Scott towed my 2017 Toyota Tacoma today (July 11th). Way better then the second guy that strapped my truck down with 1 chain and almost slid off. When Scott pulled up to the drop off location I was very pleased by the strapping of my truck and said “I treat whatever vehicle I have on my truck like it’s mine”. Very satisfied with Scott
Our driver Scott picked up our car and delivered it to its new home. He was professional and friendly. He did not rush anything but rather was diligent and careful with the loading and unloading. Highly recommend him!
Called and they arrived in under 30 minutes. The man named Javier let me ride with him to my destination and even told me about a body shop that would be more in my price range. I’m really grateful for his help and would recommend central towing for anyone in need.
Really fast response time , I submitted the towing request and with in 5 minutes I got a message saying they were on their way . They got there with in 8 minutes !! Francisco was the man that towed my truck , he was really professional and took care of my truck. After he dropped it off at the dealership he sent me pictures of all sides of my truck and we’re he left it and who he left it with. Will definitely use them again!! Thank you!!

Was totally stuck without a way of getting my key out of my car. My insurance company tried their best and called Central Towing for me. Francisco was the most helpful person I'd talk to all day, he got my key out in a pinch and was super nice about it the whole time! Thanks so much Francisco!
Was locked out of my car in the middle of the work day and didn’t want to cause a spectacle. Central Towing was very discreet and made fast work of my lockout, and it only cost $50 (compared to other towing companies within a mile of them that were quoting me $90). They did take about 45 minutes longer to get there than they originally predicted, but I appreciate the fast service and fair price.
Central Towing is fantastic! I had to make a desperate call for a jump, and Francisco arrived within twenty minutes. The price was extremely reasonable, and quite a bit cheaper than competing, similar services.
The customer service was quick and friendly, as was Francisco himself. I will absolutely be giving these fine folks my return business, and referring friends that find themselves in situations like my own.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Before loading up my truck to get towed, Freddy suggested we make an adjustment to the battery connection and it started right up. He saved me a tremendous amount of time and money! Called Central Towing to have a lowered car towed to a shop, the woman who answered the phone was very friendly and used nothing but professionalism, and she had the answers to every question as well as accommodated to my requests without any issues. Once the truck arrived, the driver (Freddy) was also extremely friendly and professional. He showed up 10 minutes earlier than agreed, was able to get the car loaded up and properly secured with 2 straps plus the wench in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and if you need a flatbed with a wench, request Freddy as your driver. You won't regret it!
Francisco turned a bummer experience into a much more tolerable one when he arrived to tow my 50 year old VW back to my home. Francisco is a gentleman and consummate professional at his work. Francisco was so polite, professional and so helpful. In a stressful situation of fluids all over my driveway he was able to help clean it up and got my car to the dealer to get it fixed. I wish all drivers were like this. Good job Francisco! I will definitely request you again if needed!
I just had my vehicle towed from Central Towing. The customer service was great- the person answering the phone was clear and professional and assured me that the two truck would be at my location as soon as possible. It was there shortly after the call and the operator, Francisco, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt very safe and comfortable with the knowledge that my vehicle was being properly handled. When we got to where my car was to be serviced, it was very busy, but Francisco was able to get my car into a safe position without any damage. In the confusion of getting everything in place, I didn't get a chance to properly thank him for his help. Francisco did a great, professional job and should be commended for his work Thank you!
I absolutely love this company. They arrived exactly at time they estimated, quoted me a reasonable price for the distance I needed. Equipment was very clean and new. I had Gilberto (if I remember correctly) assisted me. He was very respectful and I appreciated that he was bilingual. Very gentleman like. Let me sit in the truck with the AC on while he prepped my van.
Freddy was very helpful and capable, and came when another towing co would not! My scooter arrived at my repair shop in good condition, and he was very cautious, making sure that my scooter was connected properly. Great service! Highly recommend.
Francisco was fantastic! My electric car stopped working and needed to be towed to the dealership. He knew how to tow it and used the "Dallas" or Flat Tow Bar Towing method to take my car to the dealer. He was very kind and took his time carefully securing my car so that it would be safe on it's brief journey. I highly recommend him and Central Towing.
Freddy was great! He came earlier than expected and was very personable. It was barely 7am and he had so much enthusiasm when he was providing me service. I could definitely tell he enjoys his job and cares about his customers.
Francisco was cool from the moment he showed up. I had a low clearance and he pushed the car out so he could hook it up. Took appropriate care in making sure my BMW was safe and secure. Got us to the shop quickly and was very courteous on the ride over, which was much appreciated. If I ever need another tow I would not hesitate to reach out them again for service.

I stupidly cut a corner too sharp and got my front passenger wheel stuck behind a concrete ramp at the end of a fast food drive-thru. Idiotic, right? I know. Flustered and upset, I called the first result on Google, which lead me to Central Towing. I was surprised at how low their rate was, but not thrilled about waiting for 45 minutes, but decided to go forward anyway. I was EXTREMELY relieved when Francisco showed up, much sooner than anticipated. He was awesome. He proficiently assessed the damage, explained everything he was doing and reassured me that this was totally normal, something he saw all the time, which helped with my embarrassment immensely! I was so very lucky to be able to get out with only a flat tire, which he repaired for 1/2 the cost, out of kindness. He was able to finagle my car over the ramp without even using the tow. Overall, the debacle only took about an 1hr and 30 minutes total, and a mere $80. I cannot say how much I appreciated Francisco and his service today, and I will not hesitate to call Central again and recommend them to others. They really made an unfortunate, annoying situation turn out not-so-unfortunate after all.
My service was incredibly fast. Freddy Armenta was kind, quick and knew exactly where my tire place was. His truck was new and clean and I felt comfortable riding in the cab with him to my local tire shop Deer Valley Tires. It felt like a friend coming to my help. Thanks so much Freddy.
They made this process so easy!! Selena was so nice on the phone and gave us a fantastic rate and worked with our very short schedule and our tow showed up right on time! Francisco had a genuine smile that made us feel comfortable and let us know we were in good hands. He hooked us up right away and even parked my car perfectly in my drive way!! It was the shortest wait time I have ever had. My driver was Freddy. He was so nice he helped my infant son into the car. He was so helpful. Even when we got home he made sure we were safe. Seriously the best experience ever.
Oh my goodness! Freddy made my car troubles no trouble at all. He is kind, professional, and conscientious. He took extra special care of my car and my garage/driveway he had to tow it out of. My car wouldn't start Monday morning, so I had to call for a tow. I'm glad I chose Central Towing. The tow truck arrived in a very timely fashion and Freddy, the driver, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was also friendly and we chatted on the way to the shop. When we arrived, Freddy went the extra mile and ensured all my information was already written down and ready when I checked in at the shop. It was about as smoothly as a towing could possibly go. I highly recommend this business.
