Very good experience with the towing service they provided. I had to have my car towed for a long distance, and they quoted me a reasonable price. Very quick response and also they arrive super fast, within the timeframe they told me. I was very impressed. The driver knows what he was doing. I'm glad I called them!

Professional all the way until time to make a payment for their services rendered. We were told storage fees were $20/day only to be charged $100/day the day we picked up. This vehicle could have easily been stored at the original location for $15/day. Makes zero sense to pay that much more. Consumer please be aware and make sure they put anything mentioned over the phone in writing.

I have used Bassam auto towing a few times and each time, they’ve responded so fast and were so helpful. Even if they couldn’t immediately help me with my needs they gave me advice and have always been so nice and reliable. Will definitely be calling again if I am ever in need of car help.

I needed to get my car towed 45 minutes away from the airport so I called a few hours ahead. To my surprise Reyes calls me within 15 minutes telling me that’s he’ll be there in 5 minutes . Even the my buddy who was supposed to receive my car was surprised how fast it was and told me to delay it because he was ready for it yet. Reyes didn’t have any issues with the delay and was willing to work with our schedule . He was patient and courteous and provided us with excellent service. The car was delivered to destination on time without any issues at all. This was one of the few companies that I found willing to go beyond and above for their customers.

Called for battery service . Was initially told it would be a 45 minute wait . The tech got there in half the time . Tech Samuel was great . Took care of what was needed to be done and got out of LAX quickly . 5 Star Service

I just left work at LAX and ran into a pothole.The incident bursted my front tire. I rode aways down PCH to get out of the traffic and called AAA. Raul came in about 20-25 minutes after the incident and recommended me a low cost tire shop to take of my needs. I was so grateful for his recommendation. I was stuck in LAX airport parking lot after a long international flight because my car wouldn’t open with my fob. I made an appointment through AAA; usually when I do this other companies are dispatched and are always late. This company called ahead of time and were able the be there early. The technician, Adrian, was a huge help, jumped started my car, told me issues why it happened, and helped me replace the old one. Very polite, informative and easy to talk to. Thanks a bunch!

I loved this towing company! I called for battery service and the tech was very communicative with me. Initially he called to introduce himself and provide me with an eta. Reyes was the absolute best!!! I was having a crazy day I was driving on a flat in the rain almost killed myself a few times. I knew the car was unsafe heading over to my clients but when I looked at my tires they seemed normal. After making a grocery run for my client and pulling into her driveway pulling out my groceries I see I am completely flat. So I tell my client I need to get my tire fixed and we ended up calling AAA who sent out Westside Tow and this guy was a complete jerk. He said he couldn’t use my spare and that my tire was flat on driver rear so he couldn’t tow me. I drove home which is about 11 miles from where I was. I called AAA again waiting yet another tow requested a flatbed tow truck and they sent out Bassam Tow. When Reyes arrived he was polite and was smiling . I drove the car out the driveway and he took me to the tire shop requested. He listens to my crazy stories and he even had a few of his own. Thankful for him as I was stressed above capacity but he was able to change my mood. Well the story gets interesting I ended up forgetting my keys in the tow truck n the delightful young man was able to bring them back to me. He’s a real one. Thank you Reyes! I appreciate your hardworking and dedication on this wet and crazy day.

Ali and Reyes are the best!!!!!!!!! They went above and beyond to make sure I was in good hands. They did the best they could to help me in my situation and it all worked out perfect! They were patient with me and understanding. I had a 4 hour wait time and they cut in to a 1 hour wait time and they were fully booked and still accommodated my request.
