Jason was extremely helpful, came across the street to my car with his jumper kit and gave me the juice I needed to start my car back up. These guys are always kind when I come in for oil, they've got a great shop here.

If I can't get my parts mailed thru rockauto I usually go here. Employees are helpful were cool with returning stuff I ordered wrong. But the prices on stuff like wiper blades, filters and most parts are just outrageous compared to planning in advance and buying online.

I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to one of their employees who went above and beyond to help me. My headlight was out, and I was struggling to remove the faulty bulb. She kindly offered her assistance, spending about 20 minutes troubleshooting with me. Together, we discovered that the issue wasn’t with the bulb itself, but something that would require a mechanic’s attention. Her patience and willingness to help gave me a much clearer understanding of the problem and saved me time and frustration. I’m so grateful for her excellent customer service!

I was given a door actuator for my 2008 Mercury Sable which ended up being the wrong part. I took the original off tried for two and 1/2 days to get the new one on and couldn’t line up the screws. I then paid spot to do it ($50). They said it was fixed but it wasn’t. Now I’ve gotten the correct part but have to pay someone else to install it. I’m furious. I originally spent 23.99 on the wrong part and planned to do it myself. That should have been my total cost. Instead it cost me $. 123.00. I’m on disability and oxygen. That took a major part of my income all because y’all gave me the wrong part. I feel like you should reimburse me! It’s absolutely ridiculous.

I would like to thank Jason Rasmussen at the Yreka California location, he was so very kind, and professional today. He helped me purchase the correct light bulb for my headlight and he kindly replaced it for me as well. That’s customer service!!! Thank you Jason!!!

I just want to give a shoutout to Jason Rasmussen at the Yreka AutoZone location. My wife was traveling alone to Washington in stormy conditions and a headlight went out in her car. She stopped in to get a replacement and Jason came out in the rain to install it for her! Thanks, Jason, for your great customer service!

I'm a senior, and when I was traveling through Yreka Christmas weekend, I had a problem with a fuse for my windshield wipers and when I asked for help, I was told we don't provide that service you might find a mobile mechanic. But I was not satisfied with any help that was not provided.

Had a fantastic experience at Auto Zone here in Yreka. They were extremely quick and knowledgeable about everything I needed. Had everything I needed . These guys are awesome and all the guys helped me when I had truck troubles and was having to come in multiple time 2 days in a row and were very patient, They helped me find mechanics and recommended places to stay and not stay. Great customer service all around

Car broke down on the mountain 5 hours from home. I was able to coast into the AutoZone parking lot (everything was closed on as it was the weekend). Devon and Jon were very knowledgeable and helpful, checking my car battery free of charge. They were able to contact a mobile mechanic for me who fixed my car within a few hours and I was back on the road! Big thanks to them for going above and beyond for some stranded on thanksgiving weekend!

We had a flat tire with a puncture when driving down I-5 near Yreka yesterday. The manufacture's repair kit did not help, and we could not find any place open to fix it (AAA unavailable), so limped a few blocks to AutoZone to see if they knew of anyplace that was open. There were 2 clerks there, Devon and Daniel, both very professional and anxious to help. Daniel made a few phone calls to try to locate someplace that was open to fix the tire (there weren't), and Devon came out to look at the flat. After much discussion of what to do (we could not spend the night) he suggested that a small, low cost, 12V air compressor might keep it inflated until we could get to Redding where there was a Costco open to fix it.. He even came out and measure distance from 12V in car to the wheel bf we bought it. The compressor was a life saver. Even though we had to stop every 20 miles or so to reinflate, we made it to Redding with no problems. We are very grateful to both clerks, especially Devon who was able to be more involved while Daniel minded the store. Great service and experience.

Jon and Nick was very helpful. I am glad I made right choice going to AutoZone for replacing my explorer’s dead battery. Jon was helpful and answered all my questions while Nick helped to replace the battery on my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this store and very happy with the customer service. They definitely deserve appreciation for the exceptional customer service. Thank you.

These guys are awesome! I came in to Montague working on at the wild fire base and as soon as I got here my trucks manifold gasket burst and I couldn’t make it to the parts store because my station hours go so late but Nick and Travis helped my out big time and delivered to me from Yreka as soon as it came in. They really went above and beyond to help me out, I can’t thank them enough.

This used to be my favorite parts store ... Until today. I had a faulty cv joint with lifetime warranty. They ordered a new one which didn't come in on time but the empty box did. Then they couldn't tell me when it would be in (took 9 days when they told me 2). The when the cv joint failed it took out the sway bar link too. They gave a new one which I thought was great. I spent too long trying to install the new cv joint, only to realize it was the wrong part. So it was back for the correct one, which appeared to be in stock the whole time! Installing the sway bar link -again the same problem - wrong part! So I called them. It was 9 minutes from close and told them I was on the way. Pulled into the driveway at 7:59 only to watch the employee lock the doors and turn the lights off!! Rude! Rude! RUDE!!!! This will be the last time I shop at Autozone where apparently faulty, incorrect parts is how they keep customers coming back!! So much for customer service. Your store policy just lost you one customer.

Thank you to Devin A! 🙏 We had a faulty snow chain that was bought within the same day from another AutoZone and snapped within minutes after properly connecting it on our vehicle tires. Devin managed to help with a refund and gave expert advice on how to brace for the pass towards Portland, Oregon.

I love this place. They always help me to arrive at the proper solution for what ever problems I'm having withy vehicles started with the cheapest most likely scenario. They are right to the point so I'm not stuck there trying to figure out the right step. I appreciate that they aren't trying to sell me unnecessary parts.

Seems like a waste of time whenever I go in this store. Staff not helpful most of the time. Lack of tools in the store. And seems like almost everything I require needs to be special ordered. Other local autoparts stores seem not to have this issue. NAPA has been good and prices cheaper, baxters has been good, and car quest as well... me stopping in this store has been ness than ideal.

Devin and Jon are stars. They really helped me out. My old school RV broke down in Ashland OR. I knew it was the thermostat. I had my tow guy tow me to autozone as I’ve had great service in the past. Devin and Jon lined up the parts I needed and we both dug threw the schematics so I could see how to replace. Thank you guys for all your help. I had no other issues at all on my trip. I’m so proud of Benjamin for going above and beyond helping me put my new battery connection on. He also helped my installed my windshield wipers too. Being stranded and without his help, I wouldn’t gotten far. Truly recommend this place if you ever need car question answered.

I went over to this location in the gentleman who helped me was very professional. However his computer was wrong and it's very detailed unique part. It sucked because I drove 60 miles to get there for the wrong part. The fellow behind the table asked me three times to give him some space I guess I was crowding him looking on the computer while he typed. Overall I felt a little bit like I was intruding coming into that store. It's not my favorite AutoZone experience but far from my worst.

we went in to get breaks for my car. We have been there twice now. Both times they were rude as hell. This last time we had a old card through them in Klamath Falls Oregon. It didn't work so the guy says " Did you just take it" well my husband and I found that quite rude. Be careful when you go into the store as you will be accused of stealing a auto zone card. By the way we did get it out of the Auto zone in Klamath Falls Oregon. And guess what We did get it from a employee of the company.. We just don't take stuff if it doesn't belong to us. The employees need a lesson in Customer Service for sure. We felt like as customers they didn't care we were even trying to buy something from them.
