My experience just found out Orielly’s sold me the wrong size rotors for my Toyota, I could of been killed or hurt people, this is very serious, will never purchase Auto Parts for my car at Orielly’s!!!!
I have an Audi 2020. I just got it serviced the other day from Audi Marin and I was on a 2 Hour Dr. and the check engine light came on, but the heating and cooling was fine. I didn’t know what to do so then I came to this O’Reilly and Valentino was excellent. He checked my car plugged in and told me most likely what it could be and that it was safe to get home most likely. he was very professional and really helped me out and put my mind at ease. Really appreciate it employees like Valentino! Thank you, Tami
I needed a new battery for my van. The technician who helped was quick, knowledgeable and efficient. He even helped me install it free of cost. Highly recommend this place.
In many years this occurred to me today when I went to pick up my order, an auto parts store of this size does not have a restroom for its customers. unfortunate
O’Reilly Auto on El Camino Real in SSF help me out. My car battery gave out going home I was able to drive to O’Reilly Auto. Parked my car then battery was completely died on me. Valentino at O’Reilly was a great help & providing great customer service. Valentino explained the difference between one battery from others. He installed a new battery & within an hour I was on my way home.
Valentino provided great customer service. I will return to O’Reilly Auto Parts for other purchases.
The young woman working here obviously was hired by her manager mom, very rude asked me 20 things about my car, and all I wanted was a battery. When I come back and get help from another worker all he needed was the year of the car and he was able to tell me what I needed to know??? Why was this a 2 trip ordeal for a car battery. On my way to auto zone.
I came in with a good mood, nobody was in the line so I approached the person at the counter, politely wanted to return something, then was told that was assisting a customer so I backed up to wait patiently until I am next. After that, I approached again and to my surprise and disgust I was told that there was a line and I should go wait in line. So, I waited for 10 to 15 mins in front of the counter and I am very sure that cashier was seeing me standing in front of him all this time only to be told that I should fall in line when I was supposed to be next because I was the only person trying to get assisted when I came in. Poor customer service. At least Should've informed me upfront when I first approached the counter. The small sign was not even conspicuous just a sharpie written carboard sign stuck on post and blocked by displays that are too high.
As I entered the store I forgot my mask And a guy with the name Edgar started yelling at me as I attempted to put it on he kept yelling that I needed to be out of the store . Then Rene told me that he was going to kick me out. Just likee that! These guys acted more as an angry mob or pure gangsters than store clerks.
. As i left the store Edgar yelled at me. Put on your mask trying to make fun of me and simply showing of infront of the other ones. Pretty good gang they got here!
Cant wait to visit again and so should you the reader. Never come here unless you want to be treated like Indecently.
Very helpful staff. Bought a battery 3 months ago and it died. They took the battery and had it checked out and concluded it was bad. They swapped out the battery and also gave me pointers on how to keep my battery in good shape. Very pleased with service.
I was literally stolen from by an employee. I asked after making a $120 cash purchase if the male cashier had given me my change because I didn't remember getting it, he assured me I was given the money, taking his word for it I went to the car. Realized my change was in fact not given to me, went back inside and asked for the drawer to be counted, both manager and cashier assured .e they were checking camera's after the cashier called me every profanity insult he could muster up and treating me like a thief making a scene and doing all he could to embarrass me. All over $10. Sad. Im a long standing customer of O'Riley's and have spent thousands of dollars with this company over the years. What a joke. Corporate Im sure will have fun with this one!
Frost (as in Frosty the snowman ) was really helpful & I give him 5 stars for his excellent service to me. My car needs some fluid & he help me throughout to check my car oil & he goes over & beyond customer service . Thank you Frost .
Shout out to Deborah, she is a super awesome employee as well as another Spanish lady, this place is awesome I've had a better experience here. They took my oil pail no lid signed it off to them and they took care of me . Thanks. Also due to covid-19 they can't do check engine lights as they normally do. They always go above and beyond , the one lady I'm speaking of before covid-19 helped me out new windshield wiper on. This place rocks.
Overall the employees are great. But there is an exception. One individual was rather abrasive and off putting. Shopped here for parts a few times and didn't have a problem till today. so this individual might have been a fluke. Just be aware
I went in to buy a wiper blade for my 2017 Mazda 3. I was helped by Linda, the manager. She is Latina and was helping someone else in Spanish. She found the right blade very quickly and told me it goes on in a certain way. Popped it on my car herself. Only 17 bucks too. I am very pleased.
I needed headlight's for my 86 Volvo 740,no problem! I thought it would have cost like 200 dollars for all 4, something like under 100! Can't beat that and they were very good at what they did, very professional. I like that
01-14-2019. AVOID THIS STORE.1 star only because I can't rate it 0 stars. Until 6 months ago customer service was very good. Complete turnover in staff. Now they act very unpleasantly. Today I was over charged by $35 for 4 quarts of oil. When I questioned the price, the clerk insisted on the incorrect price. Only after I quoted the correct price did she re-check the computer. Her only excuse was that someone else had been using the computer.
The guy wouldn’t help me figure out what battery I needed for my car key remote. Won’t be coming back to this store. I’ve never had someone at an OReillys be that unhelpful.
I've been coming to this store since I was a kid (back when it was Kragen Auto Parts). Have always had great help when needing oil or different parts for cars. My uncle's were all mechanics, so O'Reilly is the first place we go when we're fixing something or doing routine maintenance.
Went to drop oil old oil for the hubs. I asked for help bringing it in (it looked pretty heavy lol), and the gentleman there was willing and super helpful even though it wasn’t that much oil, and I could’ve carried it in myself...So thanks for your kindness!!
This was going to be a 1 star rating - but was transformed to 4 stars because of the sincere effort to fix the original issue. I called the Millbrae shop to order parts and the lady who picked-up the phone said I had to walk-in to do that. I called another O'Reilly store (Mountain View) and asked the same exact question: "Can I order parts over the phone?" and that person's response was "Yes, what parts are you looking for?" It's true, I can't actually BUY the parts over the phone - but he looked-up to see if the parts were in inventory - and they were. Awesome. Why couldn't the Millbrae person do the same? So I called the Millbrae location to vent and complain about what happened when I first called. The guy who picked up the phone heard me out, apologized and asked how he can help me. O'Reilly has always been good to me. I was a bit surprised when the first person wasn't willing to work with me when I first called. That was discouraging to me.
Horrible customer service idk which guy hung up on me twice. I bought a power steering pump for my mustang from them and they say they dont have it on record that i bought it. I spent more than 200$ that day, i am very angry i lost my receipt and now there telling me i must have bought it from another store. This has never happened to me at any other oriellys. I cant believe these guys, i tried calling back and now they are forwarding my calls whoever i was on the phone with hung up on me after i asked,"who do i call then, what do i do?" i really cant believe this
We were out of town on vacation and our alternator died. We found an O'Reilly's and they quickly diagnosed the problem. We picked up the part and we're off and running! The customer service and care was impeccable!
