Payless Salvage Auto Parts is hands down one of the best places I’ve ever dealt with. Eddie is such a wholesome, genuine guy, and his customer service is top-notch. Him and his brothers really go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you need. They treat you with respect, are super knowledgeable, and make the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find people in this business who actually care about helping customers the way they do. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know.

Don’t use these guys. I called with plenty of time ahead to get the part I asked for ( they said it would be 45 minutes before it was ready) I get there and I get treated rudely by victor and blown off when I told him I wasn’t happy that I drove an hour to get there just to wait another 30 minutes for the part to be brought over. The rim was badly damaged and they never told me that over the phone when I asked the condition . Completely unprofessional
Went in today looking for a new car and they had one ready to go. Vehicle was perfect and was more than I expected. Professional as ever would highly recommend and will be coming back in the future.
I want to thank Eddie and his team for successfully switching out my transmission. This was an expensive scary fix. However, the process and professionalism of the technician and Eddie was 10 stars. Thanks again. He priced it at the right price and took less than a week to getting to run again. I have a 2015 Chevy Silverado with 195k miles on it the team did an amazing job. Eddie is a terrible liar and cheat. He scammed my insurance company by charging them for a full “inspection” of my engine and saying it needed to be swapped out; he then lied about they type of engine and refused to give me paperwork with VIN’s or receipts of said bought engine. I found out through my finance company he lied about it. He then charged me (AFTER) i called out his sneaky ways for a broken engine mount that i had to pay out of pocket. He tried to send me home with a NEW Check Engine light that I didn’t have before and tried to charge me with a problem he CAUSED. I called my Finance company and they told him to fix it and to not let me drive off the lot with a light. He texted me and lied saying it was fixed and he would fix it for free if the Engine light didn’t go away which he then said i would have to pay $300 and hr for his “electrician” . He also wouldn’t write anything out after i used the text messages he sent me saying he’d fix the problem for free to my finance company so he couldn’t be tracked. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! if your finance company sends you here send me an email and i’ll forward all the proof to save yall the headache of dealing with scumbags. My Finance company has now sent me to a new place and has said they won’t ever send me to Eddie again because of what he did.
Eddie is excellent this gentlemen goes above and beyond for his customers bought an engine from him unfortunately was bad he answered his phone after hours told me he would deliver new engine and pick up both engines and give me 10 free carfaxes since I buy and sell cars I would highly recommend him not only was it the holidays 31st to be exact 8pm but he was on top of his customer service what shop reputable shop answers after hours no one Eddie from Payless junkyard highly recommend u purchase from him before u even look elsewhere great guy great business and this is not the first time once before I was fully refunded cash no wait nothing fully cash refunded no restocking fee no 25%return nothing full cash refund this guy excellent couldn't speak less about him get your parts from him once again thanks Eddie

Working with Eddie has been an absolute blessing! Finding honest, on time mechanics has been a struggle in the Valley. Not this man. Hes been cooperative, understanding and regularly communicates with me whenever I reach out. I would definitely recommend his work if youre ever in need.

Victor specifically went above and beyond of what other yards have done for me today. He worked with to locate the exact parts I needed to make my car 100% again. They are very small bits that GM does not even have a part number for. He could have moved on to things that might actually make him money. But he took the time to make sure I had exactly what I needed. He also shipped same day and was extremely fair!
Oh my gosh! This place is amazing, Eddie saved my life and found the part I needed for my vehicle. Auto Zone tried charging me $160 found the same part at Payless Salvage for $40. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and helped right away. I went to a few different auto salvages today and this was by far the best. Thank you Eddie, I know where to go if I need you in the future
As a woman it's hard to get good help specially dealing with car issues, Eddie was very helpful in getting me the correct part for my car. Answered every message, and call. My auto part was delivered in a timely matter, I would definitely order from Payless again. Great customer service! Thanks for all your help Eddie :)
Spoke with EDDIE the owner and was quoted a price for the part. I wrote down the information and took his name down when we spoke. He told me to wait till they pulled it out of the vehicle and I could go pick it up. I called him the day to go pick it up to make sure it was out of the vehicle and he looked it up and quoted me a higher price. He inflated the price over a hundred dollars more. False advertisement at best and dishonesty. He then told me to look elsewhere and said he wasn't going to help me. Hung up the phone on me. Eddie is the owner and not only as a business owner false advertised he failed to upkeep his verbal contract as a business owner. It's unfortunate this business owner treats customers like this. Copperstate transmissions rebuild parts that are priced within the same price range as EDDIE is selling his used parts. Hope this information helps anyone looking for reliable and honest business. Eddie clearly does his pricing based on if he's having a good day or bad day.

I needed an air bag modal for my 370Z hard to find and expensive, Eddie did not have it But he found one for me for a great prize and order it from out of state. After finding out it was not the module he refunded ALL my money and helps me find out what I really needed. Eddie was so cool and very helpful. He went over and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. The Customer service and the price I got were amazing, Eddie makes you feel like his has been your friend and you have known him for ever. These guys are just amazing! I was in a bind and they helped me AFTER HOURS! who does that these days? Well they do! Polite and professional bi-lingual staff. I honestly don't know what i would have done without them! They were hands down amazing! After helping me with my car they even offered me a 20% discount on future purchases! I found this place while looking for a motor for my truck. They had the most reasonable prices in Phoenix, and great reviews online. When I was there purchasing the engine and telling them what my issues were, they suggested there may be a easier fix for my situation. These guys helped save me a lot of money and time. Eddie was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend these guys and will use them again in the future.

Eddie was awesome. I had major work to do on my truck. They prioritized what needed to be done and the things I wanted done were fixed really quick and at a great price. I sat in the office while the work was being done and Eddie was awesome to everyone he spoke to. Really busy but if you get put on hold I can tell you that the wait is worth it!
