I had to get my alternator replaced went in O'Reillys what a great customer service! The assistant manager David went up and beyond to help me! David went and tested the new alternator and seen the plug was missing, he showed the missing part to me and said "I'm not going to let this part go out the door "! David ordered me another alternator and was at the yreka O'Reillys just a few hours later! David has shown to me there's still good people out there willing to help others! Thank you David!! My business stays at O'Reillys!!!!
Sales person quickly found the correct battery for the key fob for my Toyota Prius and replaced the old one. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and speedy. Made the problem go away!!
While out of town in the rain, my 18 year old daughter went to get new windshield wipers. They sold her $39.99 per wiper x 2. $80 for 2. They didn't offer her the $16 wipers that they had in stock. They saw a young lady in need and only offered her the $40 dollar wipers. The employees are commission based. Sad to see the greed. No longer there to help.
I prefer O'Reillys to the other places in town because you can walk in there and explain what you are doing, and 9/10 times they will lead you in the right direction.
The manager for this store is awesome I have a friend that has a hard time getting around so I do errands for him occasionally. My friend had some returns he wanted me to take in so he could use the money to get something he needed in there. The clerk there wouldn't accept the return but the manager looked at it and I explained my friend has a hard time walking and gave me the return and my friend got what he needed I highly recommend this O'Reilly's!!
They took the time to find the part I bought so that way I could warranty it at no cost to me. They made it worth my while due to me loosing my receipt.Thank you Micheal and his mngr.
An employee didn't ask us for our number and didn't give us a receipt on an item we ended up not needing. The guy behind the counter were able to look up my receipt so I could return it. Great customer service.
I find most of the time the employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Only a couple of time did I find the service lacking both when waiting for an order that they assured me was coming the next day Thursday, Friday and on Saturday told that the order had not been placed.
The employees here are always friendly & willing to help. I don't know much about cars so when I go to a part store it's very beneficial for me to speak with someone who knows what their talking about when it comes to cars. My favorite parts store in this area
Well the guys here at the Yreka O'Reillys are a bunch of great guys...there always ready to help nomatter the situation...big or small...and always gives me a great price...even though I use the price match allott...I just wish they carried oem toyota parts & oil.😁
I was in need of new headlights & I first went to another auto place that was struggling to pull out the piece so I decided to come here because I didn’t want to wait. Gordon did great and was able to get it out! He couldn’t at first, but went inside to check how to, came back out and got it done. He was super nice, & got it done quickly. Great experience!
Usually a decent place. I hate when the person on the phone says that they have it and when you get there they don't. They looked up the wrong year or part number.
Had the stuff we needed. But when you pull up to the store a a staff member is standing half in and half out of the front door smoking a cigarette. NOT IMPRESSED. DID NOT WANT TO GO IN DON'T LIKE THE SMELL OF CIGARETTE SMOKE BUT HAD TO HAVE MY PART.
tryed to return a clutch that went out an was under warenty. They would not return it, second item that was under warenty they wouldnt take. What is the point of a warenty then, bs
Extend your closing hours. The other parts store also closes at 7:30. It would be great if I could actually get the things I need when I have the ability to.
I love this place . They always are a great help in getting me the car part I need and they will scan your vehicle for free to diagnose any problems your having. They even remember what kind of car I have lol. Very helpful staff.

Was not helpful at all. I bought a can of fix it flat that was defective, when my husband was putting it in,it didn't stoo and it was defective. I called them after that and was told I could bring it in with the receipt and that I could exchange it. Well a few days later I brought it in and the employees made me feel like I was lieing about my can bring defective and even though I had the receipt that says I have a 30 day warranty, I was told that they would not refund, exchange or honor the warranty.i will never shipped there again.
The staff at O'Reilly's have always been absolutely wonderful to me and have gone out of their way to make my experience with them a positive one. I have so appreciated the help they've given me!
Crystal is a champ, and deserves a pay raise. I bought 2 batteries from Wal-Mart; both failed. For $3.00 less she got me a comparable battery...God bless you, Crystal!!!
If you need parts for your car. Come here.. Employees are knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful. This store has located parts I needed that are not directly sold through them. To help me get back home. Plus has made it a point to not sell me parts I don't need.. You can trust this store.
