why I have AAA. I put in my request and almost immediately I saw the tow truck pulling up in front of me. The gentleman (wish I had gotten his name, young man who was still new to the job) from Bruce's Towing did an EXCEPTIONAL job with towing my car when I needed it. He was very fast and had me on the truck within minutes. Very friendly and made me feel much better with the situation. I was never shamed or ridiculed for getting myself in this situation. He had not yet towed an EV, but quickly learned what would be best for my vehicle and took every safety measure to ensure my car was not damaged at all during the ordeal. As a young woman, I usually dread having to deal with service providers making unwanted advances, but this was exactly the opposite. He was kind, welcoming, and super friendly while also being very professional. My car was perfectly placed alongside a charger and I was able to charge and move on with my day. 10/10 service, thank you Bruce's Towing & AAA!

Can’t say enough about this company! Specifically our driver James Stewart! Our brand new vehicle went into limp mode in Yreka, CA. Was a terrible way to start our vacation in Lake Shasta. James showed up within 30 min of our call. Loaded the car to be delivered to dealership in Redding. He went out of his way to try and help us make our meet up with the rest of our party. He went so far as to stop at rest area and dropped us off at the marina to proceed with our vacation. Thanks James for helping us salvage a pretty rough start to our weekend!

Josh was absolutely fantastic. On a tight schedule, a nail punctured my tire and he went out of his way to find a solution when all of the local tire shops were closed. I bought a tire at mall of warts, and he went all the way to a harbor freight to grab tire spoons do I could get on the road again. 10 outta 10.

This morning Tylor came to our rescue. He was friendly, efficient and very professional. He towed and then parked my vehicle in a very confined space. WOW. My sister and I were very impressed. Thank you Tylor! Definitely 5 stars!

These guys were great. They understood the road schedule during a fire and help me evacuate my car smack dab in the middle. Once we were in contact with each other, they made it happen and they understood their roads extremely well. James Stewart specifically. Dude was calm cool and collected and I was able to trust my expensive vehicle when I was ready to let it go in good hands. Give this man a raise

These guys are true professionals! James came and hooked up the car and got it on his way FAST with no problems! Very courteous and knowledgeable! If you ever need a tow in this area, these are the guys to call! Yeah!!

James Stewart towed my car when I broke down on I-5 south of Ashland. He was prompt; I didn’t have to wait long at all. James did a great job securing my car and transporting it (and me as passenger) to the car service company in Medford. He was also pleasant; I highly recommend Bruce’s Towing Siskiyou, LLC.

Nathan was professional and knowledgeable. He had some difficulty getting the car to unlock at first but his persistence paid off in the end. I was very happy with the service!

Our truck, while towing our fifth wheel, broke down on I-5. Bruce Tow Truck Driver, James Stewart, was amazing!! he was very responsible by understanding our needs. First, he called Oregon PD to get assistance to make sure we were safe. He towed our truck to Yreka to get it fixed, then had to change tow trucks and go back to pick up our fifth wheel. After kindly listening to our circumstances, he towed it to Lake Siskiyou so we would have a place to sleep. He recommended American diesel to fix our truck and we were very pleased with the service they provided.. He also gave several recommendations for us for other things we would need during our challenging circumstances !! On our way there, he returned to our truck so we could grab some important things we had forgotten! Not only was he extremely professional, he was thoughtful, friendly, patient, polite, and personal! My wife called him our Angel!!

Had a wonderful experience with James today! It's never fun to have car issues on the road, so I really appreciated him taking care of me. I highly recommend his service.

On Monday July 14th 2025 my car broke down 30 miles from Weed. Triple AAA assigned me a driver to tow me to Chico,Ca. James Stewart arrived with a friendly smile and invited me to get into his truck where I could cool off from the scorching heat.🥵 After he loaded up my car,he asked if I wanted water.I found James to be a very caring professional who drove safely the long 3 plus hours to Chico.As an elderly woman I felt very safe and comfortable riding with James. Triple AAA or any company James would drive for can be proud to be represented by such a fine young man.With other words I highly recommend James and give him the highest grade in professionalism, kindness,caring and safety. On a road trip from Los Angeles and my car needed to be towed to the nearest dealership. Nathan came out to the campground to pick up my car and was very helpful and informative. This is a highly stressful situation for me so his calm demeanor and willingness to listen to me explain the situation really helped. Highly recommend! I must say that I am absolutely thankful and completely satisfied with the AAA service of Stark from Bruce’s towing in Yreka. My daughter and her best friends as well as my granddaughter ended up stranded with a flat and although I was able to arrive and make sure they were ok, within seconds a gentleman named Stark arrived and he assisted the girls and got them back on the road safely. Thank you Stark!

Nathan came out to help us, car broke down in the middle of no where and towed us to safety. Made sure we were safe in the truck before lifting our car up. He literally almost lost his life in the process of doing his job. That's dedication if I ever seen it that's forsure. Scary situation and he handled it very well. I will most definitely remember this place if I am ever in that situation again.

Broke down in Yreka today. It was extremely stressful trying to get a tow truck to come and get me to Redding on a Sunday. Once I got connected with Bruce’s, a fine gentlemen by the name of Stark showed up quickly. Stark reassured me everything was going to be okay and that he’d get me to where I needed to get my car serviced. Stark was extremely professional while also being exquisitely personable. This was easily the BEST experience I have ever had with a tow truck driver & company. The ride was extremely enjoyable, and I felt like I made an unexpected friend. Stark deserves a raise, and is someone who I believe is invaluable to the company. 10/10 would recommend 👍🏼

James was amazing in helping us out of a very difficult situation on a freezing, icy Saturday night on Feb 8. In response to a panicked AAA service call, he skillfully backed his flatbed tow truck a quarter mile down the winding snow covered one lane Klamathon road precariously perched above the Klamath River to tow our snowbound SUV back to a rest area where we could continue our journey south on I5 to the Bay Area. This was all done in about 1-1/2 hours which is an incredible response time on a winter weekend night. Thank you, James and Bruce’s Towing Siskiyou!

Highly positive experience! Slid off Highway 96 about an hour and a half west of Yreka – when I finally got cel service, called Bruces Towing and Stark came out. He assessed the situation, rounded up a volunteer firefighter in the area that he knew to block the road and a half an hour later my car was back on the pavement with absolutely no damage! Incredible. I’d already written it off as a total loss - and so had my insurance company. Just a great ending to absolutely crappy start of the day. This guy knows what he’s doing!

Stark was super friendly and super quick. I appreciate the wonderful service provided by Bruce’s towing and I highly recommend them! Thanks for being our hero today.
