These clowns... that's all I can say. Crazy high prices. Nobody seems to know anything. Idk it's the "New Anchorage" mentality. Charge high as possible for everything. Tried to charge me $300 for a damaged headlight.
3 stars for difficulty gaining information from my salesman about the availability of parts through the computer inventory system as well as lack of willingness to actually look. The exception to this was the service provided by Tim Osheim who took the time to show me the inventory and explain the situation even though it was not his sale. I would give him five stars. He definitely made sure the sale happened.
