This is not an auction the guy that answers the the phone its a *ick don't waste your time calling.. the car auction might of gotten a different star rating they need to fix this found them on offer up look for them the way they they are called.
I went to this dealership yesterday to look at a car I found online. It was a horrible experience. I called First and he said come on down the car is still here. I get to the address online and they have moved locations. I call them and he gives me the new address. I head over to that location and no one is there. And I don't see the car that I asked about either. I called him he said he would be back in a few minutes. I waited for over half an hour. And then left. Then I read the rest of the reviews. And I'm glad I did. Their service has not changed and they don't seem to care about selling a car. I do not recommend using this car dealership. If you could even call it that. It looked more like a junkyard.
Saw a 2003 Subaru outback listed for about $1500 over kbb. Called to negotiate price fast because im in a hurry. The salesperson argued with me on the phone about how they can't negotiate because I couldn't come immediately to buy the car. I'm out of San Diego and was offering to get the car the next day if the price was right. After seeing the reviews this all made sense. Thanks for reviewing, people, you helped me dodge a bullet.
*AVOID AT ALL COSTS* If i could give less than 1 star i would. These people here are extremely rude and were basically telling me that unless i show them my credit score then i am not allowed to see the car I went there for (03 BMW M3). Also when i asked where the car is the 1st answer i got was "Its not here, my boss has it at his house" and the next answer i got was that "Its at the shop" and that I could only see the car if i showed them my credit. Not to mention all their cars look like they came from a junkyard and not a dealer at all (missing body panels, really dirty, etc.)
Made an appointment to see a BMW M3 and the car was not ready when I arrived to the shop. They sent me to other location where a mechanic was fixing a "check engine light"...
When I spoke with Econo the guy said: "there is only one word to describe the car: excelent"
When I checked the car I found the next issues:
Rear tires totally done. No thread left.
Sunroof no working
Oil very dirty...
Check engine light on
Some parts missing in the interior
I am not going to waste my time checking a car here again.
One of the worst experience I've had looking for a car! Went in test drove the car. I didn't like it because there were things they claimed that were fixed and wasn't...like the brakes, the car smelled like it was burning and there was a dent in the rear bumper. I asked for a car faxed they did not give one so I choose to leave. I gave my review on Cargurs the owner call and texted me calling me out of my name because I gave my review...I had to block his number and call the police because he wouldn't stop texting me
I called this place and ask if the price is negotiable. The guy that answered the phone started arguing with me. All I wanted to know is, if the price is negotiable. I don't know who's running this circus but they need to teach the clown customer service.
Do not deal with this dealership. Saw a car posted online with their price or make an offer. I made a competitive offer and was rejected by some person named Mike Kay. I then asked for his best price and he gave me a price that was more expensive than it was posted online.
I told him I was a cash buyer and he told me good luck finding another vehicle. I then informed him that his reviews were bad and he came back on email back to me with profanity that would offend anyone that read it. So do yourself a favor stay far away. Don't even send your worst enemy to this establishment.. This guy needs to take a class on customer service!!!
Called ahead of time to ask about a 2002 gt and asked if they would be able to discuss a price they claimed that they were more than willing. When i got to the dealer there was no one to greet me and i had to walk aimlessly for 20mins trying to find a salesman then was told that the car i was looking for was at a offsite lot 15miles away then when i got to the lot to discuss a price with the dealer he was extremely unwilling to haggle with their outrageous price of 5995 for a car they claimed was at 84k but was reported salvaged and reported to havr 104k on carfax along with having messed up paint and rusted rotors. I strongly discourage anyone from wasting their time to drive out here even if you do call ahead they're scandalous.
.....the gentleman who answered the phone was impatient, very rude, with a hostile attitude when I mentioned having an independent inspection by a national company. I now understand why some people find these folks distasteful, I guess another 190 days of no sale is in order, kmebab.......
Save your travel time , dont waste time at this yard . Cars are at best six out of ten , which is quite ok , but the two operators are terrible to deal with . The guy working in the yard is less presentable than a homeless person , who informed me openly " you should only look at one car its not good to look at more" ...but he was trained by the best . The Snake in the dirty unkept grubby office who has perfected an arrogant approach to ten out ten. Just read his above replies to reviews , you get the picture . I was looking at a 14000 dollar second hand car , cash at the ready , but he told me , "we dont give test drives unless your going to buy ". Maybe years of being a second hand car dealer has worn him down , but pretty much no one commits to buying a car with out driving it .

i did buy a car forty minutes later from a private seller nearby .
This is the worst car dealer I have ever dealt with. I flew 800 miles to check out a car which was advertised, photographed and described by Mike to be in excellent condition. They said it had never been in a wreck, had new breaks, and had been given an inspection by a dealership. When I got there the car was in deplorable condition. It had been wrecked, the grill fell off into my hands when i popped the hood, the fender was so out of alignment it was rubbing the hood and was pushed up over the A pillar. The new breaks were actually new pads on the worst rotors i have ever seen. The list goes on I could write an essay about the terrible condition of the car but..... I called him (Mike) on all of the problems with the car and gave him a chance to come clean about the lies and deal with me on the price, his response was to start telling me more lies. I deal with car dealerships new and used as a profession and have never seen such a dishonest and shady dealership anywhere. The nearest shady pot lot to you would seem squeaky clean compared to these guys.
Don't deal with them for any reason, do yourself a favor and heed the warnings all over the net about these guys.
I Got a funny vibe from these guys he tried to charge me 7000 as a down payment for car that's 14000 he's out of his mind and say it's cause there a smaller car lot than most other car lots definitely wouldn't recommend this place
Terrible place i would never recommend the latino guy that works there is so rude and not helpful. Don't go there he is also not clean at all so dirty!!! the office and cars are all dirty and a mess!!!!
