What clients say about LKQ Arizona in Phoenix (AZ)

If you're looking for a used parts house to buy parts from, stay away from this place, especially the one in Casa Grande. They do not know the difference between a body control module or an electronic power steering module. Their employee 'Eric' who works for the commercial department is nothing but a LIAR, yes cap locks LIAR and when you confront him about where your part is that is supposedly been shipped over 4 times, he says 'I'm just going to cancel your order' and hangs up. This guy just does not care about LKQ's business and i don't think he even knows what customer service is.......I take that back, his idea of customer service is pay for your part and i'll give you the run around for two weeks and then cancel your order. I am hoping that the Corporate Management gets a chance to read this review......this employee is a cancer to your corporation and i'm curious as to just how many customers he has chased off. He blames the parts pullers who pull the wrong parts because he does not have any kind of back bone to admit that he's the problem. Flat out lying to your customers and selling them the incorrect parts is the way this guy operates......maybe he is paid on the volume of sales he makes so he just sells anything that is close to what he is being asked for so he can make a pay check. Hopefully your upper management doesn't pay this guiy more than $7.50 per hour because he has absolutely no clue what parts descriptions are and has to use wikipedia to help him identify what a part is. Maybe you should send him to some sort of training so he can identify different components of a vehicle e.g. an EPS Module is a completely part compared to a BCM......yep Eric look those abbreviations up on wikipedia so you can figure out what the difference is on those parts and i bet they even have pictures to help you also since it appears you don't quite yet have an understanding of the English language or abbreviations. Like I said earlier, maybe someone in Corporate will read this and realize that instead of building a good name for LKQ, this person is chasing away customers and just doesn't care about how your commercial customers are treated.

I tried to order parts for a honda Dave was going to send email with all parts I needed I sent over a full estimate of what I would need to replace with part number and everything took 3days I lost time I could have just gone to dealer and got parts and had them here in less time it's not about the cost of parts it about customer service I have a custom shop and full body shop and can't believe customers service is just not there It should have been over 3k in parts and some how they still missing parts in order well it just funny how Dave got upset when I let him know it was not OK to tell me 15min I will call u back and every day had to keep calling to remind him because they will not call back it's cool no worries 👍 will have to go elsewhere
