In my honest opinion, I honestly think South Bay Acura is not there to help out their customers. This is my second and last visit I will be going to because I do not feel like you guys are not there to honestly hear and help out a customer with getting the car they want.
Additionally, Marsellie Gent since I initially called over on the phone inquiring about the TLX he had no customer service attitude (sounded very dry and bored). Also he stated that the deal ship is only by appointment which I have never heard about needing appointments to check out a car.
I am not sure who answered the service call but she needs to find another job.

I don’t usually post reviews, but I’m just so pleased with the service I got from the parts department, Willy in specific. He was kind, communicative, and extremely helpful. Highly recommended.
Overall spent less then an hour and a half in the dealership. Worked with Jordan and he was great. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of my experience.
Just had my first experience here and I was quite impressed with the customer service. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I want to thank Cesar and Noe specifically for ensuring all my needs were met. I highly recommend the Parts Department at AutoNation Acura South Bay, they are true professionals!
Went to the parts department and I was very pleased with the level of service that I had recieved! Cesar, the parts manager, was very knowledgeable and helped me find a lot of things I needed for my older Integra, even recommending high quality aftermarket components at a reasonable price. Although most of the parts were unfortunately discontinued for my vehicle, my experience there was next to none! I would highly recommend visiting and asking for Cesar if you need any parts for your Acura!

I wanted to take the time to thank the parts department directly. I had left a review on the general website. Noe and Cesar both are great people that know their parts and customer service. They both were great with explaining to me what I needed and it was fast and efficient. I will definitely be back to this Acura for all my parts and service needs.
