Ive owned an auto repair shop since 2005 and used them often for low mileage engine replacements. They always took care of any issues I had. Now my nephew, who I referred, bought an engine and had has issues. I helped install this motor so it was done correctly. They are not guaranteeing their parts warranty. They want him to put in another engine with a lot more miles and not pay the labor. Also don’t want to pay for the parts to fix current engine. Until this is resolved properly I will continue to let my voice heard throughout the automotive industry here locally. You just don’t treat customers like this whether they have bought one engine or 20.
We have a 2006 Pontiac GT hard top convertible. My husband put his large saxophone case in the trunk. He forgot about it and later he tried to put the top down. It would not work and some parts were broken. Parts for this car are very difficult to find. I was determined to find the rare parts so my convertible would Get repaired. With everyone told me to stop wasting my time but I made calls and searched the internet for at least 10 months then one afternoon I called Precision The woman who answered the phone knew exactly what part and as Unbelievable as it was she had it! DANIELLE worked so efficiently and with a professional attitude she made it happen and today my RED Pontiac convertible is no longer broken. She's home and safe in her garage. Thank you Dsnielle!!
