Beware this auto zone’s workers call you names and makes fun of you AFTER you purchase what you need for your vehicle.
I had my 5 month old daughter in her carrier in one hand so I had to make two trips. As I'm walking out I hear names being thrown at me for the color shirt I was wearing.
I just spent over 120 dollars at this place and this is the kind of service to get after doing business?
I had an issue with my transactions due to a mistake made by another AutoZone location. However, Ms. Lopez handled the situation like a champ and went above and beyond to resolve everything. I am 100% satisfied with the excellent customer service, and this location is truly amazing. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best AutoZone that really helps people.The Mrg. Ms. April really goes out of her way to help you. I had a problem with some gift cards that I purchase at Vons, she made everything happen. The staff there was awesome.
Poor service. The red shirt helping us was very attentive but they had several managers standing around not helping. Wasn’t greeted or acknowledged upon entering. The lady manager ignored us and only paid attention once we were already being helped. And only because she was trying to push wittdjr and not because she wanted to help us. We felt like just a number. If it wasn’t for being in other auto zones with better service I would say to avoid this store. Stores a mess too, a lot of product pushed back. Place looks ransacked.

Well this 5 starts will go to brandon, came to look for a bulb light for my honda accord shift gear brandon show it to the manager i think couse he is new and the manager and once she saw the bulb light straight up said we don't carry that, thats only from the dealer but brandon who was a the cashier took the time to help me out and find it good joob brandon keep up the hard work and excellent costumer service 👊👊
Honestly best place ever, all the guys there are super kind and very attentive to what I needed, I was looking for new brake pads and other items. They were quick to help me out and collectively all supported me with assistance. I even had a few questions that were quickly answered. Very knowledgeable people. Especially Brandon, he’s very good with what he knows and he’s aware. Honestly he’s somebody I would even trust to leave my baby with.
Looked for parts and all the gents were helpful, especially for parts and outsourcing ones that were original oem . Will defiantly come back because there wonderful customer service
2 nd time I was given wrong parts at 2 different locations 1st time pahrump NV 2nd time LA habra CA wrong brake pads. They're solution, told me I'm better off going to O'Reilly's lol
Placed an order early in the morning, paid the same day delivery fee and 2pm my order still hasn't been delivered. Called the store and they keep putting me on hold.

Logan was an all star .helped my sister pick out correct battery for her car and helped with install. After valvoline tried putting incorrect battery that killed my sisters car. Logan was the man. I’ll be coming back to this auto zone because of his amazing customer service and his expertise.
My car just happened to not start as I was in the same shopping center as this auto zone. An employee by the name of Logan really helped me out and went above and beyond to start my car back up, check everything out and even cleaned the battery and tightened it back into place. As a female it is intimidating to ask for car help! He was so nice and truly a lifesaver. I wish there were more people like this who cared about their customers. Thank you so much Logan! :)
On 12/07/2024, late in the evening, my engine light came on and I felt overwhelmed. I rushed to AutoZone in Whittier for their free diagnosis. When I walked in, Logan greeted me with a huge smile and positive energy, even though it was late and others might have been tired. He provided exceptional customer service—friendly, respectful, and patient. Logan made sure to be mindful not to damage my vehicle while offering a thorough diagnosis and explaining everything in a way that made sense, even to someone who knows little about cars. This level of service is hard to find anywhere. Logan is truly a gem!
Just got my battery replaced here, the guys were awesome and so helpful! They were extremely knowledgeable and recommended a few things that would be helpful for me and weren’t pushy or sales. They had to bust out the big guns to get my battery out 🤣 they kept me informed during the whole process and even swapped out my battery terminal for me and put the new battery in. Called tonight because the battery in my dad’s truck went dead while I was at the hospital visiting him. Spoke with Christian, who ensured he had the battery I needed and told me to come on by after AAA gave me a jump. I went over, he tested it, agreed that I needed a new one, and had it swapped out in less than 10 minutes. He was professional, kind, quick, and knowledgeable. Christian, you made a bad day turn around pretty quickly by being so great at your job. I love that AutoZone offers this service. Thanks, AutoZone and thank you, Christian!
It is very hard to find good customer service nowadays, but not at this AutoZone! Emily went above and beyond to help me when I went to figure out how to get a paint scratch out of my car. She was kind and helpful, and actually took the initiative to get the paint scratch out for me. I was not expecting that level of service. It totally made my day.
I went in and walked around for about 30 minutes. I knew what I needed but wasn’t sure what brand or exactly the product that would get my job done the best. I was greeted with a nice hello when I walked in. Perfect! Then nothing. Fail!!! No one else was in the store customer wise and there was 4 staff at the counter when I arrived. I picked out my tint after negotiating with myself for 20 minutes, got the air and cabin filters, and did the best I could for the car wax I was looking for after another 20 to 30 minutes. I was in the store for an extended period of time. I decided to pass on the floor mats and seat covers as I couldn’t figure out which ones and not one person offered any help or guidance. No one addressed me any further until I got to the counter for checkout. I asked the lady about the car wax and honestly got a half a$$ response but then said it’s one of the best on the market I think but I really don’t know for sure. What?!?!?!?! Are you cereal!!!!! Yes o said cereal and it is not a typo…
It’s not often I want to be bothered or solicited in a store. Honestly I truly prefer not to be engaged at all. However, I feel like at the auto parts store and being a female this rule is null and void as assistance is 9 times out of 10 a necessity. I Won’t be coming back to this store. I am glad you had the other products I needed and I thank you for being open and at my service in that refused. I Just was hoping for it to be a little more personalized because I was so unsure of what to get with so many products options available.

I viewed great leadership from the store Managers, helping their team members regarding any questions for my order, in making sure it was done correctly.
