My friend called in to get a quote on an AC compressor and then I went in and got a different quote of a $100 on something I just purchased on Amazon for $85 which was the same as he quoted my friend. So when you're selling junkyard parts got to make sure you meet your competitors prices especially when Amazon delivers plus it's guaranteed and brand new..
If I could put -100 stars i would !!! Don't know who owns this place, but the guy you have up front, I guarantee will run you into the ground, I show up 10 minutes before they closed, dude tries to tell me that they're close ( mind you i had been calling for a day and just talked to a gal 5 minutes prior to my arrival ) says he can't sell me the part cuz they're closed, this is 10 min b4 they close, I drove 44 miles one way to get this part, after having to tell this moron how customer service works, he throws a mental tizzy fit and tells me $175.00 which was $50 higher than what I was told 4 times lol ....
Then I get back to far east mesa, go to install the part, only to find out that he sent me with the wrong part
So it call him and request the right part with at least $20 for my gas
Not to mention $140 hr for my time x2 hrs
Moral of the story is
If you wanna be lied to and sold the wrong part ...... than this is your place
These people are crooks, they pretend to not understand how to work there "NEW" credit card machine. I ordered parts, paid for them with debit, they were incorrect so I returned the parts. A credit was issued, Then I find out that they cancelled my credit after I left. WARNING BE CAREFUL these people are no honest.
Please do your research before going to the junk yard. This place will sell you parts even higher than brand new and original parts from the dealer. They are not organized and take for ever to get your part pulled.
Lesson learned: call the dealer first to know how much original part will cost then go to the junk yard and don’t pay more than 50% of the dealer price. Be smart!

Ordered a transmission 7/15/22 today is 8/11/22 and it has not been delivered after 5 missed delivery dates. Now no one is answering any of the of the phone numbers I have, not returning voicemails or emails. They appear to have stolen my money.
Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had in any junk yards. Really clean, very professional and most of all very kind. Unlike most yards down Broadway who think they’re doing you a favor by selling you a part. Im going to recommend them to anyone who needs parts. Thank you guys
My mans has EVERYTHING I needed !! had my cross member assembly! Motor mount! Air bag! Differential! Basically had the whole entire car for me ! 10/10 service ! Recommend for everybody to come! Great customer service ! Great owner! Everything about this spot is just amazing and professional!
Don't waste your time if you want to get a single part. Its sold as whole, wanted to buy a red rear reflector but was told I have to buy the whole back bumper. I wanted just the emblem I have to buy the whole trunk..
Only way they sell single part, if the area was damaged.

Lyres and Thieves!! This place has the part I needed. I had to locate in their yard for them and then they refused to pull it for me that day. Told me to pay for it and they would take it out in couple of days. Lies!!! Then after they wouldn't pull it they would not issue me a refund. Thieves!! Stay far away from Legacy Auto Parts LLC
I bought a transmission from this place they said it had a 3 month warranty 2 weeks later when my mechanic put it in did not work so I went and ask what I needed to do to get my money back and Oscar started making excuses on why he was not gonna give me a refund these guys are crooks they don’t have good policy in place save yourself some money and don’t buy from them it has now costed me more money then if I would have just bought something new
They had what we needed for my dad's truck and at a fair price too. They also removed the item from other truck and had it ready for my dad to pick up the next day
Really bad customer service and prices are really high! Went to buy a fender they quoted me on 350 when it had couple dings I went across the street and got it for 35bucks.

Waited three weeks for a car they were bringing in. Made promises, they would sell it, then when the car shows up they say No, were not selling it. Wasted three weeks on this shop. I see with all the paid reviews and the real ones they have problems understanding how business works. Karma....
I went there about a month ago, I had asked about a car and they said they had one available for parts. I drive all the way there about 1hr drive so they can tell me that the part I wanted (mirror visor driver side, and middle compartment cover) is only sold with the whole dash. They did not inform me of anything about that. Idk why they say car for parts if I can’t even get 2 simple parts smh . The front guy also looked like he didn’t like his job like annoyed of customers. If I was his boss I’d fire him on the spot, wouldn’t want anyone affecting the business in that sort of manner.
Best prices on Broadway ! After going to to over priced junk yards ( First Choice ) I found Legacy & let me tell you they have the best prices & Excellent customer service. Not to mention the guy in the front desk is a cutie. Will definitely be coming back!
Very disorganized place. I called the place before going there and was told that the part is available. In the front office I was told to meet a guy in the junk yard. I went to him and he was working on a car, he told me the vehicle I was looking was somewhere after the red vehicle. I went there and couldn't find it, had to go back to the guy multiple times to finally find it. All the time he was busy fixing his car. When I looked at the vehicle and the part is not there. When I asked in the front office they have no clue. Total waste of time.
I called ahead of time to confirm the part was ready. They told me it was. After driving there I find out part hasn't even been pulled and had to wait over an hour.
Went here to get a pair of headlights and a pair of fog lights. The price they wanted for used junkyard parts was the same as new aftermarket parts. Just a tip- junkyard parts should cost half of what new parts cost!
best customer service, the workers are very nice and friendly, id recommend this to all my friends and family who are looking for parts at a good price, this should be six stars
