My name is Norman I am 71 years old and somewhat disabled, my daily driver is a 1973 Chevy El Camino. This is a true American classic , I am very proud of my truck. It was Friday Oct 24th, 7:30 p.m. I pulled into a gas station to fuel up. As I was approaching the pumps my truck just died. Loss of battery power. After trouble shooting the problem, I was unable to repair my vehicle. I called Geico road side assistance. They recommended PROFESSIONAL TOWING AND RECOVERY. I contacted their company and they told me it would be 1.5 hours before someone would arrive. I was not very pleased about that however the dispatcher assured me that that was quite common in the towing industry. They kept in touch however continued issues with their current clients vehicle caused them to be even later. After 3.5 hours from contact time the driver arrived, his name is John. John quickly assessed the situation , took preliminary photographs of my vehicle, and proceeded to get my truck on board his deck truck. John worked quickly and appeared to be totally professional , performing his duties in a workmanlike fashion with absolutely no wasted motion. You could tell he was very experienced. His professionalism allowed me to become more relaxed with the situation. I knew that my classic was in good hands. Once my El Camino was secure on the deck John helped me into the cab of his deck truck. Considering that I walk with a cane and am somewhat disabled this was not an easy task. John was very patient and encouraging and with his assistance I managed to get into the cab. You could tell he had done this many times before because he gave me a heads up, getting out is even harder. We then left for a short 5 Mile trip to my home. Once we arrived it was necessary to put my truck onto my carport. John did this with amazing surgical expertise. You could tell he had done this many times. Once my truck was free of his truck he continued to work positioning my vehicle in the proper manner. It looked like it had been parked there under its own power. He made sure that I was completely pleased and then he bid me good evening and off to the next task. I highly recommend Mr John and professional towing company, he did a fantastic job and allowed me to rest easy knowing that my classic was in good hands .

Travis it what made this 5 star. I have a Range Rover you can tell he cares about high end vehicles. He took his time to make sure the car would not get any damage . I totally enjoyed rapping with him about cars . He know them for sure . Great person give him a raise

I had a great tow experience! John helped me out, and kept me informed on his status to my location which was not bad timing at all! He seemed really experienced and quick but did not cut any corners to make sure my car was towed properly and safely! This can be a stressful situation for people, so the ride to the dealership was comfortable as well with great conversation! 10/10 would recommend!
John was very sweet and helped me change my battery. He had to get some extra tools to get it figured out since my battery was pretty tricky to fix but came back in a timely manner. Didn't have to wait long for him at all.

On 08/03/2025 I had a flat tire near the airport I made some phone calls and was told to call airport operation and they would dispatch a tow truck to assist. Andrew from Profesdoonal Towing showed up quickly in 110 degree weather and he removed my flat tire and put my spare tire on. He was very professional and I greatly appreciated everything he did for me. Andrew is an outstanding employee.

Horrible place picked my car up damaged and they refused to give me the picture they took before picking up vehicle . Try to down play the damage by saying it’s an easy fix . Then on top of it received my money back in quarters !! Not to mention they wanted to charge $500 to tow 9 miles away and a car that was already on there lot ! And then they bring my car out like this
Adam is Amazing! I was stuck with a flat tire for over 3 hours, waiting for a different tow company to pick me and my vehicle up. * ridiculous.. my insurance company canceled the original request, and then sent me professional tow. Adam tried to reach out to me to confirm pick up my phone was in driving mode. I never received the call. Adam still showed up! Adam was Happy, energetic and concerned. He was very nice and really fast and efficient. He has excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. I was very comfortable throughout my ride to the shop and I couldn’t stop laughing. Adam got me to the tire shop 2 minutes before closing. I was safe and my car was fixed. I wish Geico would have called Professional tow from the beginning. Adam was very Quick. He spoke highly of he’s company! I will be referring professional tow to all my family and friends and all that needs a tow, professional tow is the way to go:) thanks again Adam you turned my frown upside down..
