George was very helpful with getting my tire fixed as a walk in. This place always take care of us every employee has always been very kind and helpful.

This shop SAVED me, I cannot overstate that enough. I was heading through LA from the Bay Area on a road trip and picked up a nail in my tire. Every other shop I visited (dealership, Walmart, etc.) turned me away saying the tire couldn’t be patched for one reason or another, but they just happened to have the exact fitment I needed for a replacement. I headed to this shop because it was closer than an open autozone to buy a plug kit and give it a shot myself out of desperation since I was losing air quick. Firestone got me in immediately, plugged and patched, and got me on my way without a second thought. Super friendly staff, incredible customer service. God forbid I ever snag another nail while down in this area, I know where I’m taking my truck hands down.

I had a great experience getting my tire patched here. Low tire pressure can be stressful for anyone but I've been having issues with my tires a lot lately. I appreciated being acknowledged promptly by Eddie since I was a bit stressed. Julian was really helpful by checking the pressure on my tires and patching the one that had a nail. Definitely recommend if you're in the Whittier area.

So grateful for this place!! I had this location check my tire pressure for free and they noticed that a blade must have sliced my tire and that’s why it was loosing pressure. The people here were super attentive and communicative to me on what the issue was! Would highly recommend coming here for any of your tire needs! The gentleman at the front desk also informed me and other guests of promotions that are happening and coupons on the website to help save money. It seems they are definitely working to help their customers out! THANK YOU!! 🥰🤗

This place is amazing!! I had an emergency situation with a Flat tire and Candy helped me get right away to get my tire fixed. She did it with no hesitation! I was in and out in 15 minutes! Highly recommend this place!!!! Thank you Candy ☺️

I came in due to a nail in my tire, I was assisted by Candy and she provided exceptional customer service. They quickly got my vehicle back in for service and the waiting area was comfortable with television. I was very satisfied with my experience!

The guys were very nice and fast and got me in writhing a couple minutes of my call. Only took an hour with my car! Most definitely coming back again!

Took my car here a couple months back for brakes on the front axle. For $700 they replaced the brakes and rotors, and when I got my car back there was a noticeable shaking sounds from behind the front passenger tire. Brought it back a week later for them to look at and I was told "everything is fine, but it looks like your struts are the issue", and that would be approx. $1100 to fix(i declined the service at the time). Fast forward 2 months, and yesterday my entire brake caliper fell off of my front passenger wheel, my car would barely brake and the wheel locked up each time the car came to a stop. I had to get the car towed to Midas to have it fixed, whatever bolts securing the caliper had completely fallen out so obviously the brake was not installed correctly. To think I might have spent $1100 to fix an issue that was not present is a bit insane. Only reason they aren't getting 1 star is because they are in fact friendly people but I will not be returning.

I’ve been to many Firestone’s none have treated me better or did a job faster. They always take care of me when other stores or places have failed me. They always seem to find the time to make it right in a timely manner. Like today I found a nail in my tire they were able to take me right away. This location on Washington blvd makes me keep coming back to Firestone.

We recently went to Firestone to obtain an alignment service and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I want to thank Eduardo for being patient so friendly he explain the process and benefits to our selection.We will definitely be going back do to how comfortable we felt. Thank you !!!

Mechanic shops on a Sunday is always a challenge to land but when I saw the local Firestone was opened I jumped at the change to get some quality work done on an overdue oil change. Glad they weren't stretched to thin and were able to get to it as soon as I signed off ok the work. George is a good guy and im sure he's looking forward to working with you too.

My experience at Pep Boys was a disaster but walking into the Firestone location completely turned my day around. I had the pleasure dealing with Leo. Soon as I walked in he was extremely nice acknowledged me with a hello and a smile. I explained my issue he quoted me a price that was significantly cheaper than Pep Boys up the street. I was happy to wait the two hrs but to my surprise my vehicle was ready less than 30mins. Leo will get my business and hopefully whoever reads this review will go to Firestone. I was in Whittier getting a haircut and I noticed I had a flat tire. I happened to be across the street from the Firestone Tire shop on the corner of Washington and Boer. I drove over to get the flat tire checked out and repaired. I didn’t know to expect and in the end after the tire was repaired I was completely caught by surprised when the Store Manager George offer the service at no cost. What an amazing of outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this location.
