Ryan sucks and so does this dealership. He was supposed to be working on a "deal" for us on a used Subaru...1st he quit responding to my texts, then he stopped returning phone calls. When I called BMW to request a new salesperson I was told he sold the car to someone else earlier in the day!@

Me and my family members have purchased numerous new and pre owned BMWs here and have always had a great experience! The vehicles themselves are wonderful and the customer service is the best in the state. Truly what you would expect from a luxury car dealership!

Don’t take your car year to get serviced or buy one from here because they don’t hold up to there end of the warranty. They can’t show me a warranty booklet the shows that my parts are not covered under the active warranty instead Joel tells me to come pick up my car and here is the total due for inspection since it’s not covered under warranty supposedly. When the manual for warranty online shows 2 out of the 3 parts are covered under my warranty.
Edit to review: now that bmw is refusing to work on my car unless I take the bad review down I asked for the parts list that was identified during my multipoint inspection that I paid for so I could fix the car myself on base and I was told they can’t provide me a report of what was wrong with my car or the parts number or the part names so I could order them online which is a lie. I paid for the inspection to find out what was wrong with my car then I should get a summary of that which I didn’t. So they just take your money and say oh well now we can’t help.Dec 05, 2025 -
5 stars for Ryan Siracusa for making a deal happen. Probably the best experience I have had at a dealer personally. Even though it was not a smooth process for anyone whatsoever due to last minute circumstances, I would like to thank Ryan and everyone at the finance office for working with me. Ryan has been a great advocate and I would highly recommend working with him for a car purchase!

They sold a used car to a desperate father who is staying in a homeless shelter that died an hour later, can't get in contact with any manager or the guy who sold it to me, took 3 days to figure out how to get the car back to the dealership to have it worked on but the techs are busy working on other projects and haven't even looked at mine. I sent ever dime I had left to get that car and thats how I make most of my income. They will call you every 5 min to sell you the car but when you need help everyone is just gone

I just bought a brand new Mini Cooper from Jae at this location. Customer service and care was fantastic from everybody. Jae was super knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right car for me. Logan from finance was also excellent. I would rate this location 6 stars if I could!!

From the moment we stepped into BMW Anchorage, we knew we were in for something special, and it was largely thanks to the incredible team there. We want to extend a massive compliment and heartfelt congratulations to everyone, especially Jay, our sales associate. We were absolutely blown away by his professionalism, genuine care, and exceptional knowledge. To find out later that he's a Junior Sales Person was truly astounding – he handled everything with the poise and expertise of a seasoned veteran. Thank you so much, Jay, for making our initial experience so fantastic!
And then there's Travis, the Sales Manager – honestly, "OMG" doesn't even begin to cover it! Travis should be commended immediately for his outstanding dedication. He went above and beyond for my spouse and me, ensuring every single one of our needs was met and exceeding all expectations to make us happy. Ryan Siracusa is one of the best salesman I’ve had in Alaska so far .I’ve bought many cars from various dealerships and this is the first time I had a smooth process without any added pressure . He was knowledgeable on the vehicles and was able to suggest an x3 m40i that fit my needs. I didn’t feel pressured at all and he respected my wishes when I told him I was on a time crunch. He was able to get things processed on time and out the door in my new vehicle . It’s rare to find a sales persons that is accommodating yet transparent with things and not waste time or try to play games back and fourth. Even after the purchases there was a slight issue that he addressed immediately and is working a solution for me . I would recommend to anyone to come find Ryan for your next vehicle needs .

My dream car came on the BMW lot as a trade in from someone else in Feb 2025. I worked with Alex previously when he was at the Audi dealership and he knew I was on the market for an X3M so when he got the trade in, he texted me pictures and specs and got me in for a test drive really quickly. Alex is personable, professional, loves cars and is just overall a nice guy to do business with. We went back and forth on the price of the vehicle as well as the price of my trade in for a few days; negotiating can be stressful but Alex knew how badly I wanted that car so after going around and around a few times, we finally came to an OTD vehicle price on both the X3M as well as my trade in. Got it all signed and approved by one of the sales managers and was able to put a deposit down to hold the car for me while BMW inspected, serviced and ordered a replacement part for me.
I worked with Logan when it was time to sign everything. He’s the finance guy. Logan’s the kind of person I’d be friends with outside of the office. Logan and Alex got me the best possible rate even after I went out and got pre-approved at other financial institutions. I was shocked at the rate they got me compared to what I was able to obtain on my own. Financing through BMW was an easy decision to make and Logan made the signing process fast and enjoyable. I don’t feel like he or anyone in the sales process hid anything from me, ripped me off, made me uncomfortable in any way. He and Alex really did have my best interests at heart when getting my financing in order as well as when it came to deciding on whether to buy an extended warranty or any other add ons for the vehicle.
I had to wait a few days to pick up the car because a replacement part was being shipped from Germany (gotta love Euros haha). On the day I went to pick the car up, Alex had it detailed inside and out, filled it up with a full tank, and moved it inside the showroom floor to keep it nice and clean for me until I got off work. I’ve bought a few cars in my life, including several Euros, and no dealership has ever presented the vehicle for pickup as well as they did here. I also want to mention that Alex went above and beyond for me with trying to get the previous owner to transfer over their DroneMobile (remote start) subscription to me. It was a pain in the a** trying to get that done and Alex really didn’t need to follow up with the previous owner as many times as he did; he even went out of his way to call Safe and Sound in Anchorage, explain the situation to them, and get me in for an appointment to have the DroneMobile module replaced since the previous owner wouldn’t transfer it. He didn’t need to do any of that. But he did it gladly and without me even asking him to.
All in all, I can really say it was a good car buying experience. The dealership itself is nice, employees are friendly (I had to bring my whole family in at one point and everyone was very helpful and accommodating, especially Alex), and I don’t have any buyers regret. I don’t feel like I was taken advantage of in any way, I feel like I got a fair deal on both the X3M and the trade in, and financing was a breeze.
If you decide to shop here, make sure you ask for Alex. He loves what he does, he has great taste in cars and he actually cares about his customers. This is how you get returning customers. I am now waiting to get new All Seasons that he helped me buy through the dealership as well. I’ll gladly be back for all my maintenance services in the future, too.Mar 14, 2025 -
Worked directly with JC, he was very honest, upfront, easy to work with, went out of his way on every issue. I had looked at cara at 6 different car lots at least, none of them had the honest and integrity that this dealership had. The others all tried to sell me what i did not want, rental cars, or cars that had been in minor accidents. BMW of Anchorage sold me the perfect vehicle that was super clean, well maintained. I had a battery issue in the first 60 days and they took care of it immediately. I would buy from this location again and highly recommend.

The air suspension went out on my X5. After going on line and going over my options. Every one told me don't you dare take it to BMW. You no longer have warranty. You wont walk out of there with a bill for under $8000 dollars. I'm glad I took the chance. Trent Mendenhall with the service department went above and beyond. Loved his style. No nonsense, straight to the point. Full of knowledge. He did his best to keep the price at the very minimum. To future customers to BMW don't listen to folks online. I left with one of the greatest experiences ever.

I came into the dealership just peaking at cars trying to figure out what would suit me the best . I came in and Nathan Carter came right up to me to assist me (usually dealerships don’t really acknowledge me sinse I’m pretty young ) but Nathan was very friendly and was very knowledgeable and we figured out what would be the best fit for me . He made great conversations and overall went above and beyond every step of the way . Couldn’t have asked for a better salesman and would 100% suggest him if you go into bmw of anchorage even if your just looking around . There was 0 pressure to buy and customer service there was top tier . Couldn’t be happier with my 2025 330I and I’d like to give a big thanks to Mr Nathan for making it happen

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a BMW X3 M40i from BMW of Anchorage, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. My experience has always been good. I love that the mechanic sends a video explaining what he is doing and what is needed. Trent is wonderful and takes care of all paperwork. This took longer than usual, was very expensive even though I had a loaner.

Curt Z is wonderful work with and I have had the pleasure of working with him to purchase multiple cars from this dealership. Most recently an X7 M50i, that I absolutely love. No dealership is perfect in every respect, but Curt is great to communicate with and willing to solve any problem that arises. Building is solid, especially after the remodel. Very clean and professional. Parking is a bit sparse/tight if there are already more than a few consumers there.
Staff were friendly and overall knowledgeable on the vehicles. Some questions were left unknown but you can’t honestly expect a person to know everything about every car.
At the end of the day they were very flexible with my trade-in and requests to make me happy when I walked out with a new car. Now if they can just do something about the resale value on these beasts.
