I bought a claimed 70k motor for my Tundra, had it installed at a shop, under 2k miles later (having changed the oil twice & paying attention it was not losing any) it threw a rod. Contacted Precision, first it's you must have run it without oil, then it's a few days past 6 months, then yes you found us & had us deliver it but the shop added it to your bill & paid us so we won't talk to you.
So I am putting a new motor in for a few hundred more than I paid for the junk motor & spending another north of 9 thousand dollars.
As if all that was not bad enough, it cost me 1k to find out the motor was trash because I thought it was just a starter & the Sequoia starter is a massive hassle to get at so it cost a fortune.
Avoid these horrible people selling junk for a premium price

Ive owned an auto repair shop since 2005 and used them often for low mileage engine replacements. They always took care of any issues I had. Now my nephew, who I referred, bought an engine and had has issues. I helped install this motor so it was done correctly. They are not guaranteeing their parts warranty. They want him to put in another engine with a lot more miles and not pay the labor. Also don’t want to pay for the parts to fix current engine. Until this is resolved properly I will continue to let my voice heard throughout the automotive industry here locally. You just don’t treat customers like this whether they have bought one engine or 20.

I've tried reaching someone for 3 days. No answer but I was able to leave voicemail one time but no one responded. They may be out of business or headed that way if they don't do better.
I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong or what!! It’s happening for the second time when i call for a part and ask specific questions about color and status then i drive 50 minutes when the part is ready to find out the part has minor damages and NOT match with what I’ve been told on the phone.
They offered a discount but my point of getting used part is to avoid body work and avoid painting to save some money and time.

Tried to get a part locally from them they had listed. Couldn't get it for 2 days. Then was on hold for 20 mins to see parts availability and off the truck. Customer service and knowing when the part will be available is not ideal or reasonable time. Look elsewhere for parts like I did.

Drove two days to pick up a very special and complicated part that needed to be removed a certain way. I clarified this twice and arrived to find wires cut that carry analog signals and won't work properly. I asked for a discount equal to the cost of repairing the part and I was given a fairly smug no. I'm sure they're fine for a lot of stuff, but they wasted two days of my life and a lot of money in gas to take this trip.
Bart was supposed to be ready on the 30th. Called on the 30th they said it would be the 3rd. Called on the 3rd they said it didn't get pulled out yet and they would call me as soon as it was ready. Didn't hear from him for almost 2 weeks. I had to call to check status. They let me know somebody forgot to call me. Then when I went to pick up the part price changed. Price quoted over the phone was $350 with no core. When I went to pick it up it was $400 with core. I gave two stars instead of one because everybody was nice to deal with and very friendly. Just poor business practice.
I was so happy to find this place. I got a rim for my car for $40 when the junk yard wanted $100. I will be back and refer my friends and family to this place. The customer service was amazing.

They get busy an it is easy to miss 1email. I have dealt with them several times over the last 10+ years. Best thing to do is walk right in. They have been very helpful and knew which cars had similar parts.
I called first to make sure they had what I needed. They called me back about an hour later and confirmed. When I got there it was pretty quick out the door. Great deals. Friendly staff. Easy to find.
I called ahead to request a part and I was told that they'd have it ready when I got there. When I arrived about an hour later the part wasn't ready. It took them almost thirty minutes to pull the part and get it ready. Other than that the staff was helpful and courteous.
So I drove in from East Mesa to look at / Buy a Transmission. When I got there I stood there for about 5 min (They were busy with other customers) and then I was Helped out by a super Friendly Young Lady. While I was waiting for the part to be brought up I was asked by 2 additional people if I had been helped. She was Great and listened to what I was saying and explained everything about picking up the Transmission. I was allowed to go to an inspection area where I was allowed to look over the part before it was loaded. Juan also came out and was Very helpful with information and also helped me load the thing into the Van. This was Easier than going to a local auto zone except for the drive. Very well done all who were a part of this process!! I will absolutely come back if I need additional parts in the future.
Professional, organized, friendly staff. Great service! We bought a used taillight and headlight for the teens' driving vehicle from here. After being treated like the only customer in the store and walking out with parts 15 minutes later, we are loyal customers.
