I just finished the easiest most efficient phone call I have ever experienced with relation to a vehicle. This guy knew my car by my phone number! He knew exactly where it was located, and told me when I could stop by to grab my stereo. He even freed me up from a bunch of online nuisance, said we could finish all of the paperwork in person. Great service so far!
This place is awful. I'm forced to work with them through my insurance. They apparently have a monopoly on what they do for insurance, so negative reviews or getting angry at them don't matter much. The best I can do is give some advice for any other poor souls who have to deal with them: 1) Stay on top of them. Like every day. Nothing gets done unless you prompt them. 2) Get paper copies for everything. Even if they say you can send electronic copies, they will just come back like two days later telling you you need hard copies. 3) Make sure you get them to tell you everything you need upfront. They will ask for one thing, take forever to process it, and then tell you you need more afterwards. Get it all. 4) They will lie about everything. Document, document, document. 5) Don't expect professionals. They are not. Good speed
I was given ok by my insurance to pick up my personal belongings. When I arrived there they made me wait over an hour to get into my truck. They stated they couldn't find my plate or truck. Finally after an hour they found it. I went back to clean my truck and take my personal belongings. To my surprise my truck had been cleaned out and all my personal belongings gone. I found a trash bag in the bed of the truck with only have sanitizer, face masks, windshield cover, and my son's 1 work boot. I informed the reception at the front and they stated my truck was like that from previous place that towed my truck. All they did was remove my plate. When I opened my plate if that's all they removed why did I find personal documents that would have been inside my truck if they didn't touch anything inside my truck only the plate? My husband's lift Jack was missing, jumping cables, the money I had put inside the center glove compartment the day of the accident, my son's 128oz water jug for school, All my chargers and plugs.. I mean I can keep going but they completely stripped my truck from personal belongings and I'm not getting them back because they decided they weren't taking responsibility. Nothing left in my truck that was mine. I know it wasn't the other company that originally picked up my truck from accident scene cause he showed me videos and pictures of how my truck was when they took it to Copart. Terrible place and bad customer service. I informed the insurance as well but they can't do anything either. I can only file a police report but I'm still not getting my items back.
