My experience was 5 stars. Saved me so much time and money. The seats are exactly how they were described and looked in the ebay pictures. I picked the seats up at the warehouse and I was in and out within 3 minutes. Not even joking. Cleaned up the seats this evening and installed them already and i couldnt be happier.
Its mind blowing the idiots leaving negative reviews - most of them dont know the first thing about buying used car parts. If you know somewhat what youre doing, you have nothing to worry about. Highly recommend.
Do not purchase anything from this seller. I purchased 3 audi rs3 wheels off of eBay from az_cycle_parts_phx. One of the wheels was incorrectly described, and was the incorrect size so needed to be sent back. Another wheel was damaged beyond repair as the center was bent; however, the seller refused to allow the wheel to be returned and refunded. I specifically asked prior to purchasing if the wheels were repairable, and the seller stated yes. Do not purchase from the seller!
I would never recommend this place to anyone. Purchased a bunch of items. Realized it was the incorrect lot of items. Returned exactly how I recieved and was charged $135 because I opened the box (as stated by there response). This place is very shady.
I would generally not complain especially since I incorrectly purchased the part, but this company is very difficult company to work with and disingenuous; I would generally not recommend if you are not sure about your purchase.
1. I ordered a part from them but when I tried to cancel, they rejected and sent it after.
2. Although they claim they follow eBay’s return process, they will always report buyer damage without due diligence (see other posts). I went to fedex to pickup and immediately returned. I didn’t even bother to open. They claimed that the package was opened and damaged.
Although there is some fault with my purchase, I think bottomline is that this company is not honest, and it’s better to go with another supplier.
Wrong part delivered to me description says left front side knuckle spindle and back left side spindle was delivered to me won't get any response from company yet paid hard working money for it won't recommend to friends and family members!
Bought a part of eBay that they broke in half to fit into the box, then they charged me $70 on the return because it's wasn't in original condition. I literally removed it from the box, found it broken, and put it back in. Don't buy from these lying crooks.
Their reply is also a lie, it says in the email "The SELLER deducted from the item price because it wasn't returned in the original condition." It was in original condition, the broken condition you sent it. Liars.
My personal experience was good. I bought a part at a good price, unfortunately I had to return it. They tried to help me out by offering a newer model replacement, but unfortunately, it was not compatible.
So, This company leaves me no choice other than to write a negative review. My return was received 3-days ago and no offer to return my cost of shipping a damaged engine back to there company. I did not even ask for them to pay my mechanic bill of $500.00 to prep the motor for install. Im out $900.00 dealing with this company. They will blame the transaction on ebay or you not choosing the correct return button. I was lucky, my bank called me and asked if I wanted to revoke the transaction.
Never knew about this place until I was able to find some new OEM CF parts on their eBay listings for my car. Fred worked with me over the weekend on some great deals. I loved that he’s flexible and understanding. I ended up taking 3 pieces off of him that was just sitting around in his warehouse and I got what I was looking for at a superb pricing. Keep up the great work Fred and AZ Cycle is A+++ in my book.
UPDATE: two out of 3 piece I bought were the wrong parts so they didn’t fit my car. But that was NOT AZ Cycle Parts’ fault. I simply ordered the wrong parts. The issue I have is when it came to return the items for refund, these guys are non-response on eBay. I even called them multiple times and spoke to someone to make sure that they receive my return and please refund ASAP. Took them forever to process refunds so eBay had to step in and refund me. Glad eBay has their “Satisfaction Guarantee”. Sorry guys, lost 2 stars for being non-responsive. Great at selling but poor at after sale customer service and communication.
Was kinda stuck between a rock and a hard place on this one. Personal car, the bearings went out in the diff, and parts are not available yet. Figured I'd buy a used diff off a newer model with lower miles. I couldn't pick it up myself so I sent one of my apprentices to get it. On the pictures it showed no damage. Upon receiving it, the flange was bent, axle insert was missing. It was either dropped or it was wrecked from the rear end. None of this was noted on the ebay listing. None of it was told to me, I would've denied it. I wasn't there my guy bought it.
Being a mechanic I made it work, not wanting to lose 25% of the money I spent on the part. However if I had to buy anything for one of my customer's car I'd think twice and be very cautious from purchasing here.
I am local to Phoenix and went to check out some items they had posted on eBay. The first item I looked at was trashed, broken pieces and plenty of damage not shown on the eBay listing, very misrepresenting (Get ready to deal with the return if you order online). They brought another of the same item out in better condition, but were unwillingly to come down at all from the eBay price, despite them saving 10-20% on eBay fees by selling direct to me. I went down the road to a couple junkyards and pulled the same part in better condition for 1/3 of the ridiculous asking prices these guys had. I would not do business here.
These guys are dishonest glorified junk yard part flippers, they don't inspect their parts before they sell them to you and when you find out they sent you items below the advertised quality and sometimes even defective outright like the seat belts they sold me that have blown out tensioners and stay loose, they do nothing to help their customers and will lie telling you they will but then promptly deny any requests for return and shew you away. Shop here at your own risk is all I can say, just remember there are several honest shops you can just as easily purchase from and not have such a negative experience when the shop messes up like these guys did.

Terrible service, They will block you and LIE. They sold us faulty unit t56 corvette transmission ($2,000 purchase) plus labor to install this item. They are not willing to help in any way. I would not recommend buying from this place. They claim they are willing to accept the return but they will block you and write a response on feedback. Stating they did nothing wrong and asked to return. They are lying trying to save their self. 0 STARS.

Negative buying experience. I was sold a broken transmission t56 07 corvette z06 transmission.The internal outshaft is damage and has loud rattle noise in 4 gears total. I had messaged the seller before purchasing and the seller advise me the unit was in good working condition and was inspected ect. Which made me purchased due to that fact. But I was sold a faulty internal unit I contacted the seller and got run and around. They were not interested in finding a solution. After checking the rest of their google feedback they have dirty past of returns ect. I would not recommend buying from this place after looking at their negative reviews. I will be doing complaint on BBB as well.
Very easy guys to do business with and they are definitely of their word. Bad reviews have to be from those who don’t understand buying and selling parts online and how policies work. Mark was nothing but straight up with me and I would definitely do business again
Terrible company. Ordered a used “Dallas Performance Huracan Twin Turbo kit” off of Ebay. Once kit arrived I talked with Dallas Performance about getting it installed and we both agreed the best way to move forward was to bring the kit in and have them look through it. The day after the kit arrived I drove it 400 miles (one way) to Dallas Performance to have it inspected. I was informed the next day that the kit was for a 2004-2009 Gallardo, not a Huracan as listed and that I would be charged labor in order for their time to unbox the wrong kit (which is totally fair). I requested a return from Dallas Performance through RL carriers. The order was picked up, shipped back and delivered back to sender. Now they are refusing to refund my money until they “process it”. I really don’t understand what they are “processing” since they didn’t know what the kit even went to. They just said “someone sold us this kit and said that’s what I came off of”. According to Dallas Performance they said the kit was in horrible condition and had been modified since it left their facility.
The transaction alone with tax and shipping was around $13,531.25 not counting the time/fuel wasted delivering it because they didn’t “process it” to begin with. Rude staff that are completely unapologetic when the only thing I’ve asked for is to process my return.
Terrible customer service. Interaction was extremely rude, and arrogant. Would never do business here again. Product also did not meet expectation. All in all poor experience.
Edit: this is not in respect to eBay policy. My review is a reflection of the poor customer service interaction when trying to understand the policy more, and my dissatisfaction with the actual product delivered. I hope no one else has to deal with this.
Called to order a set of 19 inch Audi rims and tires that I saw posted on eBay. Needed more information about the wheels and how to purchase safely/correctly. Spoke with a gentleman named José over the phone. José was outstanding in his customer service. Quick, informative on the policies, knowledgeable about everything, helpful in getting the correct pricing, and all questions were answered. The entire process took less than 5 minutes. I’ve just received the wheels and tires and I’m extremely happy. He wasn’t too worried about me leaving a review or speaking to his boss there to say how great of a job was done, but it was important to me to make sure. I’ll be keeping an eye out for more parts and upgrades for my car through AZ Cycle in the future.

Trash experience buying on eBay. Don’t recommend, they will cancel your order and if you try placing another they will cancel that too. Extremely unprofessional.
EDIT: Foul language was used after they cancelled my order without even asking if I was going to pay. If they think I am unprofessional for using foul language they should really learn to treat their customers better. Also they lied to eBay about why my order was cancelled when there was never even a problem with shipping address.
Part I needed for my RZR was in stock and service over phone was amazing. They had the part ready for me when I came in and the price they said over the phone was the price I paid. Great customer service and high quality used parts. If you didn’t know it was used you’d never know.
Very unscrupulous. I just placed an order on eBay and ten minutes later I called in to cancel and they flat out told me they don’t cancel orders because they don’t want to, not because anything is processed or shipped yet. not to be trusted. I’ve never had an issue with canceling a mistaken order and contacting within a few minutes. These people are scummy.
Avoid at all costs. I ordered a used part from here (previously damaged; center carrier union of the driveshaft needed replaced). I was scrambling to find a used driveshaft for my car when my OEM one was broken by an incompetent mechanic during a downpipe upgrade. I was searching ebay and there were two available. One was 899 in Arizona and one was 1199 in Florida. I should have realized immediately why there was a price difference, but as I was in a hurry, I did not read carefully to see that the one in Arizona was actually already broken and would not work for my situation. Before the part was even delivered I had contacted both the seller and eBay to let them know that I would be doing a return. After a week long fiasco with FedEx trying to get a part I no longer needed delivered, I was able to have it "delivered" (by virtue of picking it up at a local office) and then shipped out back to the seller without ever even touching the way the item was packaged and sent to me in the first place. I was already expecting less of a refund than paid based on what eBay is tell me and I am also covering return shipping to the seller. That seems fair enough...but then fast forward to today and the seller receives the package and tries to credit 50% of the return request telling ebay that I broke the item and it was improperly packaged. Really??? I broke the already broken driveshaft and improperly packaged it for return? If I could give negative star i would. If it tells you anything, ebay refunded me the difference of the purchase price plus some within 5 minutes of speaking with them. I dont think ebay is returning over $600 out of their pocket if the seller hasnt acted outside of the terms of service.

I owned up to the fact that I did not read it was already broken, and purchased the item. That fact has nothing to do with you (AZ Cycle parts LLC) attempting to tell ebay that you could not refund more than 50% due to the item being broken and improper packaging. I never opened the package in which the item was originally delivered by you and the item was already broken before you sent it to me (in the two pieces you complained about no less). eBay themselves reported you for this practice and refunded me the difference, including shipping, because you violated their terms of service. I hope they shut you down. I'll chalk it up to just another shady seller practice on ebay (as they mentioned they are cracking down on sellers who make bogus claims on returns that ebay then has to foot the return bill for) and will do my best to make sure consumers avoid your disreputable business
One of the worst customer service experiences from an auto part dealer I’ve ever experienced. Ordered a replacement rim for a Bentley Supersports. Confirmed with sales rep via phone call as the item was listed on eBay, this was a front rim (they are different from the backs). After confirming, sent a rear wheel. Hey no problem right? I speak to the rep via phone and after determining the other correct front rims were too badly damaged, I asked to send the item back. Service rep agreed and I sent back the rim. The rim was sent on a rotted tire. After putting a new tire on the rim, and then removing that tire, the rotten tire was already disposed of by the tire shop completing the work. Made light of this on phone call about return, was told no problem. Upon returning the rim in the timeframe allotted, this shop tried to adjust the refund by $350 from the original amount because the rotted tire was not returned with the rim. Called the shop and asked why they would want a rotted tire back, even offered to pay fair market value for the rotted tire, between $25-$75 and was refused. Ultimately just a bush league small business being run by completely dishonest individuals. eBay stepped in only after I submitted a notarized affidavit from the tire shop who performed the work on this job stating the tire sent was simply rotted and put on the rim strictly for shipment padding. They knew what they were doing with the attempt on the return. Very dishonest, and very unethical. Do not trust these individuals.
Great place to purchase quality use UTV parts. Highly recommend this place. They have a eBay story where you can purchase anything and everything Cycle Parts. Walking are welcome. The owners are so kind and always willing to work with anyone.
These guys have some good parts at good prices but man are they a pain in the rear end sometimes. I’ve been a customer for years and I’m over it! I bought a frame that could be shipped for around $150-200 max and they refuse to let me pay shipping and charged me $400. I paid and instantly had buyers remorse because I felt horrible getting bent over like that. Never again.
Awesome transaction. Ordered a couple of HUBS for my RZR. Shipped same day and charged me no shipping cost. Included extra parts (lug nuts and bolts) that I did not pay for. Great company!
