Squeezed me in pretty quickly even though they were already booked on appointments. Very professional and is my new go to spot.

My alternator died on the pass into California. I looked up shops, and landed in this, which SEEMED like a normal mechanic. They say auto repair, have a sign that says they have an ACE mechanic, so why not. I go in, and not only have they not had a mechanic for a year (!!) at this point and only do emissions, the lady was rude to me about it, like it was my fault for not knowing. The only reason they didn't get one star is because they were ok keeping my then broken down van in the parking lot until a tire truck came to get it and take it to real mechanic. If you're not a mechanic and just an emissions place, please change how you're marketing yourself!

Great and fast , I was told by the dealership they would do the vin verification but I had to go to the DMV and waste a few hours

They did a great job of repairing my heater blend door assembly with many surprises and challenges. It is a really big job due to the design engineering issues. They rose to the occasion and got me out the door with great speed. Next is a remote starter so I can get into a warm car on these cold winter days. I recommend them.

They are always nice, I have my vehicles smogged here, they are willing to work with me and get everything done quickly. They take care of their regular customers. They have a cute beagle that hangs out in the small waiting area.

I showed up on a Tuesday for a smog test not knowing they don’t do them on Tuesday, that it’s reservation only and Friday was their next appointment. But she took one look at me, realized I was from out of town and fit me in and got me out of there in 30 minutes. She also directed me to the local dmv where I got my tabs in 5 minutes. Absolutely awesome people and experience.

Such a great experience! They showed me exactly what was wrong with my car and answered all of the questions I had. If I lived in the area this would be my go to shop.

Great auto shop that is also a STAR smog station. I needed a smog and didn't have an appointment, I was ready to wait all day if needed. They got us in quickly and were super friendly. Amber thank you again for such great service. Need more HONEST shops like Finwall's.

Staff was knowledgeable, informative, and courteous. Having relocated from Washington state, was not familiar with smog check process. Had a check engine light on and was informed by Amber that this needed attention prior to smog check as it would cause an automatic failure. Finwall's mechanic, Andy, identified the issue and repaired my vehicle using a creative approach for what appeared to be a costly repair. My vehicle was a 1998 Toyota Tacoma with extreme rust related issues on the exhaust, the primary problem and the cause of check engine light. Repair was quick, resolved the issue and after driving the vehicle to ensure repair was complete, returned for smog check and passed. Outstanding service! I will be taking my vehicle to Finwall's for all my repairs and servicing.

Was an awesome experience! Smog checks are always nerve-wrecking, but they are not only efficient, but they truly care about their customers. They made our visit stress free and quick.

I used this family-owned business for emissions testing and smog certification on a recently purchased motorhome. Rick and Amber were professional and courteous as well as efficient and reasonably priced. They both went well beyond what I expected by imparting their extensive knowledge about specific and unique systems installed on it and their smog compliance, which was hugely beneficial to me.

We recomend Finwall auto shop, they took care of us fast, with fair pricing and very reliable. We drove from Washington just to get our smog check in California and this people made it so easy for us. The DMV is 4 min away from the shop so we got ournee tags right after.

Despite being super busy, the Finwall team provided excellent service to us in a pinch while we were passing through town. Big kudos to Andy the mechanic and the awesome lady at the front desk. Thanks for a great experience.

They deserve more stars ✨🌠✨ Though they were booked solid for 2 weeks & we didn't have an appointment, yet we're able to accommodate us, simply bc we were there 30 mins before they open, did the Smog Check promptly and professionally. Didn't try to sell us anything else. Fairly priced. Absolutely satisfied with their service!!!

They are great about keeping schedule, and understand the situation for people who have to drive down from Oregon. They keep a sharp eye on your paperwork too. Fair priced, and they don't try to push other services on you.

If you need your vehicle takin care of with no worries this is the place to go. Mr. Finwall us always a pleasure to see and always in a good mood. The staff is also very friendly and front desk is awesome . She definately knows what she is doing and of coyrse the cute lil puppy that hangs out. Been going there fir years and highly recommend.

These guys went out of their way to get my truck fixed in as short amount of time as possible. They were so nice and kept me informed of the progress the whole way. I will definitely be using them again.

We went here for a vehicle inspection and got the best price in town and all surrounding areas as well. They were fast and efficient and even charged less then what they originally quoted! Excellent service!

Customer service is really good, very respectful. Make sure you make an appointment first, they are usually booked for 1 to 2 weeks in advance. Honest folks who run it.

I was there for a smog test. The appointment was quick and so was the service. I recommend to use GPS to find The place. The people were very nice and I got also my tire pressure checked.

What great customer service. I now understand why this shop is so busy...worth the wait. I had a smog check on my 1990 Ford truck. When I arrived to my appointment, the office manager explained all the DMV rules around older cars and the county regs. She was so helpful. She also explained older cars such as mine usually fail the smog check the first time. After working on the truck for over an hour, the mechanic/owner came out to explain the timing on my truck was off which was throwing off the test but he figured out the problem and the truck passed the smog check. So thoughtful the mechanic took the extra time to figure out the problem and make the needed adjustments.

Is it possible to love the shop where you get your smog done? YES. Yes, it is. The man who owns this shop is ridiculously kind and genuinely cares about people. I was running late my first time I came here, and he was able to sneak me in since he knew that I drove down from Oregon to do it. He also knew that I was nervous about my ancient car passing. When it passed and I started awkwardly crying, he hugged me. Like. Who does that? Only genuinely kind people. The prices are also awesomely affordable, and it's super close to the DMV. It's a great place.

I was from out of town and arrived 2 min. before closing. Both Amber Duff (service manager and Mr. Finwall (smog tech) agreed to stay late and help me get a smog cert for my 2010 Prius. WOW! Was I impressed. I am glad to see small town generosity is still alive. Both were SUPER friendly and courteous. Definitely recommed!

blew out my pinion seal on a road trip with a loaded truck and trailer. was turn away by everyone except for Finwalls. They helped me right away with a fair price, top notch work and friendly. I was back on the road in a hour or so. Can't ask for better service than that.
