James is the most unreliable and unprofessional worker at this location. Said tow truck could only accommodate one passenger so I said I would call him back to confirm if this would work out for me (since there was another person with me). Called back no more than a minute later to confirm that one person rider is okay and that the tow truck was still on the way. He said he dispatched the driver elsewhere and no one else would tow our car very rudely. would give zero stars if possible. terrible customer service, teach him how to answer with respect.
these guys saved me so much time and energy when i was stressing over a dead battery in the middle of the night. called a few other places and all of them gave ETAs of an hour or more. called presidio tow company and had someone with me in 15 minutes. very quickly recharged my battery and was extremely helpful.

They had someone over within 5 minutes. I left my keys inside my car and they came to help me. I would recommend them.
Yuri was awesome! Arrived quickly, worked efficiently to open my car after I'd locked my keys in, very friendly! As an added bonus, he brought his two cute dogs along!
Their customer service is AMAZING. I had a dead battery and was completely stressed. The driver was genuinely kind and helped me get home safe and sound. Will definitely use again if I ever need a jump!!
Presidio tow is awesome…. Didn’t even have to call. The driver had the courtesy to stop in his personal car to offer me a jump when I was stranded. If he is willing to do that just imagine the quality of service he offers when you actually call and ask for assistance. Greatly thankful for the kindness he showed
I was in need of a tow late at night, called three other places that either bailed on me or had to cancel. Called up Presidio and they sent a truck over as quickly as they could. Yuri was super helpful and kind, and even when we got to the apartment complex, he was willing to help push my car in. Couldn't have asked for better service. Hard to find a business with good people like this around these days.
Presidio Towing is amazing! I requested roadside assistance for a lockout from my insurance progressive, and Presidio Towing was the third party dispatched, the wait on the progressive app said 65 minutes but they came in 20 minutes. Yuri is from dispatch but he drove from his office in South SF to help me unlock my car in SF. He got here and was able to unlock my door in 2 minutes. Great service and very friendly, highly recommend!
My car was so dead that I couldn't even use the keyless entry to open the door. Yuri came right over and unlocked my car, and gave me a jump. Super friendly and professional. Thank you so much!!!
He took great care with my vehicle and towed it to the destination without any problems. He was a true professional and would ask for him again if I ever need any type of assistance.

I needed a jump start for a failing battery. They had someone over within 10 minutes. They had two starting kits thankfully since my car needed both to turn over. I would recommend them!
