I had a motorcycle stolen that wound up in their lot after it was found by the police. I didn't have much time after work to recover it before closing, I had to scramble around town to get the documents I needed. Thankfully one of the employees, Carlos, was willing to stay a bit late to help me out.
Vulcan was very responsive and professional. My RV broke down in town. Vulcan mobilized the appropriate-sized wrecker to tow my vehicle home. The operator, Allister, took precautions to protect my RV. He was a skilled and safe driver. I highly recommend Vulcan Towing.
Hit a large rock on c st that ripped a hole in my side wall leaving me, a friend, and 3 of my kids sitting in a parking lot. They responded to us quite quickly and even offered a large enough truck to take us with the car. Fortunately, my husband was on his way as well to pick us up. I am so appreciative of the quick response time when I had the kids with me. We have used you several times for our company vehicles and I was glad you were there for us for the family one as well. There are no words….literally Cody was an earth Angel who appeared out of nowhere when I came out of OPA physical therapy with a cast on my leg, crutches and found that my car had a flat. I YouTubed how to change it and was trying to get the lights off but they were too tight and I couldn’t budge them. I was on the verge of tears when out of nowhere he pulled up alongside the curb and asked if I needed help, I was already all fours in the ground trying to figure out where to put the jack and he came in and had my tire changed in under 5 minutes.
I can’t express how grateful I am, it was a pretty challenging week and that was the about to be my last straw. Cody changed it!! Thank you…..so much!!!!! If I ever have an issue in the future, I will not hesitate to call Vulcan because of his kindness!!
This company dropped a car off in front of my neighbors house without his permission, when they were called to move it they dropped it across the street at another address they do not have permission to drop it at. The car is filthy, disgusting, the smell of human waste is perferating from the driver side having no windows. They were called and asked to move it YET AGAIN, while the driver AJ, was talking to the apparent "owner" of the car, I came and explained that this car has had a lot of "activity" around the car the week it's been here. AJ then proceeded to call me a Karen, and left the car for the owners to move, and it still is in the same spot he left it at. If I could add pictures to a review I would. Very disappointed in their practices.

Carlos has the best customer service manners I have ever came across. He was exceptionally helpful in answering all of my questions and was very respectful with my vehicle. 100/10 would request him for all my towing needs.

They came out quickly after contacting them to tow our boat home for us after a trailer tire blew out. We were on the side of the Seward highway so they sent an extra truck to help with lights/visibility, it cost a little extra but was worth it as it definitely helped make the process feel more safe with other cars blasting by! The price was fair and they did a good job. We had talked to another company our insurance wanted us to use but they went back and forth hemming and hawing about what tow truck to send and then quoted us 3x as much! Vulcan asked for the trailer/boat measurements and was on their way, no mess no fuss.
I’ve only used Vulcan through my AAA service, and for how frustrating AAA communications are, Vulcan is always a relief to finally get on the phone with. I’ve had multiple tows this year and their office staff, battery team, and towing crew (shout out to my repeat tow-master Scott) are all positive, communicative, reassuring, and helpful. Three cheers for Vulcan! Thanks for keeping me sane this summer with my nightmare of car problems.
Eric was very efficient and fast, kept it professional. Vulcan taking before and after pictures is nice for our safety. For any super Heavy/ heavy hauls 10/10 would recommend them!
These guys were awesome. Had a camper tipped over in our parking lot and these guys came out and flipped it up right without causing any extra damage to the camper. Highly recommended
Ben did a wonderful job made my day and on time. Gave me a call when he arrived asked where I wanted my car. Very friendly, even when I called the lady told me within the hour was not even an hour and got my car back. Very much recommend using them from now on.
What a great company to help us when my vehicle broke down and we needed a tow from Moose Pass to Anchorage. Rusty was a fabulous driver and made us laugh even when having a very bad day. I highly recommend this service!
