I have had a horrible experience with Trident Auto parts. I ordered and paid $448 for a steering column on Dec 12, 2025, received the column on Dec 22, (looks like its from another auto part store) and wasn't able to use it. When I called about the part on Dec 26, my mechanic was blamed and I was told they were on vacation until Jan 5. I have been on the phone numerous times trying to return, (Im out of state) waiting for return labels only to be told to keep it and be refunded $290. After reviewing the website I see they offer free shipping, (they charged me $55) and a no hassle return but this has not been my experience. What a nightmare!

My experience was great! They were very thorough with verifying vehicle information. I was worried trying a new company that I had no experience with but they had great communication. They called me to let me know they had the part, when it shipped, when I got it, and after 30 days to make sure the part worked properly. I would definitely recommend them and use their business again.

Job is operated with unprofessional car salesman. Ordered right part but received a different side part. Try to make sure I’ll received right part but they guarantee it’s the right part, turn out to be wrong. Don’t guarantee something if you are not sure. Make me look dumb for a minute!!!
