On time, very careful, price quote in advance, which turned out to be the exact amount charged, very reasonable price, would use whenever the need arises (we all hope that we never need towing).
Great experience with Priority Towing. After getting off the phone, a driver was able to reach me in 20 minutes. Special thanks to the driver, Andy (Operator #21), who went above and beyond and was able to make this stressful situation much easier for me. If another tow is needed, this is who I'd call.

I don't get how you can only run the mobile EV charging from 8:00 to 5:00. It seems like they're missing a good chunk of business only running their mobile EV charging from 8am to 5pm. I broke down on the side of the highway and had to wait for a tow truck to come when I could have just had a mobile EV charger come and plug me in enough to get to the Electrify America

Very disappointed in how my daughter and I were treated at this location. When we arrived to get my daughter’s belongings out of her car, the older lady working at the Chandler location was outside smoking. We waited for her to come inside, and as soon as we let her know we needed to access the vehicle, she told us we only had 10 minutes because she “had to go to lunch.”
The car was sandwiched between other vehicles, and it was impossible to even open the door fully—much less get anything meaningful done in 10 minutes. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and it created an unnecessary and stressful experience during an already difficult situation.
Phoenix management really needs to address this employee and her lack of customer service skills.
My operator was 22 Keith and he was the most helpful, nicest guy ever. Give him a raise. Made an annoying experience downright enjoyable. So glad for the help
Mike (#58) was amazing and saved my night! my electric car ran out of battery at midnight and he was there to help. it was fast and affordable. he also made it fun which i appreciated during a stressful situation. thank you Mike!

I can’t recommend Priority Towing in Phoenix enough—absolute 5-star service from start to finish! My car broke down on a scorching afternoon, and tow operator #22, Keith, showed up faster than expected with a smile that instantly put me at ease. Keith was phenomenal. Not only did he handle the tow with total professionalism and care (no scratches, no stress), but he turned what was shaping up to be a terrible day into a genuinely enjoyable one. I rode shotgun in his spotless truck—seriously, cleaner than my own car—and we had the best conversation the whole way. Great guy, great stories, and zero awkward silence. I recently had to call Priority Towing after my fuel pump went out and my vehicle wouldn’t start. Within about 30–45 minutes of my call, Mike (#58) showed up and immediately turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into a surprisingly positive one.
Mike was respectful, easy to talk to, and had a great sense of humor. He even showed off some of his impressive tow truck skills, which was actually pretty cool to watch! Most importantly, he handled and loaded my vehicle with care and professionalism.
I’ve had some less than great experiences with tow truck drivers in the past, but Mike went above and beyond. After unloading my car, we ended up chatting for a good 10–15 minutes, he’s just that easygoing and genuine! 10/10 recommend you use Priority Towing!
Scottsdale is repaving the street which is amazing thank you. I just wanna give a shout out to Dominique At Priority towing#305. I am sitting here watching her tow and move these vehicles off the street and moving them in the Scottsdale parking lot like a professional driver. She is doing a phenomenal job out here and very respectful. She deserves a raise. Priority towing, as long as you got Dominique as your driver you guys are winning she’s the best
Fast and on time. I was given a 45 min to 1 hr window and Mike58 arrived in 45 minutes on the dot. He was fast, courteous and very helpful late on a Sunday night on a holiday weekend. Good conversation on the ride to the drop off. I’d use Priority if the need ever arises again. I’d also request Mike if he was available.
I called and was told they would get to our location in 60 minutes to change our flat tire. Over an hour later, I called back and was told that the driver had a flat tire himself and would only now be heading to us, which was 25 miles away. The driver called us 30 minutes after that, saying he was 10 minutes away. When he arrived, he apologized for the wait, saying he had to go tow a drunk driver's car. I told him that the dispatch lady said that the delay was because he had a flat tire on his tow truck. He chuckled and said that didn't make sense and that she was supposed to call us to let us know it would be 30 more minutes. He never had a flat tire, the dispatch lady lied for some reason. He quickly got us on the road but then had to see my credit card even though I'd paid the dispatcher on the phone, but she had messed that up, too, and so he had to redo it. The driver was great, the dispatch lady was awful.
Dominique was freaking fantastic tonight!!! Reassured me and helped me understand the process, this was my first time getting a vehicle towed. She definitely understood the assignment. In and out like flash. Super fast and efficient. Highly recommend!!!
Dominique was awesome!! I drive all day for work and was about to call it a day from a crazy and frustrating work day, and my tire picked up something and went flat on the highway. Was barely able to get off on an exit and into a parking lot. Priority Towing was super easy to deal with and Dominique saved the day when she showed up. She knew what she was doing and got the tire changed quick and efficiently. She was so nice and professional, and didn’t mind hearing about my crappy day. Definitely turned my bad day into a better one. I couldn’t recommend this towing company enough.

I called priority towing and honestly best decision I could have made for myself as a new driver. The tower Richard came to help me and took me to the nearest tire shop and not only gave me an assessment of my vehicle but he even made sure I was physically alright. April 18th, 2023. We had a flat tire at the airport when we went to pick my sister up and so we had to pull over in the arrival section, security called maintenance and priority towing showed up. The guy’s name is ZECH #27 and he repaired our tire, the man was amazing. He was smiling, he was very professional. He answered all our questions. He had that tire changed in no time at all. He was just very, very nice and I would give him a five star. He is definitely a good worker and you have a very good employee, there’s not many good workers these days and Zech #27 did an outstanding job, thank you! Bob n Patti
Never had a better experience with a towing service, EVER! Extremely prompt and professional, and also affordable prices. The technician that helped us was super punctual. He actually made it to my car faster than the quoted time and waited for me to get there. Very kind and patient while figuring out where to transport my vehicle. They also take credit or debit cards over the phone! Much better than having to struggle to get cash. I was seriously impressed and overall satisfied by the outstanding customer service. I also have AAA and I personally would call this service company instead of them now just based on the service alone!! 5 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
