Very poor service I never delt with so many dishonest arrogant ppl, especially before the holidays, They will say they fixed the problem with your plow, then change up the story when time to pay up they said they gave me a discount and the quoted price stayed the same from the start .I was left with a leaky main seal on my ram . KYLE was the main employee there who told me half truth and whole lies ,Next was Kate, who is the sales manager said she would let her boss know about the problem ,Called me back same nonsense told me they can take off the parts they put on my plow truck and pay them 600.00 for that or pay the 1,333.00 to get my plow back even thow it still wasn't fixed as Kyle told me it was .So I went to pick up my truck and pay for the whole price and the Head Boss I'm never dealing with there crooked business anymore, all he said yeah we don't want you to ever come back here anymore either looking red in the face and guilty as a thief. Therefore, I'd recommend that if you need a plow tune-up, take it elsewhere!
We had 3 new vehicles sent here to get upfitted for various requirements for use on the slope. Had the upfit list at least 6 months early and still didn't have supplies on hand when the trucks arrived. Each phone call or visit to business would result in either no call back or some assurance the trucks would be done in the next week or so (this went on for 3 months). When the trucks finally got done and sent north they came with incorrect upfit items or work wasn't done at all. Things such as wrong remote starts, no hurricane straps installed on doors, mud flaps not installed, front LED light to be recessed and was not, shoddy wiring work, etc. Calls back to them receive no action or response. They sent the trucks out the door not complete and incorrect after 3 months having them knowing they would be going to Prudhoe and would probably not get them back to correct discrepancies. I would not recommend using these guys for any work that you can't easily take back or keep a constant eye on.
I brought my camper trailer in to get a fiberglass hole repaired and had to write a positive review of my experience. First, they quoted me a fair price and got me on the schedule quickly. Second, the workmanship was amazing and communication on the status of my repair was exactly what you would want. Third, when I picked up my trailer I had one person help move the trailer with the forklift so I could easily back my truck up and haul it away and while that was happening two other guys came out and helped. Nobody prompted them to jump in and assist, they just genuinely cared that I was satisfied and decided to help me out. It's so nice to see folks that really care about the customers, Alex and the crew in the paint shop were awesome and hopefully more people have a chance to work with him!!
Only had 1 of the parts I needed and it was twice the cost of other places I checked with. Not particularly helpful - maybe retail isn't their strong suit.
We had Bob's install a lift gate on the back of our F150. What awesome customer service and workmanship they gave us! Our first phone calls to a competitor for a quote were met with stalls for "more info", lost messages, unreturned calls and a general lack of care. Bob's had our quote ready the same day and parts ordered. The quote was a few dollars less as well! At the end, it took a day longer, but actually the final cost was less than the original quote. Friendly guys thrown into the mix and we wouldn't go anywhere else in the future.

Had this hitched installed on a Freightliner Tractor. Some mounting issues were brought to light and resolved thanks to the Professionalism of the Staff and workers of Bob's Services Inc.
thanks for my ladder racks. They installed it in a timely fashion and were very prompt and professional. Plan on leaving your vehicle and make sure you have a ride, because it is not a 30 minute thing. If I could go back and have more work done on my van I would definitely choose Bob's services
