Best advice would be to do your research! They need a filter option on their site to help you search for vehicles that aren’t buybacks and lemons. Surely not all branded titles and buybacks or lemons are bad but good luck trading it in if you plan to later in the future. Also, insurance companies won’t approve those vehicles for full coverage most of them will accept liability which makes it difficult when financing. LeSueur the Lemon Branded title and Bugback resale company come on in and hope the vehicle will last for you!

I inquired on cars.com to an ad for a Kia EV9. I was quoted $33,977 in writing for a used Branded EV9, then on the final paperwork showed $39,977. The salesman offered only an apology. This fells like a bait and switch job. After this complaint, the dealer took down the ad and placed a new ad for a higher price to negate the price tracking tool.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I’m not one to leave reviews but after our experience I’m hoping to save someone pain and money from buying a car from these people. My husband bought a car from them in 2023, and was said to have had minor repairs… WRONG!! Not even three years later we now had what was supposed to be an oil leak repair that was inspected to be a whole engine repair that costs more than what the car is worth!! We just flushed $20,000 down the drain on a car that was supposed to last us 10 years.. I would give zero stars if I could! So disappointed!! I wish we lived in a day and age where people actually sold cars honestly! The cars warranty conveniently ended last year! Please take your business elsewhere… 🤦‍♀️

Sold a car that I had set aside time to look at. Does not value consumer time constraints or reservations. Don't waste your time. They'll likely just screw you over.

Lesueur Auto Dealership in Tempe, AZ is amazing! I bought my first Tesla today from Kris and traded in the Hyundai I purchased from him five years earlier. If you like low pressure and genuine customer service, this is the place. Kris was extremely helpful and patient when I was going back and forth on 2 cars. He made sure any issues with the car were addressed and resolved before we moved forward. The best part is I got exactly what I wanted within a price range I was comfortable with👌 I can’t recommend them enough!

This is one of the best car companies in the world. I mean what I say because the way they do business here is a lost art that would make the world better if practiced. Shop for your car online, call to see and test drive it. When you're sure of what you want, you don't have to spend the day here being harassed, just pay for your car and go enjoy it. That's why I love LeSueur Car Company. When my 18-year-old son, who was buying his first car with his own money, was a bit short of cash, the owner himself blessed him, making sure he had new tires, and giving him their warranty for free, so he could drive away secure. I just recently traded my 07' Camry for a 2020 Prius like I was running in and out of Lowes. It's fantastic!!! Their mechanic shop is no less a great find. Make your appointment and enjoy quality service without hidden costs.

Absolutely deserving of their high ratings. Just bought a car here a few days ago and have immediately recommended them to tons of friends and family. Extremely fair prices (and business practices) for the buybacks theyre selling. I can obviously edit this down the road if needed, but i felt really secure in buying the one i did + am loving it so far. The car itself and the $$ have always been most important to me, but it's definitely worth noting how amazing and extremely different from the normal dealership experience this was too. Didnt spam me with phone calls when i submitted interest, responded to tons if text message questions i had (useful with my schedule), seems like the "staff" is basically just one big family + all of them are extremely kind people. ZERO pressure from start to finish. Less than zero honestly...we basically showed up and they were like "I'll be over here, let me know any that you want to check out or test drive." And then made the docs and financial steps really easy as well. Cant recommend enough

My wife and I went into LeSueur feeling unsure about which vehicle to get. We honestly had no plans on buying a car that day until we test drove the 2023 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy they had on the lot. Maya and Kate helped us with some test drives. Once we drove the Palisade my wife and I fell in love and then spoke to Steven about pricing. There was absolutely zero pressure from him and any of the other staff. Solid mechanic shop with fair pricing and honest service. The staff explains repairs clearly and doesn't push unnecessary work. Turnaround time is usually quick, though availability can vary depending on the day. Waiting area is basic but clean. Great for routine maintenance and trusted diagnostics.

I purchased a car from LeSueur June 2024 and had a great experience with Steve. I did already do my research on the car I wanted and knew which specific ones from their lot I wanted to check out. I had called and by the time i had gotten there same day they had both cars pulled up and ready for me to test drive. I bought a 2021 VW ID.4 with only 8,000 and they negotiated with me on a price that allowed me to receive a tax credit from the state. I have already recommended them to several other people and always talk highly of them. I love the VW but am excited to go back and purchased my next vehicle from them when the time comes!

I had a great experience buying from LeSueur! I had been looking around at dealerships but wasn’t having any luck and I was so frustrated by the slimy sales tactics of the salesmen at the big dealerships… and then I found LeSueur. They were nice, professional, and weren’t trying to sell me. I worked with Ryan and once I found the car I wanted we had the documents done in 30 minutes or less, like it should be. Also, it’s nice that this place has reduced fees compared to the dealerships. I went to VW Chapman and they were trying to charge me a $500 document fee. At LeSueur, it was $200. Additionally, the taxes were reduced because they are a county island.

LeSueur Car Company is simply the best place you can go to buy a used car. I have bought a few Kia brand vehicles here, also more recently a Chrysler Pacifica. The Chrysler they had taken in on trade had some unknown mechanical issues that were nearly impossible to detect on a test drive when I purchased it. 2 days after I purchased it, I noticed some temporary (5 seconds) misfiring at cold start. I called Steven LeSueur right away, he assured me they would take care of whatever was going on. To make a really long story short, Steve worked tirelessly with his service department to get the issues fixed. It ended up needing new head gaskets on the 3.6L Pentastar. They also replaced the heads to ensure I would be totally happy with my purchase. Like I said, most dealers would have said, “too bad so sad, you own it.” Humor aside, they really stand behind their cars. You won’t regret buying a car from them. Also, they give you no hassles when you want to test drive something, they simply hand over the key and say, “enjoy it.” When you get back they will ask “so how did you like it?” No high pressure sales. Also I love that they have no hidden fees. Just a good honest car deal - price of the car, plus tax title & license, with a super reasonable “doc fee.” Be sure to check them out when you are in the market for your next vehicle. - James Dragonette

Easiest vehicle purchase I have ever had!! Riley Price actually made it fun to buy a car. With their no haggle and the lowest price already put on the cars makes it quick and easy. I will definitely be buying my vehicles from Lesueur for now no.

We were in the market for a specific car as a second vehicle and LeSueur had one we really liked from the description and pictures online so that is how we discovered LeSueur. So I placed a call to LeSueur and was put through to Kyle who from that call forward did everything he could to make us happy with the vehicle we wanted and everything that goes with the purchase of a vehicle. We traveled about 35 miles to see the car and when we arrived there it was not cooling properly so we could not test drive it the way we would have liked, ( as it was aprox.115 out) we know Kyle must have felt terrible about this but it happens. But still he offered to get the car in for service and have it brought to us so we would not have to make the return drive from the west valley to see it again. I said to him, "but I am still not sure if we want it" and he said no problem after they deliver it tomorrow test drive it if you are not happy then no hard feeling I will simply have the lot attendant bring it back (again 35 miles) if we decide we want to move forward with the purchase they will bring the documents for us to sign along with them. Now I am in my 60's and have been purchasing cars both new and preowned for over 40 years and I have never had any car dealership go to such measures to make a customer happy as they do at LeSueur. When they advertise that you are treated like family, they truly mean it! I can honestly say that if I find myself in the market for a quality preowned vehicle I will look nowhere else other than LeSueur. And yes we purchased the car and we are very pleased and we will recommend anyone and everyone looking for quality cars and quality, honest, morally responsible service like it used to be look no further than LeSueur Car Company.
