Their prices are a rip-off, be careful. I called and asked about a part, and I was told it was $60. Two days later, when I went to pick it up, the African American employees told me it was $75 and that they couldn’t do anything about the price. They don’t honor their original quote. The same part is $90 brand new, and I found it elsewhere for $50. Don’t waste your time.
I was on a trip in phoenix last week to pick up a car and drive it back to Dallas Fort Worth

The owner was so friendly and made my day by allowing me to take my time to fix my car using his shop space and even his tools ;) and he helped me to fix the inverter radiator was leaking and I made it home safely

Once you give them money, you will never get it back if they sell you a bad part, even with the 30 day warranty. So make sure you are willing to go back for an exchange or for a credit.

I've been here twice for some interior pieces on my car. I'm taking away 1 star because they don't seem to bother protecting the interiors of cars at all when doors / windows are removed. So you need to be careful about inspecting the quality first if you're buying something like that. Otherwise they're straightforward and easy enough to access with a small gravel parking lot. It doesn't seem like they'll pull the part if you ask over the phone (other places will if they take deposit), so you may end up waiting for a bit for the guy to get your part out.

Extremely happy that I found a junkyard that has parts for my Nissan. But most importantly, extremely satisfied with the customer service I received. Staff member was very knowledgeable, helpful, patience, and friendly when I was seeking intricate parts for my Nissan.
Also they are willing to pull the parts requesting when you call in advance. When did the first junkyard I have visited that's it's helpful and has the part waiting for you upon arrival. I will absolutely be returning to this business for car parts
My car door was messed up and they were the only ones with the exact same color and type of car door. The service was great and they were nice. Although the door and the mirror on the door came seperate they were helpful.
I don’t appreciate being placed on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on. Not to mention the kid that answers the phone is rude and lies about the mileage on their vehicles parts. I vin checked a engine I was going to buy from All Japanese just to find out it had 198k miles, 53k miles more than what they told me (135k) also couldn’t help but notice that a wide variety of their engines and transmission have 135k miles... Hmmmmm..... VERY INTERESTING......

Wow, that’s ludicrous on how many times I’ve called in the past 20 mins and every single time the phone doesn’t even ring one full time when I’m immediately answered and placed on hold. Not to mention the hold isn’t a couple of seconds it’s the “Eternal Hold” i remember calling in the past and being helped out by a nice young man. Seems that you guys might of just acquired some new worthless employee(s). You JUST lost a customer...

I was recommended this place and I was not disappointed. I will not go anywhere else for parts! Each time I called I was quoted great prices which was so much cheaper than other places for the parts I needed for my Nissan Pathfinder! I needed a CV axle for my front tire, was quoted $180, I called All Japanese Auto parts, they had the part for $50! You can't beat their prices! The employees worked fast to get the parts. I highly recommend you go to them before anywhere else!

Tony sold me a transmission for a 2013 Nissan Sentra convinced me to let him install it also, they have had the car since Dec,3, 2018 and have not contacted me one time. After calling them five times basically every week they told me they have tried three different transmission and none of them work, strange because they state the first 20k the second 30k and the last one less than 40k miles so all had less than 40k and none of them work they state. He wanted me to pay cash upon purchase which I'm glad I didn't. When calling them today Dec,21,2018 about the car they told me to come and pick it up that they wasn't going to try anymore transmission and was very rude about it, the cost was roughly 2000.00.
This is very and I mean very poor service and basically a form of fraud that I plan to pursue. I've been and honest company owner for the past 30 years and get sick at the stomach when treated this way when doing business of any such. To not get a phone call about the car and then to have the car three weeks and not fix it and hassle me about refunding me the full amount of what was paid to them is not acceptable.
We visited the shop on the 11th of December. We were in the market for a used Kia radio. We received absolutely excellent service from Tony! He went above and beyond for two people who were completely out of their depth. He was very friendly on the phone, super helpful in person and even offered to lend a hand with parts if ever we were in any trouble, anywhere in the country! A very generous offer for tourists on a roadtrip. I highly recommend All Japanese Auto Parts! Thanks so much Tony.
Tony was awesome. He is extremely knowledgeable on how to manage the business both via the phone and in person. In addition, Tony manages a very organized front and back office. If he is not managing the customer up front he is busy running his support staff that retrieving parts, simultaneously. It is amazing to watch and listen to him work. Not only did they have the obscure 350z part we needed but found it quickly and even fixed it up a bit for us. They were really helpful and we will be calling on them next time we need something else!
Tyrone helped me on the phone with a number of questions, and checked a door tag to be sure the rear end was from the right matching donor. Came down Sat morning, checked it was the right gear ratio, then put a $75 deposit and they pulled it an hour later. All in all a smooth dealing, and the parts they sold me worked just fine. I'll be back in the future...
