Had a crank position sensor/cam position sensor/fuel pump go out while cruising and Houston came and helped me out. I could tell he's a fellow car guy and he took good care of Apollo. All in all, couldn't recommend these guys more highly!!

Needed a tow in a pinch and they were so quick to have a driver out to assist us. Not only was the dispatch staff super helpful and friendly but the driver was very knowledgeable and kind. They were able to get us out of a parking garage no problem and to our preferred shop. I would definitely recommend.

I had Steve help me out with two flat tires (front and back) and he was extremely adaptable and courteous! There seemed to be a mistake in scheduling, as my insurance scheduled an hour earlier than requested. Steve contacted me beforehand and was more than happy to arrive later on such late notice. Realizing I had a rear flat tire, he had no problem going in and changing the wheel with my spare. I realized I accidentally scheduled myself with a tire shop that was closed on a Sunday and he recommended a mom & pop tire shop that was still open and offered cheaper services. I appreciate the help and wonderful service!

Steer away from buying cars at this place. Absolutely red flag. 🚩⚠️⛔️ This guy sold me 2016 Camry SE just a week ago. And specifically told him I’m looking for a car for my daughter… He lied to your face and said that the car has “no problems” like any other used car sales man. Then you hear a knocking and apparently he “forgot” to mention it to you (He keeps telling me he drove the car for two weeks and I took it down the road for 5 min) And then the check engine light comes one and he says he had no idea… My fault I let the guard down and trusted this guy for his word. Bottom line, took the car to the shop they quoted me amount shy of what I paid for it. What ever they asking for a car it worth half of that if not that. ⚠️ You been warned. Just not honest. Just don’t deal with this people.

Wolf in truck 20 did an incredible job of responding quickly and managed to safely get my car off the light rail. He was very helpful throughout and took us home. Shoutout Wolf!

Excellent work, I'm really impressed! Joel towed my Jaguar XJS tonight. The front of that car sits less than 4 inches off the ground so I was a little worried. The level of care he gave it you'd have thought it was his personal award winning show car! New & very clean truck. I highly recommend them! Thanks Joel!

Nice of this person to block the parking lot and handicap spot. All so he can get his food. You represent the company you work for no matter where or what you’re doing. This is highly unacceptable and illegal

Called my insurance company for tow at 5pm and they sent the information over to this company at 5:30. Waited well over 2 hours for a tow truck and was informed they will have someone out to me by 7pm only to be informed they are running late. They didnt get to mr till 7:30. Dont use there service horible company! THERE WAS LIGHT OuT BY THE TIME THEY GOT THERE! Driver didnt even. greet me but just asked questions!

Very unprofessional and aggressive. When speaking with the dispatcher, there was some confusion. I had requested a repair for a flat tire I had gotten. And I quote the dispatcher here, “My supervisor said we can do the repair…” Great, then when the service man arrives he was very rude and abrupt. While trying to explain what I was told for a repair, Jay the service man that arrived, interrupts me as I try to explain what happened. So I try and contact the dispatcher and Tesla for clarification and he interrupts me while I am on the phone throughout my conversations. He even calls his manager and hands me his phone as I am on the phone with Tesla as he “Told me to do so,” not kindly ask me to. He was rude abrupt and short tempered for unknown reasons to me. I hope he learns basic manners for future businesses he represents your company.

I completely understand that delays happen. But the communication about those delays needs to be clearer when you’re dealing with people in this extreme heat. Was originally quoted an hour, when the hour passed, the tracker added another hour. I called dispatch and was told a driver was on his way and would be here in 20 min. When those 20 min were up, the tracker added another hour due to a delay. Called dispatch again and was told 20 min. Altogether it took 2.5 hours to get tow service in the middle of the hottest summer on record, after being quoted 1 hour and told multiple times it would be 20 more minutes. If I had been told 2.5 hours straight away, or that the delay after first hour would be 1.5 hours, I could have had someone pick me up or bring me water. But being unclear about the timing and the delays created a very unsafe experience for me on the side of the freeway.

My insurance roadside assistance contracted with Professional Towing & Recovery this morning to help me get my car to a service center. Ty came to pick up my car within the ETA and provided exceptional service with the upmost professionalism, empathy, job knowledge and great customer service. He even helped me look on the bright side of my car situation and made me feel safe and secure as I rode along with him to the service center. I can’t thank Ty enough for his service. Well done, Professional Towing & Recovery you really lived up to your name today!

I was lucky enough to get Truck 20 and a driver named Wolf. He did his job with the highest of standards in a swift and precise manner. Extremely friendly and helpful. By far the most amazing tow truck driving I ever seen. Thanks again man and I highly recommend Wolf if you can get him.

Charge absurd rates for mandatory city holds. If your vehicle is impounded or otherwise towed prepare for the slowest least friendly service you've encountered as well as charging a small fortune. My vehicle was held for a mandatory 20 days and I was charged initially 870$, which I questioned and only got down to the "standard" 600 after having my lawyer call them. Shady business practices and practically stealing from people who are already down. Would give 0 stars if I could

Had a great first experience with this company. I called in on a Sunday morning and the tech (Zack) was there within 20 minutes and got the vehicle on and off the tow truck in under an hour. Would recommend and use their services again.

I am so grateful that I decided to call this company. My car got broken into and the car would not start. It was late at night and within less than 10mins an employee by the name of Wolf (Truck 20) showed up and helped me get my vehicle up and running again. He helped take thorough pictures of what happened and sent me a report via email right on the spot that I could give the police. I was in the most vulnerable situation but once he arrived I knew I was in good hands. Kudos to Wolf and responding to the situation super quickly and getting me back on the road safely.

100% satisfied with service! I had a flat tire while at work. I'm not mechanically inclined & get off at 11:30pm. I was alone, with no one to help. Called my insurance & they scheduled a towing from my work, to my home (25 miles). I had to ride with the driver to my home. I had Scott for my driver/tower & he was incredible! I never once felt uncomfortable. He was on time, friendly & helpful. Thank you guys for helping me tonight!

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I waited in the lobby for nearly 30 minutes than when finally greeted it was by a pleasant man who spoke absolutely no English or Spanish. He than went and got the rudest and most insulting woman I've probably ever met. Eventually I was served by a decent and pleasant man and the transaction and receivership of my vehicle went quickly and smoothly but after a 2 hour wait for something that at most should have taken 15 mins it was ridiculous. I didn't get the last man's name I dealt with but he was awesome everyone else seemed like they didn't want to be there and were rude as well as unprofessional.
