I own a repair shop in the valley, so i buy a lot of parts (both new and used). Northwest is easily the best yard in the state. Best counter help, best yard guys (and gals), best selection, and team prp means they can help me get parts from the lower 48 when needed, all-around helpful and knowledgeable. If you go anywhere else for used parts, you're missing out.
Friendly sales people with the ability to conveniently source parts from all across the country if they happen not to have what you need in their massive inventory already. Definitely beats searching for and pulling parts yourself at a junk yard.

Ordered a piece of glass that needed to be shipped in. Guy took care of me. Called when it came in and even let me pick a tiny rubber slider off of a wrecked car for the glass. Seriously wish I knew about this company sooner. They made ordering a pt easy.

Overall experience was good, winded up returning the part I bought because I didn’t need it. I would advise to be 100% sure that the paint doesn’t rub off before insinuating that someone is trying to get over on you by returning a defective part, not a good look at all.
