Do not trust this company!
My 18 year old son hit a wood box on the 101 today and popped his front tire so we called Kia Roadside assistance for a tow. They dispatched A & M Towing and they were there in 15 minutes. They loaded the car and my son and pulled off the interstate at the next exit. I was very pleased at the prompt service and how they valued safety in getting my son out of danger. But then once stopped they pressured my son saying he had to pay another $200 as it doesn’t qualify for Kia roadside as it was an accident??? By then I was at the Kia dealership waiting for my son and the tow truck. I called the tow dispatch and spoke to two people both who tried to justify the extra cost due to the damage to the car??? (Which was very minor -see picture)
I threatened to call the police for holding my son. They finally agreed to bring my car and my son to the dealership. The Kia dealership said that they have had other problems with this company.
I've never used this company. But my neighbor did yesterday when he had his truck towed home from wherever. Not sure why this driver had to pull into our front yard to turn around in our cauldesac when there was ample room in the entire circle. This driver made some close calls pulling in between my mailbox and nearly misses the black car parked on the street side. Not pleased. No respect for people's property especially when they had no right to be on it, or consent to do this.
On July 7th after waiting for 3 hours for my Cheverolet AutoNation Warranty roadside assistance. Which got reschedule for an additional 2 hour wait (5 Hours in The AZ Sun in July). My wife Kathy reached out to our Statefarm insurance company for roadside assistance. They had a live person answer our call, they called A&M Towing and within 10 minutes Omar with A&M Towing called us and said he was 15 minutes away. Wow after sweating it out for 3 hours what a relief. A&M to the rescue what great service and communication and Care. They did an awesome job. We were so happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone in need.

I had an awesome experience with this company and the driver did an amazing job. I had a tough situation being stuck in a parking garage with not a lot of room. He was able to get my car safely out of the spot and out of the garage. I would strongly recommend this company. It is definitely difficult when it's hot outside, but they did everything they could and I appreciated that very much. 10/10!
Had my car towed with A&M through Kia roadside assistance. Driver used my rear control arms to secure my car to the tow truck and bent them beyond repair. No response when I reached out for some kind of settlement.
Great service, Ali called me when he was 5 minutes out so I could get a car in-front of me moved before he got there. Good communication and very quick.
I want to give a hugeeeeee shout out to my tech Sergio! I was having issues with my car not starting and my car was inoperable. It was parked in a garage that unfortunately did not have enough clearance for the tow truck to clear. Instead of him leaving me stranded, he waited with me until we figured out next steps. We both kept calling and calling dispatch to send another driver with NO ANSWERR! My insurance even tried to call.....so this man pushed my car out of the parking garage in the HOTTTT Arizona sun! He took my car to the dealer to be seen, but he went absolutely above and beyond with his service!!! HE DESERVES ALL THE PROPS, BONUSES, DINNERS, RAISES, ALL OF THE ABOVE FOR HIS EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!

Do not use them unless you want your information sold to other companies. They gave my information to a local lawyer and other companies trying to get my business for an accident I was in. Not sure what kind of kick back they are receiving. Tow driver did not speak English.

My cousin and I recently had a blowout on the 101. After requesting roadside assistance through the insurance, A&M was called to tow our vehicle to a safe location. The wait was 1 hour, while we waited we called the dispatch to confirm that they could accommodate 2 passengers and the dispatch said it was no problem. Upon arrival the driver (William) blatantly told us that he only had room for 1 passenger and the other one was on their own to walk or find their own ride. We pleaded that we had called dispatch to confirm and ask why he would leave one of us in 99° weather on the side of the highway miles from any exit he rudely answered that he "couldn't" lift his center bench seat. I called the dispatch again and filled him in on the situation and the dispatch called the driver to inquire why he wouldn't take us both. The driver lied to his dispatch to cover himself and stated that he would be able to take both of us, but one of us wouldn't have a seat belt. Thankfully the dispatch (Alex) was able to explain to the driver that he couldn't just leave one of us. The driver still refused to lift his center seat and required one of us to sit on the elevated seat during the 45 minute ride home. Thank you again Alex, your assistance, resolution, and help was greatly appreciated and if it wasn't for you I would've been left without water in the heat. I hope that actions are taken to ensure that this situation wouldn't happen to anyone else.

Sorry for the delay Richard :). 100000000000/10 service. I had State farm send ya to tow my car a couple miles down the road back in February. I was having an astronomically horrible day. My car had been towed by my apartment. (Why? Who knows. They didn't either.) The car had a mechanical issue so I was very against driving it and making it worse.
I hate this car with every fiber of my being and I was having it towed to a shop to knowingly be paying 15k for the repair. This car has quite literally made my life do a 180 for the worse in the year that I've had it and I genuinely was crashing out this day.
And I tell you what, Richard was awesome! Bro wasnt even at all phased by the fact that i was having a towing company come get my car straight from the impound that offers towing services.
Super respectful of my clearly neglected car. I was quite upset with my car and he was being so nice, understanding, and positive. 1000000/10 made my day SO much better, and made me hate my car so much less.
Roadside assistance dispatched these guys to me. I waited for 2.5 hours and nobody came. When I called they never reached back out to me with an ETA or told me if anyone was coming. Roadside assistance called them and they were left on hold and then voice message. I’ve never left a google review but felt I had to for these guys.
I was getting gas at Costco on 44th street and an A&M van pulled up to help a jumpstart a vehicle. He parked in the middle lane blocking all through traffic. The gas attendant politely asked him if he could move his van in front of the disabled vehicle into an empty spot. The A&M guy started arguing with the gas attendant. The A&M guy had face tattoos and had a serious attitude. After he eventually moved his vehicle he made some snide remarks to the gas attendants, who were amazingly calm with him. Even after he finished he had to make more rude comments. What an absolutely horrible employee!
I appreciate you trying to defend your horrible employee but the fact remains that he DID NOT need to block traffic nor argue with the employees. A&M was in the wrong period
While I am still waiting on the tow service, I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far because of the communication. I’m only waiting because of my own faults. Antonio, who is one of the tow drivers, came by to help but with not being able to put my car in neutral (the parking break won’t disengage), we couldn’t use his truck. Antonio took the initiative to get me another truck and has been nothing but excellent in continuing to communicate with me. Any time I have questions, he has been my only line of communication and has continued to go out of his way to make sure I am taken care of. If the rest of the company is made up of employees like Antonio, then I have full faith they will serve me well.
I would give the ZERO if possible. When I complained about their wait time (of 2+ hours) they canceled my roadside assistance. The last time that Liberty Mutual assigned them to help our family, Dec 2024, they never showed up at all. Their dispatcher is rude and absolutely lies about arrival time, has no customer service skills and I suggest that Liberty Mutual/Safeco drop them from their list of providers.
Was assigned this service my buy my car insurance tow provider Agreo AND SCHEDULED THIS TOW.
Their system gave me a 2-hour window in which the tow could happen. They were earlier then their window and expected me to be early as well. Get real...
After 5 harassing phone calls from this company asking why I wasn't at the address yet. During Rush hour, mind you. None of which originated from the number that was supposed to call me, the tow driver I received did not understand enough English for him to understand that my car should NOT be started or would damage it further.
I put my car in neutral in order for him to get it on the truck; he yelled at me to stop. Then he asked me to start the car. I said we won't be doing that; it will explode!
I figured maybe he would understand that. To say I wouldn't recommend this company is an understatement.

Did an awesome job getting to us quickly even when the insurance company gave terrible location information. I was called immediately when he couldn't find the car and he didn't give up and was willing to go the extra mile (literally) to find the correct location. Sent me pictures of drop off as well. Very good at communication which is hard to find with most tow companies.
Bad service came to pay for my car that was impounded gate was locked I looked threw the chain link fence to see if my car was in there, I turn around and a car that was arriving to the property was about to hit me so I move out the way in time, I never touched the fence and he said I was trying to break in then he went inside and let two big dogs out with the fence open . My insurance company (Safeco) provided them as an option to tow my vehicle and I'm so happy I chose them. They arrived as promised and called along the way. Dominique was fantastic and I have never had such a pleasant interaction (albeit, I don't have car issues often). My key was stolen and she not only hitched the cat but opened the door to secure the wheel. She took great care of my low riding coupe and it made it to dealer in perfect condition. I appreciated her knowledge, skills, manner, and service. Will use this company again if ever the need arises (but also knocking on wood I never run into a situation like this again).
