I was sent here by someone from my gym and I couldn’t have been more impressed! Excellent and speedy service, great pricing, kind and knowledgeable staff. I was a walk in and was happy to wait and it was still the quickest oil change I’ve ever received in spite of how busy they were. No attempt at upselling stuff I didn’t need- they’ve earned my trust. Can’t wait to come back when I need future work done!

Tait and the team that stands behind is beyond amazing from the first call to the honest answers and opinion that he gave me. Mind you this was a purchasing a new vehicle question he went out of his way to inform me of the best knowledge he and his team had available. Definitely a 5 star establishment!! Highly recommend!

First mechanic we went to told us we needed a new transmission right before a long road trip. Hon Man was recommended to us for a 2nd opinion. Super responsive. Did not recommend replacement. Fixed the issue and other key items that the first mechanic didn’t see. Our van ran like a champ keeping our family safe and secure for our trip.

Very enjoyable service. Great communication over the weekend via email even though they were closed. Diagnosed and fixed my Acura TSX clutch problem and performed my maintenance at a good price. Also no issues with trying to be upsold on a variety of svcs like they do at dealerships. Would deduct half a star for the person checking me out for not calling out I will likely need to do brake maintenance before too long per the inspection sheet the mailed me.

Brandon B., the service manager, is unquestionably transparent and honest. I have entrusted him and his company (formerly Tempe Honda, Right Honda, and now Hon Man) with four Acuras over the past decade. Without hesitation, I can say he is the best service advisor I have encountered in my 39 years working with dealer service departments and local automotive repair shops. I highly recommend him for his honest advice regarding your vehicles. He will never try to sell you unnecessary services, unlike many other service advisors.

This is the only place I will take my car. I have a 1997 Honda and I only trust the Hon-Man staff to service my car. Exceptional customer support, affordable and trustworthy. If you have a Honda, just take it here you will not be disappointed.

Exceptional service! I had them fix my daughter in law’s AC and had a full inspection. They printed a report and went over all the findings with photos. They explain complex issues very well. I highly recommend this shop, especially for the ASU community (ASU out of state Moms, these guys are great).

Hon Man Specializes in working Omly on Honda's , Acuras period. Because of this HonMan's mechanics are Very knowledgeable and do great work/ repairs the first time around. Very Nice, Comfortable waiting area for customers, and bathroom is top notch!! Will definitely Be back to Hon Man for All of My Honda G it's mechanical needs.

I called today on 09/17 to schedule a Dianostic, they returned my call a lot sooner than I was expecting. My schedule was everywhere due to work and they worked with me to fit me in the same day I called. My situation was urgent as my Oil pressure light came on. Thankfully, the mechanic evaluated, explained, and resolved my issue all in the span of 10 minutes. (I was negligent with my vehicle🤣) best part he listened and answered all my concerns with no charge in the end because again I was negligent with my vehicle and it was a minor resolution. 10/10 would recommend this shop to any honda owners I know!

This shop is an absolute gem. Look no further if you own a Honda. Just had my clutch replaced, they also identified an engine mount issue causing the vibration in my car I had felt. Got the car back and it is smooth as BUTTER. Like a brand new car again at 150k miles. I also had a bulb on the way out for my right turn signal, triggering the rapid signal thing when you flip the signal on, which I 100% didn't expect them to fix, as I never brought it up even, but, I got the car back, and that's also resolved, no charge, no mention of it, they just did it. It's the little things, their attention to detail, and they just GENUINELY care and are there to help you get back on the road for a 100% fair price. Thank you everyone at Honman! You all are LEGENDS.

I brought my 2015 Civic in to have them fix the atrocious work done by another shop (to remain nameless here). They very easily could have taken advantage of me and the situation, but they quickly identified the problems and repaired them for an exceptionally reasonable price. My civic has found its new home.

5 stars for the Hon-Man! Very competent shop. I've been taking my Civic there for the last couple years. They always take the time to diagnose the problems properly, always willing to explain how they arrived at the diagnosis and answer all my questions. I'm a pretty advanced home mechanic so I'd consider myself a difficult customer for many shops. But when it comes time to service my car... For most inexpensive things I'll just take it there because they make it easy and most importantly painless. Prices are reasonable too. I had a long running issue (several issues actually) with the AC and they managed to fix that without shotgunning parts at it. Plus as a bonus if you're a Honda head they always have something cool parked in the yard to ogle.

The only auto shop, i have seen during all of my driving time that only fixes and charges for what you need the car to function properly and safely . I have been going there for 8 years and have no complain at all. My brother recently got my old car that I have been taking there for 7 years , and they changed his battery for free under my previous warranty. My brother did not even need to tell them it’s under my warranty or try to charge extra bucks as the car owner changed . 100% Recommend!

Hands down the best experience i’ve ever had with a mechanic! Came across them last summer and they referred us to someone reputable that they knew could get us taken care of quicker and more affordably, if we didn’t want to wait to get on the books with them. We appreciated this so much that we knew they’d be the first we would call if we had a more serious mechanical issue. Fast forward, I was concerned about the way my vehicle was starting. They were so quick to get back to me and even waived the diagnostic fees! I am so impressed and will recommend all Honda owners in the valley to come here!

The ONLY place for Honda servicing and repair. Ok it’s way past time for me to leave my review of the Hon-Man; have been coming here since I bought my 2006 Accord new. Have over 219k miles on it now and I’m still in love with my beautiful car, the Hon-Man is one very large part of this. I’ve had to have very little work done to this car compared to how many miles are on it but every single experience with Tait’s shop has been superlative. Most recently I had front & rear struts & compliance bushings replaced. It feels like a new car ride again. Very very pleased with the work, results, and the price. As always! All of the 5-star reviews of this business are 1000% accurate. My husband and I are constantly bemoaning the fact that there isn’t a shop for our Ford diesel that can compare with the Hon-Man for our Honda…. even if I ever wanted to buy a different make of vehicle I’d have to stay with Honda bc I’d never want to have to use a different mechanic… luckily for me this car is good for many, many more miles and years! From the professionalism, to the competence, the prices, even down to the location, customer waiting areas, and faithful mascot (Amy pup, haven’t seen you for awhile, you must be home with the fam), this business is hands-down the most honest and best I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

We started going to Hon-Man in 2022 with an emission issue for our Odyssey. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue and the repair work was reasonably priced. Over the years we have returned many times for repair work. We value the knowledge and expertise they demonstrate for Honda repair work. And they are able to get us in and out much quicker than a dealership.

These guys are awesome! As a young woman (well, young-ish now 🤣), I had a really hard time finding a mechanic I could trust. I felt like every time I went to the mechanic there was some unexpected, expensive piece of equipment that needed to be replaced. That's not the case with these guys! I've been coming here since I got my Honda Civic in 2016 and I've never needed anything outside of routine maintenance. The first time I came to them they even taught me how to change my cabin air filter so I could replace it myself for less money. They've also steered me away from booking services I don't need/am not due for. Today, I came in with a recording of this loud ticking noise my car was making. The woman at the front desk showed the recording to a diagnostic then she had me start the car for the diagnostic so he could listen to it right then and there. The diagnostic explained that with my year/make/model, that sound is caused by the air motor getting stuck on something so you can recalibrate it by changing the temperature or changing the air output mode (e.g. all air at your face, split 50/50 between face and feet, etc.). I took my car home minutes later. No service charge or anything. The people at Hon-man Auto Care have integrity and I refuse to go to anyone else. I've moved since I found them but I drive 40 minutes to get to them because I actually trust them which seems so hard to find. I cannot recommend this place enough.

This shop is the real deal. The 100% 5-star rating is not inflated. They do great work, have fair prices and are the most honest shop I've ever encountered. I travel from south Chandler (Ocotillo and Arizona Ave) to their shop in Tempe without hesitation. Sometimes I have to take a Lyft home and back, but their service is definitely worth the cost of the transportation. My ONLY suggestion is for the techs.. if you do work on the inside of the vehicle (I had the rear blower replaced on my 2005 Pilot), please break out the shop-vac and clean up your mess. I like a clean car! :) If you own a Honda or Acura and you live remotely close by, bring it to these guys. You won't be sorry.

After dealing with my dealership for years, I got a new service advisor who frankly treated me like a piggy bank. So I gave Hon-Man a try and I will be bringing all my cars here for servicing. Dealership quoted me $1500 to fix the window on my HRV and Hon-Man discovered it was just some bolts that needed tightening. They fixed it along with a few other things and I was on my way for under $100. The service guys are fantastic, great communication and they did great work. The place can be hard to find, it is tucked behind some buildings, but it is worth the effort.

choosing where to take my car is always hard because as a single woman with no training on cars and limited knowledge, I have been taken advantage of in the past. I had such an amazing experience at Hon-man with my Honda Fit this last week. They were prompt, responsive, fair with pricing, communicative and when I had another issue after leaving they didn't charge me for some extra things I needed. They are so professional and kind. I will absolutely keep taking my car here and I don't think there's a better place to bring your Honda! Please keep supporting this business!

They are very honest and reliable. The prices aren't expensive and they don take advantage like others. We drive from West PHX to get our Pilots get serviced there. 💯 Recommended
