Pretty busy place but they were great to help out with retrieving some parts and giving me some time to do so.

Do not buy from copart unless its a piece of crap you’re going to sell. They will have you win a bid just to hide the fees and put the fees in the invoice and by the time you realize the car is more than showed, they charge you $450 to get out of the bid. Thieves . And the vehicle needs a new engine. Not l to mention the sales tax when the state your buying from doesn’t apply! Criminals!

I signed up with copart a year ago to bid on one vehicle, never bought anything from them, never bid on anything else. Big surprise they debited my bank acct. again this year for renewal membership. Something i did not want or initiate.... Icalled them and asked them to refund my money. They refused....... i am a senior on a fixed income, this put a hardship on my finances. They could care less. Dont use this company, They are dishonest and will go to any length to steal your money. is a huge corporation like this that desperate to take money from a senior citizen just to add to their profit margian ????? I was shocked and dissappointed.

Office staff REBECCA must have a miserable life because why so much bad customer service and attitude? Listen, if you don't enjoy your job.. stay home because having that type of behavior when you are the frontline of a Company is BEYOND ME! Who hired her because they really should consider her being re-evaluated. This is not the first time I have had to deal with her and I wish it was my last but I frequent there due to work. Rebecca is not a pleasant person nor does she make any experience there pleasant what so ever. Please reconsider your employee.

Ismara She is doing an amazing job for me. Always supportive, always putting in effort, and truly making a difference. I really appreciate her dedication, kindness, and the way she handles everything with so much care. I couldn’t ask for better—she’s simply wonderful.”

Car towed here after being totaled by insurance company. We were not given chance to gather personal belongings out of it. We were told that it would be gone through until we come and get our belongings out. Lies

Reading other reviews I think its pretty clear there are some great people there. Just my personal experience: paid for a report, got sent one on some other vehicle. Asked for correct one - didnt get it. Asked for refund- didnt get it yet ended up reaching out to call center and got a message to gm. Asked to just go see it in person. Was told no only paid members. Pointed out site says otherwise. Was told no, can only go with a member - which site doesnt say at all Too sketchy. Ill just pay eye watering dealer prices.:(

Terrible service. Just to get items out of my vehicle I had to wait over 45mins for someone to assist me at the desk and that was on a Tuesday. Let alone wait for them ro move my car closer. They had one person working meanwhile the rest of the ladies walked around. Gotta do better!

With the exception of the very professional and kind male associate that helped me with signing a waiver agreeing that I won’t sue them if I get injured on the lot, the experience was terrible. The exceptionally rude and dismissive young woman that asked me to sign a blank power of attorney with just my signature literally dismissed me and my questions when I asked her for a completed copy of the POA. How is a blank form with nothing but my signature and her notary stamp a legal document? No VIN number, year, make or odometer reading, form was completely blank. Zoom in to the bottom of the form where she stamped and signed that this is a certified true and EXACT copy of the original. An exact copy of what? The blank document? If you’re ever in a car accident and your car is totaled forget about retrieving your personal belongings from the vehicle. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING in the car was thrown into the trunk and anything of value was gone. I was able to get my license plate and my mints though. By the way, they take your plates off the car and store them in the office so if that’s all you’re trying to obtain, ask for them when you arrive and chalk your valuables up as a loss. The people that literally rummage through your car and take your things should be ashamed of themselves for capitalizing on someone else’s loss. The number of reviews stating the exact same complaint lets us all know the company hasn’t done enough to address this issue.

Terrible service, takes awhile to review payments just enough to get to late fees topped that you couldnt even back out of the payments. Still waiting for my car to be processed and have customer support claim they still havent received the payment not even an attempt and tp change my whole credit card info for the payment to work, which would conviently make me lose the cars and forced to pay relist fee of $600 per car I was waiting on for my purchase to be confirmed by the lot

I’ve been to Copart numerous times with my husband, but the service we received today from Sergio was outstanding! He was incredibly friendly and professional, making the whole transaction enjoyable. Plus, he was a great conversation starter, which made the time fly by. This world and Copart need more people like him! Thank you Sergio

Avoid letting them tow your car and have it in their possession. They damaged my skid plate, and when they delivered my car to the dealership to get fixed, they forgot that they had my license plate. To the extent that I had to report it as stolen. Lack of communication and respect.

I was so scared having to come in but Sergio made it such a great experience! He explained what I needed to know & made sure I was comfortable with my purchase! Definitely will be coming back!

Mr. Sergio was extremely helpful and knowledgeable he knew exactly what I needed and explained the process clearly and slowly for me to ensure I understood! He was very patient! It was a pleasure working with him. I would recommend everyone work with him!

My first time purchasing a vehicle through Copart and everything went smoothly and quickly. I am really happy with the vehicle and so greatful to Copart. I am on a tight budget and they literally saved me thousands of dollars from rip off dealership prices and predatory practices. Copart is upfront with all the costs and everyone at the Phoenix location was very helpful with answering my questions as a noob. It is a very busy place so sometimes a longer wait but you get good customer service. Everything was as described and accurate photos were provided for my auction. Copart lets you inspect the vehicles you are interested in so if you choose not to do that then it is your fault. There is always a risk in buying a vehicle at an auction or anywhere but there are definitely ways to reduce risk.

We’re in the early stages of working with the Copart team about possible damages to our vehicle and although we haven’t gotten everything figured out, the Copart office team has been extremely well mannered and so very pleasant to work with. I called around 9 am and sent them photos and the GM Nick was immediately working on it. He called right away and was truly a kind soul to speak with. Very goal oriented and wanted to work towards whatever could help us solve the issue at hand. The front office young lady who I spoke to originally that helped me navigate who the person to talk would be was also just a delight. I can’t say what will happen in the future, but today when I spoke to them I felt very confident that they were willing to do whatever it takes to figure out my concern and very kind during the initial conversations!

Been getting cars here for years and in the past the customer service has been pretty rough but the last few times I've had a really good experience. Especially Sergio and Gennet they were both really helpful with picking up a car! This was way better than any other time I've been here

The people who work in the office are very nice but,it takes Too long waiting to pick up one car I will change my review if things get better

I would give a zero star is it was an option. The vehicle I purchase was buy now for $975. When they assessed all their fees it was $1550. Then I picked the vehicle up the next day and was charged a $5 fee for storage. The vehicle was listed as a running vehicle but when I picked it up it had a huge rod knock and puked out a ton of oil after running for about 5 seconds. I haven’t had a chance to look yet but their very well may be a window in the side of the block. This was listed falsely and obviously doesn’t run. It was my first and last time using COPART.

the worst place to wait for your car is completely non-compliant with any rules and regulations people are in the heat with no shelter from the heat with air conditioning or cold drinks everything is built for people hereexperienced hard labor while waiting, we are now waiting for our car for 3 hours and still cannot pick it up

I was given ok by my insurance to pick up my personal belongings. When I arrived there they made me wait over an hour to get into my truck. They stated they couldn't find my plate or truck. Finally after an hour they found it. I went back to clean my truck and take my personal belongings. To my surprise my truck had been cleaned out and all my personal belongings gone. I found a trash bag in the bed of the truck with only have sanitizer, face masks, windshield cover, and my son's 1 work boot. I informed the reception at the front and they stated my truck was like that from previous place that towed my truck. All they did was remove my plate. When I opened my plate if that's all they removed why did I find personal documents that would have been inside my truck if they didn't touch anything inside my truck only the plate? My husband's lift Jack was missing, jumping cables, the money I had put inside the center glove compartment the day of the accident, my son's 128oz water jug for school, All my chargers and plugs.. I mean I can keep going but they completely stripped my truck from personal belongings and I'm not getting them back because they decided they weren't taking responsibility. Nothing left in my truck that was mine. I know it wasn't the other company that originally picked up my truck from accident scene cause he showed me videos and pictures of how my truck was when they took it to Copart. Terrible place and bad customer service. I informed the insurance as well but they can't do anything either. I can only file a police report but I'm still not getting my items back.

It is a busy time for them with more and more cars flowing into the lot. Staff doing their best with testy people anxious and just needing some info on steps to get through their process. A better front sign explaining steps bigger and bolder than the left sign on how to access entry and in virtuality "take a number" would be helpful. Just there to get personal belongings from a totalled vehicle. Took just under 45 minutes to get through line and have car pulled up. Sign up ahead if you're able, just to make things faster.

Horrible customer service, mangers are like robots, repeating same thing over and over without any understanding of anything. Bought the car in the picture that clearly had no issues in the windows or glass, they wanted to give me a car that is all tapped as you see in the pictures below. Of course I refused to take it and got my money back from PayPal!

Prepare to wait!!! I was in an accident and my car was taken to this location. Before you're allowed into building, you have to scan the QR code at the door for someone to call you in. At first, it said 15 minutes, then 8 minutes, then 15 minutes..... we waited 2 hours before receiving a text saying someone will attend to us. Then I go to my car, it was cleaned out already. My toddler's car seat and my daughter's booster seat were gone including some personal belongings.... they couldn't locate it. Also, it took another 2 hours just for the car to be hauled out for me to find out my belongings were gone. The employees there were quite helpful and friendly, I'd give them that. I just wish someone knew where my stuff went. Plan to spend at least 3 hours minimum there. I wish I knew before going.

AVOID. Plenty of paperwork, fee's, wrong descriptions, and many twists when registering making your bid worthless. This is geared for dealers and companies buying salvage bikes and ATV's and not for the average guy. They WILL find something wrong with your account and give you like 15 minutes to correct it with documentation and then cheerfully tell you it'll 'be 3 or 4 days to process' making your wins worthless. Its a scam to get your registration fees and other things. The titles and paperwork take up to 4 months to arrive (5 months on one I bought) and when you go the license bureau you will get additional late fees as they notarize their end way back but never get it out to you within 60 days. Most states allow like 10 days to get it done after its sold. Then the ultimate kicker............they say you won, they say its yours, then it goes thru an approval deal where the auction determines if it is enough to really sell and that will take 72 hrs. Meanwhile IF THEY APPROVE, that time is docked towards storage. So its a pure scam really fine tuned. Just be aware. One star is generous
