Picked up my car today with all the paper work I needed BRIAN was screaming yelling and cussing at me because he was on his lunch break but had to go grab my car. He talked bad about me right in front of me on the phone because I wasn’t in front of the right door. He called me multiple names and cussed at me multiple times and yelled at me the whole time. He was so rude and disrespectful I actually cried on the way home . It took me 3 days to get everything I needed and came there fully prepared with all the paperwork and information I needed and got treated like shit. He needs to be fired immediately.
I recently had to call Priority Towing after my fuel pump went out and my vehicle wouldn’t start. Within about 30–45 minutes of my call, Mike (#58) showed up and immediately turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into a surprisingly positive one.
Mike was respectful, easy to talk to, and had a great sense of humor. He even showed off some of his impressive tow truck skills, which was actually pretty cool to watch! Most importantly, he handled and loaded my vehicle with care and professionalism.
I’ve had some less than great experiences with tow truck drivers in the past, but Mike went above and beyond. After unloading my car, we ended up chatting for a good 10–15 minutes, he’s just that easygoing and genuine! 10/10 recommend you use Priority Towing!

I just wanna give a shout out to Dominique At Priority towing#305. I am sitting here watching her tow and move these vehicles off the street and moving them in the Scottsdale parking lot like a professional driver. She is doing a phenomenal job out here and very respectful. She deserves a raise. Priority towing, as long as you got Dominique as your driver you guys are winning she’s the best
Fast and on time. I was given a 45 min to 1 hr window and Mike58 arrived in 45 minutes on the dot. He was fast, courteous and very helpful late on a Sunday night on a holiday weekend. Good conversation on the ride to the drop off. I’d use Priority if the need ever arises again. I’d also request Mike if he was available.
Beware shady company! They did the unethical thing while my son was in the hospital. When he was released, we went to get it, and they already put the car in his name even though we were in contact with them and let them know of the situation with him in the hospital. Who wants to do business with people like this?
I called and was told they would get to our location in 60 minutes to change our flat tire. Over an hour later, I called back and was told that the driver had a flat tire himself and would only now be heading to us, which was 25 miles away. The driver called us 30 minutes after that, saying he was 10 minutes away. When he arrived, he apologized for the wait, saying he had to go tow a drunk driver's car. I told him that the dispatch lady said that the delay was because he had a flat tire on his tow truck. He chuckled and said that didn't make sense and that she was supposed to call us to let us know it would be 30 more minutes. He never had a flat tire, the dispatch lady lied for some reason. He quickly got us on the road but then had to see my credit card even though I'd paid the dispatcher on the phone, but she had messed that up, too, and so he had to redo it. The driver was great, the dispatch lady was awful.
Dominique was freaking fantastic tonight!!! Reassured me and helped me understand the process, this was my first time getting a vehicle towed. She definitely understood the assignment. In and out like flash. Super fast and efficient. Highly recommend!!!

-100 stars if possible. The lady at the Chandler location is so rude. People don’t deserve to be treated like this, especially when they go through accidents. She kept asking me to speak up. It’s a tiny little room and there are holes everywhere on your stupid glass. Maybe get hearing aid if you cannot hear!
Dominique was awesome!! I drive all day for work and was about to call it a day from a crazy and frustrating work day, and my tire picked up something and went flat on the highway. Was barely able to get off on an exit and into a parking lot. Priority Towing was super easy to deal with and Dominique saved the day when she showed up. She knew what she was doing and got the tire changed quick and efficiently. She was so nice and professional, and didn’t mind hearing about my crappy day. Definitely turned my bad day into a better one. I couldn’t recommend this towing company enough.
Sure fast,and super nice! Driver was happy to take my key and deliver it to the service advisor at the dealer. These and the photos Priority Towing took and sent to me. I'd use them again!
Zach (#27) was brilliant. I dont think anyone has ever shown the kind of problem solving skill like he did when loading up my Porsche. With no ground clearance to speak of, and being parked in my garage he was able to load her up without scratching any of the body or bumpers even though they were only 1" off the ground.

For the last leg of my repair journey i was lucky to work with driver #42, Lopez. Even with the puddles, and the lack of suspension on the car, he was able to offload her without any problems.

This is the first 1 star rating I have ever given and I’m afraid it deserves it. Our truck was deemed a total loss after a crash and I was told to go clean it out at this location. First off this location is SO HARD TO FIND. I called the company to ask for directions because I was in the parking lot and couldn’t find it and the lady was so rude on the phone. I finally found it and went inside with my two babies and the lady was so mean from the beginning. I told her I was there to clean out my car before they took it to the scrap yard and she rolled her eyes at me so big and acted so put off that I was there. She told me my car was towed 2 days earlier to a different lot and said that she didn’t know why I was even there and was just so short and cruel. I went back to my car and called my insurance who asked for me to see what company came and towed it so I went back in and when I walked back in she rolled her eyes again and when I asked if she could see what company towed it away she scoffed at me like I was inconveniencing her. she told me in a loud and rude tone “you need to call your insurance and..” and I held up my phone to show her I was in the phone with them and they were asking and she scoffed again like I was making her job soooo hard. She then retrieved the information for me and I went back to my car and cried. Maybe I’m just sensitive but emotions are already high when you are dealing with losing a vehicle and the financial side of that (accident was not our fault) and to have someone treat me so foul when I was asking a simple question (and general try to be considerate and kind to workers) I couldn’t help but feel personally attacked. This experience was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.
Zech #27 did a great job handling my beater. Always call upon priority and their crew when in need of services. Always extremely fast to arrive and the prices are always affordable. Not the cheapest, but I will pay for the quality, professionalism and courtesy anytime. Thanks again.
Dominique responded right away and rolled our van over with ease. She was polite and courteous. She brought our truck right to our yard with out a problem.
My Porsche 911 was stranded at a gas station in Mesa with an engine issue leaving it without power. I called Priority Towing and was greeted with a polite dispatcher who took my information and gave an accurate ETA of one hour. She called a few minutes later informing me of a $50 charge due to my vehicle's low ground clearance and extra work involved, which l appreciated so l wasn't caught off guard. Kenny arrived within the hour and had my 911 on the flatbed within a few minutes. He was professional, polite and took care to ensure my car was safely loaded. He had planks and blocks ready to ensure my Porsche wasn't damaged during the process. Upon arriving to my home, the vehicle was offloaded within minutes. Kenny kindly helped me position the car so it wouldn't interfere with neighborhood traffic. The entire process was quick, easy and hassle free. The bill was a little pricey at $237, but given how professional both the tow operator and dispatch staff were, l felt it was worth it knowing my car was in good hands.

I called priority towing and honestly best decision I could have made for myself as a new driver. The tower Richard came to help me and took me to the nearest tire shop and not only gave me an assessment of my vehicle but he even made sure I was physically alright. I had a inoperative camero with the ignition locked and 4 flat tires. They got it towed with precision. It was a great experience. Fantastic job and I would highly recommend.
April 18th, 2023. We had a flat tire at the airport when we went to pick my sister up and so we had to pull over in the arrival section, security called maintenance and priority towing showed up. The guy’s name is ZECH #27 and he repaired our tire, the man was amazing. He was smiling, he was very professional. He answered all our questions. He had that tire changed in no time at all. He was just very, very nice and I would give him a five star. He is definitely a good worker and you have a very good employee, there’s not many good workers these days and Zech #27 did an outstanding job, thank you! Bob n Patti
Never had a better experience with a towing service, EVER! Extremely prompt and professional, and also affordable prices. The technician that helped us was super punctual. He actually made it to my car faster than the quoted time and waited for me to get there. Very kind and patient while figuring out where to transport my vehicle. They also take credit or debit cards over the phone! Much better than having to struggle to get cash. I was seriously impressed and overall satisfied by the outstanding customer service. I also have AAA and I personally would call this service company instead of them now just based on the service alone!! 5 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
