Cary and his company always go the extra mile. We had an unexpected breakdown (aren't they all?) the Saturday before Christmas, many miles from home. We left a message for them, had the our car towed to their shop, not knowing what was really wrong or how soon we could get it repaired. It was Christmas week! They reached out to us right away on Monday to assure they would look at it. They let us know what needed attention, fixed it and had it ready for us before noon on Christmas Eve. We are so grateful to know they are a shop with integrity. They communicate well and truly care about their customers. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Definitely the best Service I’ve had for my vehicle ever. Chis helped explain the issues with an older truck my dad gave to me. He was quick to get the vehicle driving. I told him that the cab was smoking when driving and it was leaking coolant. He gave me a more than fair price to pressure check the system and found they found problem. The mechanics worked with Chris to get my truck back on the road quick. I have already told many people about their great honest work. Thank you Chris for giving me all the information I needed before I made a decision to have the work done at your shop! I will be back!

By far this is the best repair shop I have found in the Valley. They have been honest and fair with their inspections and pricing. Everyone has been great to work with even explaining to my daughter what general maintenance needs done to her vehicle and why. I will never take my cars anywhere else.

Carry’s auto is the best auto shop I’ve ever brought my vehicle to and the only mechanics I trust. I had my master and slave cylinders replaced by AAMCO on country club in December of last year, by July my car was inoperable and my clutch wouldn’t return once pressed down. I took it back to AAMCO and was told that it had nothing to do with my cylinders being replaced and that I simply needed to purchase a brand new clutch for almost $3,000. I was crushed at this news and didn’t have a vehicle for the past 5 months due to it. I could not accept that my clutch had truly given out as it was driving perfect before the pedal stopped returning. I even almost sold my prized Accord for very little being overwhelmed with what to do. I finally trusted my gut that it was not the clutch and brought it to Carry’s. I’ve called a lot of mechanics regarding this issue and most just agreed with AAMCOs assessment and tried to rush me at a pricey clutch replacement. When I called Carry’s, they genuinely cared and listened to everything going on and gave me real feedback on what could be wrong. They inspected my vehicle and very quickly correctly identified the problem as the recently installed master/slave cylinder and recommend I bring it back to AAMCO for warranty. I finally have my car back and I couldn’t be happier. This is my trusted shop for any and all mechanic work on this and future vehicles, truly could not have asked for a better experience!

I have never come across an auto shop more honest than Careys Auto. These guys want to save you money, time and hassle. I appreciate how the staff explains things to me so I leave the shop having better knowledge of how to care for my car and what to look out for in the future, including how the mechanics of my car work. I can't recommend Carey's Auto enough!

Highly recommend! I came in being unable to pass emissions for months. In just a few days they got my troublesome Subaru through emissions and back on the road. Everyone is so kind and friendly and prices are affordable as well. Super grateful for my experience here! 🙂

I can’t tell you guys how amazing Chris is. He’s never failed me. I’ve had my car break down one two many times and he always makes himself available to get my car in. I moved here a year ago and was scared to go to anyone but Chris when it comes to our car. I appreciate all the hard work him and his guys put in!

Best auto repair shop by a long shot! Been bringing all our vehicles here for years and highly recommend. This past time I went, Chris even provided me with his expert opinion on a used vehicle that I was looking to purchase privately. I know this shop takes care of our vehicles as if they were their own very single time we come in and they are very open and honest always. You’ll never end up taking your vehicles anywhere else once you try Cary’s!

Best and most honest mechanic! I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now and trust them blindly with all my car issues 👌. Especially as a woman, it can be intimidating navigating the car world without worrying about being ripped off, but Chris has always put those fears to rest. He makes the whole process comfortable, explains things clearly, and even makes waiting in the lobby something I look forward to. Chris always goes above and beyond for my car needs, and on top of that, he’s funny, caring, and treats you like a person, not just a number. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

The first thing you should know is that these guys SHOULD be your “go to” repair shop for all your vehicles. From the moment I checked in with them, I was immediately put at ease. They correctly and honestly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner and the cost was better than reasonable! I was in town for surgery at the Mayo Clinic when my car started to act up. I was able to get it there, left it overnight and picked it up the next day. It was perfectly fixed. They also did a safety check so I wouldn’t have any issues going back home, two hours away! Everyone at the shop is top notch and they are good, honest people! Highly recommend them for all your vehicle needs!👍

I've been a customer for close to 10 years and I cannot speak more highly of Cary's Auto. If you're like me and don't know much about vehicles, you can find comfort that you're being taking care of by a group of honest and knowledgable folks. At a time when quality and personal service seems to be diminishing, Chris, Cary and the rest of the team shine. You will get honest, unbiased advice that is best for you, not for them. This is my go-to shop! Chris is such a great guy and really does care for his customers. I was getting my daughter's car checked-through for safety as she prepares to head to college and Chris went above and beyond to make himself available and let her know if she has any problems at any time, to not hesitate to reach out to them. As a girl-dad himself, he genuinely cared to make sure she understood how to reach out if any other issues. He took time to talk and explain, so love this about Carey's auto. If I could give 10 out of 5 stars on Google, I would!

Cary’s Auto is such a great business! Cary and Chris have been servicing my car for years and what I love most is that they treat my car like it’s their own car. They give an honest assessment and you can know that if they say something needs to be repaired or replaced, it really does. If something will need to be replaced in the future but not that day, they will let you know. I am very thankful for this business and that I can know that I am getting excellent, honest work done on my car whenever I bring it in!

Six years ago, a friend referred me to Carey’s. When I called to make an appointment and explained my issue, Chris listened then offered a couple of ideas of what the solution would be. He was able to get me in and ended the call by saying I was now part of the family. This has stuck with me over the years. It remains just as true today, as it did back then. Chris has continued provided good, reliable service for a fair price. In these economic times, it’s more important than ever to get real value for every dollar spent. At Cary’s, you expect to be treated like family from a shop that fixes it right, the first time, every time.

Cary’s Auto did a great job! I had to have my vehicle towed to get repaired and they were able to squeeze me in and provide an estimate within a few hours. The repair was done the next day and Chris did a good job with keeping me updated. The fuel pump had to be replaced which is not an easy task and I am very happy with the work! I would highly recommend Cary’s….honest and cares about your vehicle!!

Cary’s is my local, nearby mechanic shop and I'm so glad i found it! Been coming to carys auto and working with chris the service advisor for a couple years now. They repaired & replaced my catalytic converter during the pandemic thefts, they have serviced my Tacoma for 100k, and they keep my truck running well for maintenance oil changes every 5k miles. Recently my check engine light came on, i took it in and they were able to diagnose the problem and offer the repairs. Chris is easy to reach via text, and he's direct with his communications which i appreciate. Great shop, trusted staff there, and quality service. They keep my loved “gunnie” running tip top!
