My tire went flat, so John towed my car for me. He handled the towing job very professionally and treated my car with great care throughout the process.
The driver showed up 2 hours late to my pickup that was scheduled weeks in advance. The reason that was given was because they had to give preference to law enforcement calls. I understand this, but it still messed up my schedule of appointments that morning. The driver was very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend them, but just know that they may not stay on schedule for the same reason as I got.
John helped me out tonight with my tow on my Subaru. The man went above and beyond and even helped me move closer towards my house to allow me to get a cheaper ride home since I left my vehicle elsewhere, with that said he was professional and he also was nice and respectful in the tow truck and allowed me to charge my phone. John is a good guy and I would recommend his service with this company anytime to anyone in need! Thank you guys and thank you John!

The best tow I've had since I've started driving semi truck, Eric the Professional Towing driver showed nothing, but true skill and professionalism, he's definitely the Best Arizona has to offer, a true OTR driver's sight for sore eyes if he or she is broken down and needs a tow. Asked for Kevin by request the and he did not disappoint in fact he set the bar even higher. Cool quality guy through and through without a doubt. Out of this world customer service and fast worker. Kevin took great care of me with my tow today to Discount Tire. I had a flat tire on my Tesla and I didn't have to wait long for him to arrive. He also made sure I was ok during the ride to Discount. I would definitely recommend him for any future tows.

My name is Norman I am 71 years old and somewhat disabled, my daily driver is a 1973 Chevy El Camino. This is a true American classic , I am very proud of my truck. It was Friday Oct 24th, 7:30 p.m. I pulled into a gas station to fuel up. As I was approaching the pumps my truck just died. Loss of battery power. After trouble shooting the problem, I was unable to repair my vehicle. I called Geico road side assistance. They recommended PROFESSIONAL TOWING AND RECOVERY. I contacted their company and they told me it would be 1.5 hours before someone would arrive. I was not very pleased about that however the dispatcher assured me that that was quite common in the towing industry. They kept in touch however continued issues with their current clients vehicle caused them to be even later. After 3.5 hours from contact time the driver arrived, his name is John. John quickly assessed the situation , took preliminary photographs of my vehicle, and proceeded to get my truck on board his deck truck. John worked quickly and appeared to be totally professional , performing his duties in a workmanlike fashion with absolutely no wasted motion. You could tell he was very experienced. His professionalism allowed me to become more relaxed with the situation. I knew that my classic was in good hands. Once my El Camino was secure on the deck John helped me into the cab of his deck truck. Considering that I walk with a cane and am somewhat disabled this was not an easy task. John was very patient and encouraging and with his assistance I managed to get into the cab. You could tell he had done this many times before because he gave me a heads up, getting out is even harder. We then left for a short 5 Mile trip to my home. Once we arrived it was necessary to put my truck onto my carport. John did this with amazing surgical expertise. You could tell he had done this many times. Once my truck was free of his truck he continued to work positioning my vehicle in the proper manner. It looked like it had been parked there under its own power. He made sure that I was completely pleased and then he bid me good evening and off to the next task. I highly recommend Mr John and professional towing company, he did a fantastic job and allowed me to rest easy knowing that my classic was in good hands . Norman Fiore
Travis it what made this 5 star. I have a Range Rover you can tell he cares about high end vehicles. He took his time to make sure the car would not get any damage . I totally enjoyed rapping with him about cars . He know them for sure . Great person give him a raise

I had a great tow experience! John helped me out, and kept me informed on his status to my location which was not bad timing at all! He seemed really experienced and quick but did not cut any corners to make sure my car was towed properly and safely! This can be a stressful situation for people, so the ride to the dealership was comfortable as well with great conversation! 10/10 would recommend!
John was very sweet and helped me change my battery. He had to get some extra tools to get it figured out since my battery was pretty tricky to fix but came back in a timely manner. Didn't have to wait long for him at all.
