Kevin Rodriguez helped me with towing my car. He came in so clutch and was happy to share information on why my car broke down and what needed to be fixed. He referred me to help and made me feel super safe and put in the right hands. I cannot thank him enough. An angel! My fees were supposed to be waived entirely due to my car being stolen and recovered by police but the guy running the seedy yard under the freeway first told us that we had to back out of the place because we were being seen on camera then upon asking for the paperwork so that we can collect the car and go he simply gave us a rediculous number saying that’s what is owed, he never gave us a copy or anything and didn’t allow us to grab anything out of the car, and to make matters worse our car looks as if it’s been tampered with there’s no emblem on the grill and the grill it’s self has been pushed in as is someone was in the middle of stripping it and wasn’t expecting to get caught. I was assured that the car was in perfect condition when it was towed and now parts are missing can someone explain what the hell kind of business is this
I needed a tow for my cherished 1972 Citroen DS21. It couldn't start, so it wouldn't rise (pneumonic suspension system) and it was deep in my garage. The previous guy wouldn't or couldn't help me...and his company reissued the call. Miguel arrived, and I quickly knew by his demeanor, confidence and humility, that my car was in good hands. He took the necessary time to winch it out and up the ramp of my garage, and onto the flatbed. I rode with him to Belmont, to my mechanic of over 47 years. EVERYTHING was perfect. Thank you Miguel....and thank you Westlake Tow Inc.
AMAZING!! I had lost my keys to my 2019 Mercedes coupe and needed to get it towed to my house. Everybody else was trying to charge me more and had plenty of excuses about how hard it was going to be since it was parallel parked. With no ease my mans Came through and made it happen. Had a guy parked in my driveway when I got home from an evening shift. No note, no contact info. Blocked him in and called the cops and a tow at 11:45pm. Westlake Tow came in 10 minutes, super clean, shiny truck, nice guy with a great sense of humor. Of course, naughty parker chose that moment to come get his car. After making him sweat a bit I let him leave, tow guy was great about it. I have Westlake Tow in my phone and will use them again, I'm sure, since parking sucks in my neighborhood.
The driver (Happy) was super knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Really helped us get out of a bind, and I'm impressed with how well he resolved the situation.
I can not say enough good things about the business or the employees. I have never (as a woman) felt so comfortable and confident purchasing a vehicle. It was my first lien sale purchase and i had heard all of the warnings agianst such a thing i could have bought into the fear and honestly if i had i would still be waiting to buy a vehicle. Still taking public transit and walking in the rain while i save up more money for a traditional purchase from an owner or a regular used sales lot. The sales team at Westlake Tow put me in exactly the same truck i was hoping for. At an even better than i had exspected or could have dreamed of price. I am planning to "Pimp my ride" and the guys at Westlake. Have stuck with me even after the sale and helped me with parts and accessories to make the vision that i have for my truck when it is finished an affordable and fun task, bringing it to a reality.
I really appreciate the patience and help the tow truck driver, an older gentleman was able to provide. Had to call 3 times, twice for a jumpstart and the last time for a tow and with 15 or so minutes they were able to come. Thanks for the prompt service! It was very much appreciated :) Especially with the headache of having to figure out all the problems with the car.
carolee and vic are the kindest people you will ever find at any business, both helped my wife and myself after a life threatening accident in which my wife was seriously hurt, finding needed documents and personal things scattered in the wreckage of our beloved ford 150. both stopped and went beyond their jobs to be kind human beings, sympathetic, kind and humorous. thank you both, no wonder i read good yelps about this place! sincerely, kip and debi tircuit
