Says they pick up in anchorage. Their phone number and address is in anchorage Alaska. But when you call nope they don’t pick up in Alaska. This is false advertising. Don’t call.
I had a great experience with cash for cars. The entire process was quick and simple. The woman with whom I spoke on the phone was friendly, efficient, and helpful. She clearly explained the process in a few minutes. The price she offered was higher than the local scrap yards that I contacted so I was very satisfied. We made arrangements to have the car picked up within 2 days. The tow truck driver showed up on time and removed my car with no hassles. I will definitely do business with them again and recommend them to my friends and family.
They do not pick up cars in alaska! Even though it says anchorage and is an ak number they do not pick up cars in alaska! Just so nobody else wastes their time
My experience working with Erick and others at Copart was very good. They walked me through all the necessary steps and verifications in a professional manner.

Was NOT, NOT happy with this company. An email from them stating that my car was to be picked up on the 21st, called to confirm the time, and they didn't have a clue what was going on, called and talked to 5/6 reps, one gave me a number to call that was disconnected, I'm sure after two hours they just wanted to get rid of me. It worked, I made other arrangements. I need them to pay me for the 2 1/2 hours I missed at work, and an apology. Here's an idea, please don't send emails with a quote and a date for pickup if you are not going to do the work. There is no excuse for this, I will tell everyone I know, and I am warning everybody. They really need to pay me for my lost wages dealing with this nonsense, I'll let everyone know how that goes.

Mohammed Quadri was the adjuster who wrote my quote. He added an extra 100k miles to my vehical effecting the price. Mind you I have called atleast 5 times, each call was 45mins and nothing seems to be getting done. Very slow process. It took them a whole day to call me back to confirm where I would need to sign my title. They were going based off of old titles that had incorrect information. I've talked to 5 different people for the same issue. They have been putting me on hold and transferring me to whoever and no one seems to know how to do their job there. No one seems to have answers to any of the questions I've asked. Very unprofessional and a waste of time. Michelle from Spokan Washington yard 116 was very unhelpful. She was not able to provide me with any documents that showed time, place of pick up. This company is a SCAM and waste of time . Not worth it.

They were very helpful and patient as we had to work through a lot of issues with my car pick up . They were very supportive and knowledgeable about what I needed to do to get my car ready . The employees were great , especially Preveen P. He was very professional and helpful.
This shows up as a local place in Anchorage, but when I called I was told that there wasn't a location in range for my zip code that could help. Very disappointing.
So easy, I thought it was a scam! Throughout the whole experience, I was waiting for C4C to ask me to pay something to them, but they never did...in the end I got paid! Also surprised this is available in Alaska, which almost never happens!
I called 3 weeks ago and spoke with a representative and provided some basic information regarding my vehicle. I was informed I would receive a follow up call for the next step… I’m still waiting. Needing a quote will provide me opportunity to make a informed decision in moving forward whether to utilize this company.

It was my first time using their service. It's great that they can recycle the vehicles without sending it directly to the junkyard. Convenient and easy.
Not happy at all. First it isn't cash, it's a check, and 2nd they aren't willing to work with you. We called about our vehicle and since my spouse doesn't have an ID I asked if they could put the check in my name. We have the same last name, marriage license etc and can easily prove anything they asked. We don't have a physical bank here to go deposit it and no ID for cashing the check locally. I find it ridiculous that you won't work with people.
I was not sure what to do with my Dodge Journey that wasn't working anymore so I took a chance and called here. Abdul was able to help answer all of my questions and helped me get rid of my vehicle quickly. I am thankful I was able to be helped very quickly and Abdul was such a huge help. Gave them a call Gave them a complete description of the car that I wanted out of my driveway. They gave me an exact quote over the phone the call took about 10 minutes. They showed up within 24 hours with check in hand. I provided them the title they towed the car away!. It was a really great experience this car has been clogging up space for over a year Sitting there with the engine blown. Even better I'm in Alaska usually when you call places like these they don't do business in Alaska Or Hawaii. But me being Alaska didn't cause any problems at all.

I had called another company previously a few weeks ago just to talking that I was thinking about selling my car. They took my information and said they would call me back but never did. Five days later they showed up early on Saturday morning banging on my door yelling at me through the door, calling me "June"(not my name) announcing to everyone in the complex my business and scaring me to death, then proceeded to call me over and over again. I was alarmed as they had gotten into an secure apartment complex. I didn't answer the door they scared me to death with their yelling and banging. So I called Cash for cars. I was so surprised at the how professional they were. They made an appointment on when to pick up the car and called me from the parking lot and never came into the complex. They were so nice, polite, and pleasant.

I had devistating experience with my beloved car and was looking at paying other services $300 to take my car off of me. I was pointed in the direction to use Cash For Cars and they were SO helpful. Very professional and timely. They paid me to take my car which was virtually useless to other services and were extremely professional in the process.
I’ve called and the first 2 ladies was super polite and than when I got transferred to the guy he started off nice but I went on to finished what I was saying and he hung up on me. I obviously was not done talking about the car. So rude

I received a call back, 45 min later. The guy was nice and polite but then he had to explain that they are not buying cars in Alaska or Hawaii at this time. I updated my rating because I appreciate the return call and letting me know their current policy before I wasted any more of my time. However, it's not the best rating because I feel their current policy should be on their website and their local office should also have it in their recording. If they did, I would have given at least 4 stars
Had to call several times before anyone actually answered then I had to repeat the info as the guy was clearly not listening. He put me on hold and after holding for 10 min it disconnected...
