Eric was very efficient and fast, kept it professional. Vulcan taking before and after pictures is nice for our safety. For any super Heavy/ heavy hauls 10/10 would recommend them!
Requested service around noon got here at 3. Not a big deal but they sent someone with a tow truck and no tools and didn’t know how to change a tire. I was told someone else would be here soon, no one showed up so I called back their aaa dispatcher and heard they closed the call out. Don’t recommend this company for anything. Also did capture video of their driver trying to learn how a lug wrench worked on my wife’s car.
I was hit by a drunk driver and my vehicle ended up at the Vulcan lot (totaled). The staff at Vulcan were very helpful, from the tow driver to the office staff to the yard staff. They were able to provide me with the information I needed and helped me get access to my vehicle to gather my items. In a very stressful time, Vulcan managed to not add to my stress level. I greatly appreciate their focus on service.
