This review is specifically for the Tempe location off Kyrene. I own a highly modified BMW F80 M3. I have always been highly selective on who I let handle my car, and I am sure my fellow car enthusiasts can understand why (and likely share the same sentiment). With that being said, I had the misfortune of having to bring my car in due to significant suspension damage from an impact. Brad, the GM of that location, got my car in the next day, and I had a quote in hand. He routinely kept me updated regarding the status of my car, which put my mind at ease, and helped to cultivate trust. Brandon, the technician, was in constant communication with Brad. Brad was then relaying any information, findings, suggestions, concerns, etc., from Brandon to me. Brandon exemplified attention to detail, care, and respect for my vehicle as if it was his own. I can fully attest that the workmanship is exceptional. To end, Brad seems to have a deep understanding of the anxiety that some of us may have as car enthusiasts when our prized possession is out of our hands and in the hands of another. I can't stress enough how relieving it was to be updated on a routine basis by Brad. I think its important to note that I did not ask for him to update me. I think he just knows from experience how it can be, and I am certainly grateful for the communications. I highly recommend these guys to anyone considering them. They are phenomenal.

We recently purchased this used car. We took it in for an oil and filter change and a general check up. Brad did a super job of making sure each detail of any issues we were concern about were properly noted for the techs to check out. Received a thorough report on each item and the entire service was performed the same day.

Just had the OEM pads on my G87 replaced at Babbitt today. Obviously not super complicated work, but they had it done in less than 2 hours. Also, Brad was cool as a fan. When the factory warranty period has expired, I'll absolutely be going to these guys for all of my BMW service needs.

Huge thank you to Brad and his team for for not only taking care of my check engine light but getting ahead of things that would make it come back on in future. They saved me thousands in imminent labor costs and when all was said and done I walked out of there for a third of what the dealer would have cost me and my car drives like it’s new. This will be my go to shop for this car and my future cars. Thank you Babbitt!

I came across this company on Google Base after reading a positive review. I decided to give them a try and had my car in for a battery replacement for my X1. Besides the battery replacement, they thoroughly inspected my car, which I appreciated. The friendly and helpful front desk informed me of the necessary steps and the urgency of the repair. I’m highly satisfied with my experience and will definitely be back and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Great experience at Babbitt! Just bought my 2023 BMW M440i in March and was looking for a great mechanic to bring it to. Found it! These guys are great at what they do. Brad at the front desk is delightful - but, most importantly, he is knowledgeable, professional and so helpful. He had an answer to every question I had. My car was taken care of beautifully and they definitely go the extra mile here. Highly recommend - so much better than a dealership! This is where I am taking my car from now on 9.25 Just went back for a check up (same car) and my e percent was just as wonderful as last year. These guys are fantastic! And Brad at the front desk is truly exceptional. Wish everything in my life was as nice as taking my BMW here for service! Highly recommend

I always have a good experience when having my BMW 650i serviced at the Babbitt Motor Werks South Tempe location. Brad and his team of professional experienced experts are great in addressing all issues concerning BMW vehicles. They are the best, top notch, stellar team in resolving any issue to your satisfaction! Brad is extremely knowledgeable and he explains everything with clarity about the source, process and repairs needed, immediately and identify problem areas to look out for in the future depending on your cars condition and mileage. I highly recommend them to BMW owners coming off dealership warranties!

I had an excellent experience with Babbitt. They were professional, friendly, and communicated clearly. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my car and fixed it for significantly less than the quote I received from one of the competing independent BMW shops in the area. It's been a few weeks since the repair and I've had no issues with the car. I highly recommend Babbitt and plan to continue to use them for any future repairs.

If you own a BMW this is where you need to take it. They will explain everything IN DETAIL and only work on BMWs. They take care of all the insurance paperwork in advance. Super friendly and seem to have a low overhead so you get good value. I later found out that my son takes his car there too, and believe me, he does his research!!

I can't say enough good things about Brad and the team over at Babbitt in Tempe. I've had my Mini Coop served there so many times and every time they do what's needed and never try and push extra services on me. Very professional, very reasonably priced.

I've been taking my Mini Cooper to Babbitt Motor Werks in Tempe for years and I'm always happy with the service. The manager, Brad is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He explains repairs thoroughly, prices are fair and I am always treated with respect.

This is the only place, other than myself, that I was allowed to touch my M850i. They don’t do recommend services based on mileage, they actually take the time to look at the vehicle to see if it needs that service unlike dealerships. I always have a great experience and the prices are extremely fair. Great work guys can’t say enough good things about this place.

Babbitt Motor Werks is excellent. They do a wonderful job taking care of my 2005 BMW 545i. Brad is great and always keeps me informed about what my car needs, what needs to be done now and what could possibly wait if I am a little short on money. He also suggest repairs that should be done together to save on labor costs later. He keeps me informed at each step of the repair process. I trust Babbitt Motor Werks.

Found this company through Google maps and chose them based on the number of five star reviews. And I wasn’t let down! My breaks were squeaking so I took my BMW into Babbit to get them diagnosed. Brad was super helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. I dropped off my car in the morning and by lunch time they had a diagnosis. I agreed with what needed to be done and moved forward with the work. I picked my car up later that afternoon. Again Brad very helpful with answering my questions for future repairs. This is my first time owning a BMW and this is the only shop I will be using going forward. It’s close to home and the cost to replace the rotors, break pads, battery, and break fluid flush was very reasonable. I’m very happy with the work. Highly recommend if you own a BMW.

I’m very happy with Babbitt for their masterful service of my former 2009 BMW 328 and my son’s 2007 328. Whatever I have needed fixed or corrected has been handled professionally and completely. When you own a BMW, it’s great to have a shop that can perform at a high level. I have nothing bad to say about this service group. Keep up the great work! Recently, they helped me restore my headlights to factory OEM after I had to endure a botched aftermarket job from another shop that I will not name.
