Person at the counter asked what vehicles I was looking for and I have him 2 vehicles with wide range of years and right away he said they didnt have any without checking or anything. When I asked if i could go look for myself he said no why do you want to go look if we dont have any and said we close in 10 minutes anyways. Even thought he had just let someone else go in and look. Very bad customer service and he even rolled his eyes haha. Other employees that were there were smirking while this happened. I'll be sure to spread the word and never go back. Something similar happened the first time and I told myself if it happened again I would write a review well there it is.
First of DONT EVER COME HERE , They sold me a broken part after i asked him to look at it , gave me a replacement part broken also , very unprofessional very disgusting service, and poor prices , and also these people here have a fog thats bleeding and with no food or water and that is bleeding , in their yard. The Arizona State , has been notified made a complaint also to the Arizona Business Dept , also animal control to make sure no animal cruelty has been passed down in this yard.
Saving all u the trouble make sure u don’t shop here unless u want to get pissed or upset or have a bad experience
So two weeks ago I referred one of my good friends to united auto used parts ...smfh ..sold us a transmission that's no good..tried to make it right but they refuse ...be careful if doing business here.. seriously .. wont mention other incident...
If you don't mind a little dust, this is your place!! They have just about everything under the sun you might want for your car, truck, van, or SUV. Lots of help on the lot too.
This place does not want your business. I went to their junk yard 3 times and called them for 3 days to get a part they have and every time they give me different price and they don’t even get the part ready. They also don’t return the call they promised they will. At the end they hang up because I asked why is the price different and don’t answer my phone call anymore. Lol
This place is a joke, I don’t know how their business is still running.
Employees are very unprofessional, a guy said $80 for a part and the other guy spoke Spanish and thought I didn't understand, said $150 and a lot more they did... I wish I could give less the 1 star
Isaac was prompt.. I hated to let my Escalade go.. but I had my use from it. Anyone need parts for an '02- '06 AWD 6.0... engine and ALL components in excellent shape.. I'm sure he'll give you a fair price.
Employees are not any use at all.. I called to check if they had a part, they said they did. I sent my employee to pick it up and then they said they didnt have it. I call back and they said they did.. i will not waste my time here with again.
Massive inventory. Service is good unless you're white. We've been here since just after 9am. It's 5:37pm. Just 3 bolts stand between the parts we need and this outfit. Thank goodness we don't do this very often.
Come on down we have a great hood in stock! Send my employee there and they cant find it. 2 hours wasted!! This is where the people that get fired from autozone get employed?
If it were possible to leave a rating of ZERO stars I would, and I’m not sure if ZERO is low enough. The price changed three different times in the hour that I wasted waiting for their inept parts puller to show up. This was my first and last experience with this shady auto recycler. Don’t waste your time like I did.
The guys in the office clearly don't know what they're doing, i went to buy a transmission and i gave them all the info they ask for and they end up giving me the wrong transmission 3 times, and 3 trips waste of time, and the 500.00 dollars that i paid them, they can NOT even give me that back. Its been about 2 months and they say that they're looking for the transmission, clearly not hard enough.
They were nice, however they said I over the phone they had the part I needed and would take it off for me. When I arrived they instructed me to go find the part in the yard to confirm it was the right one. After wandering for a half hour myself, they finally tried to find it themselves, then after another half hour, they determined they didn't have it and thier inventory was wrong. I suppose this is typical of used auto parts / junk yards, but accuracy and timeliness could set you apart from your competition. I ended driving two shops down to a tire shop and they had it for $50 vs the $75 United quoted.
Friendly employees but telling me the part will be delivered next day, then 2 days later "it'll be there by noon" then on 3rd day saying you don't have it. by day 3 you should save face and find one from someone else.
I was sold a bad transmission... But I should of known with a 2 month warranty. I even gave them a free transmission... My bad. Never again. I don't recommend especially if ur driving a long distance... I drove over 100 miles.
My preferred parts yard. Tons of inventory, lots of good condition used parts for all makes and models. The yard goes back so far, I could easily spend an entire afternoon here looking through all the awesome parts.
I first came here when the engine siezed on our 2002 Toyota Corolla. Jesus & Jose quickly helped us find a used engine for a great price. When the first engine we got didn't work, they worked with us to get us a replacement that worked with very little hassle.
Highly recommend, 10/10. Great guys, great facility. I will be bringing my parts business here from now on.
5 stars. Drove up from Tucson for the the selection and experienced great service. Super helpful and worked with me on the pricing. Jesus is a real good guy.
My reason for giving a 1 out of 5 stars is simply this:
I went in to buy an engine from these guys, and they showed me an engine that was clearly defunct. As I tried to leave, they offered me one that looked like in decent condition.
I schedule a day for them to drop off the engine, only for them to come the day after with no warning that they were coming by with the engine. Not only that, but they gave me the engine I specifically asked not to receive. After installing the engine, the engine started in a very damaged state (excessive crank case pressure and a messed up head gasket).
From there, I tried to return the engine for the warranty to get a different engine, and they proceeded to deny the warranty and trying to pin the damage on me. Also, these guys don't do refunds. I was thoroughly disappointed. Do yourself a favor and purchase an engine through a big name shop. It's better in the long run.
Poor customer service really high prices for damaged parts the worst place I've ever been too and I've been too over 30 deffernt auto recyclers in the valley they stack cars destroying parts by smashing cars on top of each other 3 to 4 cars high it's dangerous to employees and customers but also stupid because there destroying there parts which is throwing money out the window osha would shut them done and they need too be shut Down till they clean up there yard and follow safety codes before more people get hurt or killed.
Definitivamente para toda nuestra gente hispana no les recomiendo comprar en este lugar es mi segundo mala experieriencia. La primera fue con un par de cabezas que estaban quebradas motor 4.7 dodge 2006 y en esta ocasión fue un motor Nissan altima 2.5 2006 también estaba quebrado el brock de aluminio, bien buena onda se portan pero una ves que te venden algo se portan bien déspotas.

Definitely for all our Hispanic people I do not recommend buying in this place is my second bad experience. The first was with a couple of heads that were broken 4.7 dodge engine 2006 and on this occasion was a Nissan Altima 2.5 engine 2006 was also broken aluminum brock, good nice are behaved but once you sell something behave good despots .
