I don’t usually post reviews, but I’m just so pleased with the service I got from the parts department, Willy in specific. He was kind, communicative, and extremely helpful. Highly recommended.
Overall spent less then an hour and a half in the dealership. Worked with Jordan and he was great. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of my experience.
Just had my first experience here and I was quite impressed with the customer service. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Went to the parts department and I was very pleased with the level of service that I had recieved! Cesar, the parts manager, was very knowledgeable and helped me find a lot of things I needed for my older Integra, even recommending high quality aftermarket components at a reasonable price. Although most of the parts were unfortunately discontinued for my vehicle, my experience there was next to none! I would highly recommend visiting and asking for Cesar if you need any parts for your Acura!

I wanted to take the time to thank the parts department directly. I had left a review on the general website. Noe and Cesar both are great people that know their parts and customer service. They both were great with explaining to me what I needed and it was fast and efficient. I will definitely be back to this Acura for all my parts and service needs.
