Not a very reliable spot to get auto parts. I called in for a battery but the person who picked up the phone didn’t know how to search up a similar battery and couldn’t find help. He told me to call back the next day and was still unable to assist me so he called me back. After calling back, he said the item was not available and I requested for him to pre order for me. Never heard back since..also they only take online/phone orders and no walk-ins.
The pandemic is over, but they act like it's still going on. The only let one person and at a time and the front door is locked. How can they do business like that.
Very polite on phone, verified part (power window regulator for 1995 Buick) was correct by using VIN and shipped to Illinois from California. Excellent experience and will do business with them again.
I didn't realize you need to know what part you need exactly,( I prefer a shop you can walk in to browse around), instead of calling it in only from outside,and then waiting in line, a closed door. But the main issue was they didn't carry a water pump hose for my 1994 Toyota Corolla ( or a universal for that matter) due to the fact,my car was a 1,6 cubic ft. Engine,not a 1.4.Ultimately they were no help for me
I've found that pricing was better than your chain auto stores. The staff are far more knowledgeable as well. The location is not that obvious. Only one customer allowed inside at a time. It's a small sales area, but large warehouse.

Try to get serpentine belt and surprise day one they ask me for vin number this information is not enough. Day 2 vin number and production day plus where car was build . Finally they let me know they get parts and brand i was looking for. Arrived to shop they get wrong part for me i have to explain to professional why this part is wrong. I have been transfer to another salesperson bingo they don't have brand i was looking for,they try to sell me different brand just to make sale. I was lucky i know what i was looking for other way i have to pay for repair twice. If i can put rating 0 for the service i defiantly will. Waste of time ,waste of gas. I will inform everyone i know to stay away from this place.
They had my part on the shelf. AC Delco.. That says alot... AutoZone and O'Reilly don't stock AC Delco, they want you to buy their brand. City Auto is the place if you want OEM parts, same day.
They have been in business for a long time. The people behind the counters know what they are doing! This is that "secret" spot that's too good for people not to know about. Screw the other Auto Part places and give this one a try!
Supposedly it's a good place to find original parts for your car but when I visited they didn't have any alternator or oil pan in stack for my 2001 Ford mustang. So I was a little disappointed
