Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I called at 8:55am and it’s 12:08 and they sent the wrong tow truck. Initially they said the truck would be here at 9:55 and called to tell me they needed to send a flat bed, understandable, until the tow truck arrived far from on time and not with a flat bed truck. Now I’m still waiting apparently for another half hour, half the day is gone due to poor communication with drivers and just blatant unprofessionalism. To add when a driver said he was here he was across town at the wrong address when I have in writing the correct address I sent them. What is going on in that dispatch office? They either need more employees or hire someone that is capable. Great example of how to not manage and run a business completely dissatisfied, what a joke.

On Friday finish line tow truck came to pick up a Hertz rental vehicle that I was renting. That broke down since Friday. They don't know where the car is or where their tow truck driver dropped it off at. Finish line. Is the jankiest the worst tow truck company out there? This isn't the first negative experience I've had with them. Avoid them at all costs. I don't know why AAA chooses this company, but they really need to make better decisions. By the way, I still don't know where the car is I can't close my rental agreement until the car is found and checked in. I'm beyond pissed off!!! This is an ongoing drama caused by incompetence.

Do not use this company - if AAA assigns them demand another vendor. They left my wife and son by the side of a busy road with a flat tire for over 90 minutes and then refused to find them because they were “out of the area” - total crap as they were watching on the app and the driver was just down the street. On top of that, the rude driver hung up on them when they tried to call. Horrible that they would leave people abandoned. Stay Away.

Horrible service was in an accident they have me sitting on the side of the freeway for almost 3 hours I need to get to urgent . They keep saying 15 min every time i call for status. 11 20 2025.

We needed a tow through AAA, the tow driver showed up but wouldn’t try to put the truck on the bed because he said our truck “wouldn’t fit.” We called another tow, he showed up with the same size bed and the truck fit fine. Finish line failed because their driver was too lazy to attempt.

AAA – FINISH LINE TOWING 10-5-2025 My wife called AAA on 10-5-2025 regarding a flat tire. The elderly African-American driver of a ‘FINISH LINE TOWING’ truck pulled up sometime later. He removed the Mag Rim that held the flat tire, and replaced it with the Mercedes Benz factory OEM spare wheel. Unfortunately, the driver apparently didn’t see the MB factory lug nuts laying next to the Factory Spare rim. The Mag Rims use a deeper lug nut than the OEM lug nuts due to their design. The FINISH LINE TOWING driver then installed the MB factory OEM steel spare tire & rim but he used the Mag Rim lug nuts. Those elongated lug nuts then went all the way into the wheel hub and essentially ‘locked-up’ that wheel. The car was literally ‘locked’ into place, since the lug nuts went into the hub so far, that they broke the backing plate and marked other wheel hub components. Fortunately, my wife’s car was in front of our house, and she was able to arrange other transportation. IF she HAD BEEN on the highway somewhere, that would have meant that AAA – FINISH LINE TOWING – left her with a vehicle that was in worse condition than when they arrived. It couldn’t move an inch !!!!!!!!!!! When FINISH LINE arrived, she could move the car [slowly] on the flat tire, but the clueless, braindead, nut case of the FINISH LINE driver left my wife with a vehicle that was completely immobilized [lug nuts too far into the hub that ‘locked’ the wheel from rotating]. How totally unprofessional could a tow truck driver be, to NOT ensure that the clients car was functional before leaving the customer stranded in a worse condition than when the stopped to help. Protect yourself – the FINISH LINE name possibly means their driver just ‘finished-a-line’ before he stopped to help. Use a PROFESSIONAL Tow Truck Company, not a firm that employs ‘basket cases’ as their drivers. NOTE: We alerted AAA about the issue, and they promised to reimburse us for the cost of the replacement backing plate, etc. However, we instead asked AAA if they would have FINISHED-A-LINE towing to call us, but NOPE, FINISH LINE [FLUSHED-in-TIME] Towing made NO attempt whatsoever to ‘make-it-right’ for our extra time & expenses lost as a result of FINISH LINE errors and mistakes. Seems Flashed-of-Slime Towing doesn’t give-a-care. The [NOT] Finished-in-Time Towing Company is the WORST we’ve encountered in Decades.

?‼️‼️‼️‼️This towing company be stealing from your vehicles. They stole my ‼️BRAND NEW GO PRO AND MY DJI MINI 2 DRONE & MY HUSKY ELECTRIC WRENCH ‼️?from my Expedition. I went back to let them know my stuff was missing and their response was “ ?We work with the Police we wouldn’t steal from you”. Meaning what? How do you explain my missing equipment???? ‼️‼️? they Also lie to you about not being able to pick up your vehicle during holiday’s or after hours But still charge you. ???. Anyone else has had their Personal belongings stolen or missing? DM me so we can file a small claim lawsuit

I recently required towing services due to an unexpected vehicle emergency and was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism provided. Left us waiting three hours. Canceled after telling us they would be there in 25 minutes. They were dishonest about what we told him. AAA should never use this company again.

Very rude I can’t even explain how i should Feel, triple send this driver that look like he was having bad night. So he pull up telling me load up the car, I was like man this your job and rapidly jump on his truck and said I’m not here do this bs..I did record him but I don’t wanna be that person to put him on blast but this guy shouldn’t be working for aaa. Really bad service

Russell was here from 6:30 PM until 9:30 PM, and his dedication and expertise were nothing short of outstanding. Despite this being a completely unique situation for him, one he’d never encountered in his 30 years of experience, he tackled the challenge head-on. Driver Finish line was dispatch from. AAA arrives with flatbed and the first thing he says is the he's not responsible for damages that its going to cause to vehicle as its being winch up, he had all types of excuses for not to try to do it in a safe matter, I guess the fact that he was new at the job and a little in the heavy side helped with not wanting to work. We declined he's offer we called AAA back, they got us a way better towing company, very clean and professional who did the job right with no damages to my vehicle. Finish line, Finish last ?? I dont recommend this towing company

Johnny was dispatched from Finish Lime when I contacted AAA. By far the best experience we've ever had with a tow tech. We needed our spare tire put on after it became flat. He made sure there was air in the spare, and knew exactly what to do. Professional and kind and went above and beyond. Appreciate him. Finish Line definitely needs to give this man a raise haha. This tow company is crazy for this one. They picked my car up at 1:00am, and we agree that the tow truck driver would deliver my car to Tesla of Alhambra, 6 miles from where they picked the car up. When I drove over to Tesla to pick my car up at 10:00am as agreed, the Tesla associate kindly let me know that my car never made it. So I check my Tesla app to locate my car, and what do you know? My car is in Compton, door unlatched, preventing the ac from being triggered to the on position even though the internal temperature of my car was reading 149 degrees (if you know you know) I was beyond upset and confused, so I had Tesla communicate with the tow company on my behalf. Trying to rectify the situation was not a concern of Finish line towing. They accepted no responsibility, couldn’t give an explanation as to why or how my car ended up there and just continued to deflect and act clueless about the whole situation. I literally had to drive to Compton alone, and call AAA to come get my car off of their property. When I spoke to them they were beyond unprofessional. Feeling that I might have just spoke to a few bad apples, I left my number so that someone could give me a call and maybe give a half decent explanation or maybe a sorry. Nothing, nada, so after 4 month from the date of this incident, I feel a one star review was well earned. I would not trust them to ever town my car again. As they basically stole my car and continued to tell me and Tesla that my car was in transit to Tesla but could not even provide a simple ETA. In fact, my car was stationary/parked on their lot the whole time, and the only reason I was able to verify this is because luckily I have the Tesla app that shows me all of my cars activity and location.

Horrid service.My brother came to pick up his car,and there was a dent in the back that wasn’t there to begin with.The car was hit only from the front.The car was clearly rummaged through,and the battery was dead,despite being changed in December.The owner yelled at my upset brother,and threatened to call the cops on him.The owner was so disrespectful and refused to take responsibility.

Scam and a rip off. They don’t allow photos or videos in their yard so they don’t show accountability when they rummage though, scratch, and dent your car while it’s in there. You confront them and they threaten to call the police on you. Rude. Unprofessional. And they will take every penny you got. Avoid this place at ALL costs.

Had a great experience with Finish Line Towing. The receptionist was nice and helpful. They gave me a time that the tow truck was going to arrive and surely enough he was there on time and really professional. Had me in and out to the next location. Best tow company in town definitely calling them for the next tow.

Mark, the owner, is the best. He was veryy attentive and appreciated us as customers. Definitely will call them again when I need a tow.

Jacob was fast and professional, great service! Had a dead battery in the middle of the night so AAA sent Jacob from Finish Line. Got to me 15 min faster than expected. My vehicle was also in a difficult spot but he didn’t seem to mind (had to carry his gear to the back of an apartment complex). I didn’t end up needing a new battery but he had a new one ready to go if it had been necessary. Needing roadside assistance isn’t fun but Finish Line made it as painless as possible.

Was told they’d be here by 4 but actually came an hour earlier! Shout out to Carlton! He was super helpful and was a very cool person as well!

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS SCAM! I was involed in an accident and was towed into this bussiness. Whatever you pay them, they just take cash only and have you sign invoice with those amount due. Gave them cash and ask for receipt, they just said “That’s it, you’re good now” then ignored me and did not give me the receipt. Thought it was fine but then when my insurance contacts them, they charged insurance one more time for the fees that i paid cash to this business. Now i have nothing to proof that i paid them cash in the past. I know i was dumb but don’t be like me, they’re always aggressive since got my money and and knew that I fell into their trap. They don’t even pick up the phone after that, even my insurance tries to call them to make it clear, this business still does not answer the phone. Always ask for real receipt with balance due “ZERO” if you paid them cash!!!!

This is one of the most Corupt towing Company I ever encounter in my life. The State must do something regarding of this company. Their price is overcharged when it comes to collect their fees. They also don't know about laws because they force my Dad to Register a car under his name when he in reality owns the Company of the vehicle. They're very low in knowledge. It is so sad to see coruption everywhere because no one step in for the poor, I can't imagine the pain they have caused to innocent people.

I wanted to leave a review after my towing experience with Papa! He was dope! Our truck was on the shoulder of the freeway and he came right at the time he said he would be there. He helped my boyfriend and I get off the freeway safely and back to our destination. We had a nice conversation on the road. Overall, he was very kind and welcoming. GREAT service! Thank you!

They are horrible! They were supposed to deliver the car to a Tesla shop, but instead they impounded my car to their center without my approval and charged me outrageous fees. The car was in worse condition when I picked it up next day. There were other people waiting for their cars to be released why had similar problems. They are clearly running an illegal operation. Stay away!

I found Finish Line Towing & Transport to be very reliable! My Tesla got a flat tire and I initially contacted my insurance for Roadside Assistance. The towing company that my insurance sent was behind schedule by 1.5 hours! I waited for over 2 hours. Feeling frustrated, I opted to go through Tesla’s Roadside Assistance instead and they sent me Omar from Finish Line Towing (not sure if he’s at the Garden Grove or Rancho Cucamonga location). Not only was Omar prompt and arrived earlier than expected but he was very friendly and quick with the whole process. This was my first mishap with my Tesla and was very unsure of how the process works since I did not have my valet key card. Omar walked me through the process and told me what to expect moving forward. His positive attitude definitely made an unfortunate experience better!

Sucks cuz they towed my truck twice first time got jacked for my milwuakee wrenches thank God they didn't find the rest of em but I give em two stars cuz they gave me the hookup to my truck and were patient enough to let me get my items in case my truck was bought by someone else so im buying it back cheaper then paying the expensive fee they try to charge but it took about a month to get it back kinda sucks
