We got this company because the other company changed their time two times and we were waiting in the roadside so we called this towing and they came with an 15 minutes and towed our car very friendly reasonable pricing highly recommend recommended.
I called them when my car battery died only had To wait 30 minutes for them to come and get me back on the road , reliable and not too expensive but recommend for all TOWING and boosting needs.

!!!!BEWARE!!!!! My son’s car was towed here after an accident, and the experience was terrible. The tow driver assured us we’d be contacted — but neither my son (the driver) nor I ever received a single call. I had to track the car down myself after leaving multiple messages that were never returned. When I finally reached someone, they confirmed they had the car but refused to release it until I paid inflated storage fees.
They charged $50 per night in storage, even though their posted sign clearly states $32.50 per night. When I asked about the discrepancy, they refused to explain it. To make matters worse, when I tried to pay by check in person, the employee who was supposed to take the payment had “stepped out,” forcing me to pay by credit card — which triggered an extra 5% fee.
In short: They ignored repeated phone calls and never contacted my son. They overcharged compared to their own posted rates. They refused to explain billing discrepancies. They added an unnecessary credit card fee after refusing my check because an employee decided to "step out for 30 minues"
This company effectively held our car hostage, running up charges. Their lack of communication, poor service, and dishonest billing practices are unacceptable. If you have to deal with them, just know it will be a very long wait before you hear from them...after all, it helps run up the overnight fees.
Amazing service! I was locked out of my car and called them at 11pm at night, they came right away with no problem. They were there in 15 minutes and fixed the issue in under 10. Would definitely recommend!
Ahmed is the best guy to deal with, he gave me a fair price to tow my car with no hassle. Even his guy came and made sure I'm stress free and secured my car professionally. This company is very trustworthy and I will be very lucky to have them again in future.
Great fast service. Blew a tire and they where there in less then 30 minutes to help change it. Even car lowered and he still came up with a solution to change the tire, cause the David wouldn't fit under the car at first.
we were told we could come by to pick up belongings from car - when we got there, the gate was open so we went to find someone to speak to, a guy aggressively came up to us and started rudely yelling at us, saying "who do you think you are what makes you think you have the right to be here, get out right now and never do this shit again, who do you think you are," and when we apologized he yelled at us that sorry was not okay and kicked us out. the whole time he was very aggressive and rude, yelling at us and never let us speak or tell him why we were there.
we called to ask what to do and the guy who answered the phone apologized and said he would call the location and ask, after that the guy that yelled at us drove away and closed the place and we were told that there was nobody to help us and to come back in an hour and a half.
very bad experience, mind you, i had just been in a bad accident and all they did was yell at me and make me feel even more terrible.
the only plus was the guy that came to the scene of the accident to tow my car was very nice and patient, explained the process to me, and arrived within half an hour of contacting them.
they made us feel terrible. go somewhere else.
update: alex called us back to apologize about what happened after we called - cleared up that it was a disgruntled employee that had just been fired and that theyvwere really sorry it happened and apologized for his behavior. so aside from this employee that is no longer with them, everyone i have interacted with was very nice.
update2: we came to pick up belongings, arrived at 12:30, there was no one there. an operator on the phone told me to come back at 2pm, someone would be there, but when we returned there was still no one there. we called back and they said 15 minutes away, but only showed up at 2:40. We spent a total of 2 hours just waiting in the heat for someone to be at the actual location. wasted so much time.
Do not trust this company! My 18 year old son hit a wood box on the 101 today and popped his front tire so we called Kia Roadside assistance for a tow. They dispatched A & M Towing and they were there in 15 minutes. They loaded the car and my son and pulled off the interstate at the next exit. I was very pleased at the prompt service and how they valued safety in getting my son out of danger. But then once stopped they pressured my son saying he had to pay another $200 as it doesn’t qualify for Kia roadside as it was an accident??? By then I was at the Kia dealership waiting for my son and the tow truck. I called the tow dispatch and spoke to two people both who tried to justify the extra cost due to the damage to the car??? (Which was very minor -see picture) I threatened to call the police for holding my son. They finally agreed to bring my car and my son to the dealership. The Kia dealership said that they have had other problems with this company.
I've never used this company. But my neighbor did yesterday when he had his truck towed home from wherever. Not sure why this driver had to pull into our front yard to turn around in our cauldesac when there was ample room in the entire circle. This driver made some close calls pulling in between my mailbox and nearly misses the black car parked on the street side. Not pleased. No respect for people's property especially when they had no right to be on it, or consent to do this.
Did an awesome job getting to us quickly even when the insurance company gave terrible location information. I was called immediately when he couldn't find the car and he didn't give up and was willing to go the extra mile (literally) to find the correct location. Sent me pictures of drop off as well. Very good at communication which is hard to find with most tow companies.
My insurance company (Safeco) provided them as an option to tow my vehicle and I'm so happy I chose them. They arrived as promised and called along the way. Dominique was fantastic and I have never had such a pleasant interaction (albeit, I don't have car issues often). My key was stolen and she not only hitched the cat but opened the door to secure the wheel. She took great care of my low riding coupe and it made it to dealer in perfect condition. I appreciated her knowledge, skills, manner, and service. Will use this company again if ever the need arises (but also knocking on wood I never run into a situation like this again).
