Ryan Siracusa is one of the best salesman I’ve had in Alaska so far .I’ve bought many cars from various dealerships and this is the first time I had a smooth process without any added pressure . He was knowledgeable on the vehicles and was able to suggest an x3 m40i that fit my needs. I didn’t feel pressured at all and he respected my wishes when I told him I was on a time crunch. He was able to get things processed on time and out the door in my new vehicle . It’s rare to find a sales persons that is accommodating yet transparent with things and not waste time or try to play games back and fourth. Even after the purchases there was a slight issue that he addressed immediately and is working a solution for me . I would recommend to anyone to come find Ryan for your next vehicle needs .

Worked directly with JC, he was very honest, upfront, easy to work with, went out of his way on every issue. I had looked at cara at 6 different car lots at least, none of them had the honest and integrity that this dealership had. The others all tried to sell me what i did not want, rental cars, or cars that had been in minor accidents. BMW of Anchorage sold me the perfect vehicle that was super clean, well maintained. I had a battery issue in the first 60 days and they took care of it immediately. I would buy from this location again and highly recommend.

This review is for Alex in Sales, and Logan from finance. My dream car came on the BMW lot as a trade in from someone else in Feb 2025. I worked with Alex previously when he was at the Audi dealership and he knew I was on the market for an X3M so when he got the trade in, he texted me pictures and specs and got me in for a test drive really quickly. Alex is personable, professional, loves cars and is just overall a nice guy to do business with. We went back and forth on the price of the vehicle as well as the price of my trade in for a few days; negotiating can be stressful but Alex knew how badly I wanted that car so after going around and around a few times, we finally came to an OTD vehicle price on both the X3M as well as my trade in. Got it all signed and approved by one of the sales managers and was able to put a deposit down to hold the car for me while BMW inspected, serviced and ordered a replacement part for me. I worked with Logan when it was time to sign everything. He’s the finance guy. Logan’s the kind of person I’d be friends with outside of the office. Logan and Alex got me the best possible rate even after I went out and got pre-approved at other financial institutions. I was shocked at the rate they got me compared to what I was able to obtain on my own. Financing through BMW was an easy decision to make and Logan made the signing process fast and enjoyable. I don’t feel like he or anyone in the sales process hid anything from me, ripped me off, made me uncomfortable in any way. He and Alex really did have my best interests at heart when getting my financing in order as well as when it came to deciding on whether to buy an extended warranty or any other add ons for the vehicle. I had to wait a few days to pick up the car because a replacement part was being shipped from Germany (gotta love Euros haha). On the day I went to pick the car up, Alex had it detailed inside and out, filled it up with a full tank, and moved it inside the showroom floor to keep it nice and clean for me until I got off work. I’ve bought a few cars in my life, including several Euros, and no dealership has ever presented the vehicle for pickup as well as they did here. I also want to mention that Alex went above and beyond for me with trying to get the previous owner to transfer over their DroneMobile (remote start) subscription to me. It was a pain in the a** trying to get that done and Alex really didn’t need to follow up with the previous owner as many times as he did; he even went out of his way to call Safe and Sound in Anchorage, explain the situation to them, and get me in for an appointment to have the DroneMobile module replaced since the previous owner wouldn’t transfer it. He didn’t need to do any of that. But he did it gladly and without me even asking him to. All in all, I can really say it was a good car buying experience. The dealership itself is nice, employees are friendly (I had to bring my whole family in at one point and everyone was very helpful and accommodating, especially Alex), and I don’t have any buyers regret. I don’t feel like I was taken advantage of in any way, I feel like I got a fair deal on both the X3M and the trade in, and financing was a breeze. If you decide to shop here, make sure you ask for Alex. He loves what he does, he has great taste in cars and he actually cares about his customers. This is how you get returning customers. I am now waiting to get new All Seasons that he helped me buy through the dealership as well. I’ll gladly be back for all my maintenance services in the future, too.

Ryan Siracusa, one of the best salesmen I’ve had, helped me trade in my truck for a 2025 Mini Countryman. He was incredibly knowledgeable and informative about all the car’s features and specifications. He answered all my questions and concerns during the transaction. Logan also played a crucial role in getting me into the lease and signing all the documents. We recently visited BMW of Anchorage to purchase a first car for our 17 year old daughter. From the moment we stepped on the lot we felt welcomed but not pressured in any way by the sales team. We worked with a sales representative named Nathan Carter. He had a great attitude, a good sense of humor, and did an awesome job of answering our questions and helping us find the right vehicle for our daughter. When little unexpected obstacles came up in the process, Nathan worked hard to smooth things out and explain everything to us so we felt included. Our daughter ended up purchasing a great little car for her that was in her budget. They allowed us to hold the car while they did a full inspection and they were honest about the car's history and all of the issues that it had for being a 25 year old car. We felt like we got a great little car for a great price and the service was amazing. My wife and I agreed that this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. I would highly recommend visiting BMW of Anchorage if you are interested in purchasing a new or used car.

The air suspension went out on my X5. After going on line and going over my options. Every one told me don't you dare take it to BMW. You no longer have warranty. You wont walk out of there with a bill for under $8000 dollars. I'm glad I took the chance. Trent Mendenhall with the service department went above and beyond. Loved his style. No nonsense, straight to the point. Full of knowledge. He did his best to keep the price at the very minimum. To future customers to BMW don't listen to folks online. I left with one of the greatest experiences ever.

Nathan Lang at parts made my trip extremely simple to get replacements parts on my trip. Just purchased my 3rd new car ever. Buying a car has always been a chore for me, but Jae and the team at BMW were very good. Jae was straight forward with no pressure; I mean zero. Additionally, he went the extra mile on several issues and was very knowledgeable about operating all of the electronic features on the X5 I purchased. Cory in sales and Mark in finance were very good as well. It was about as much fun as a person could have, spending that much money...

I initially gave a 1-star review, but after our recent experience, I changed it to 5 stars. The car was finally fixed just before our trip out of town. It was frustrating at first due to a lack of proper communication, but Mr.Tapafua turned the situation around. He was quick to resolve the problem and eased our worries throughout the process. The turnaround was impressive, and I hope the service would be as excellent as this at all times.

I came into the dealership just peaking at cars trying to figure out what would suit me the best . I came in and Nathan Carter came right up to me to assist me (usually dealerships don’t really acknowledge me sinse I’m pretty young ) but Nathan was very friendly and was very knowledgeable and we figured out what would be the best fit for me . He made great conversations and overall went above and beyond every step of the way . Couldn’t have asked for a better salesman and would 100% suggest him if you go into bmw of anchorage even if your just looking around . There was 0 pressure to buy and customer service there was top tier . Couldn’t be happier with my 2025 330I and I’d like to give a big thanks to Mr Nathan for making it happen

Reached out to inquire about a vehicle that I was interested in. I wanted to see if I could work something out where I trade in my truck a 2021 Ram Trx level 2 with all option and only 33,000 miles. I bluebooked it and looked it up on Jd as well for Its trade in value. The amount listed at the time was anywhere between $73,000 to $77,000. I asked for 75 being that the miles are so low and it has no damage. Initially when the sale rep Nathan called he sounded excited to get the deal done but a few minutes into our conversation that excitement left and it felt like he switched gears and his mannerism projected that he wasn’t particular interested in working a deal. Over the next week after I sent pictures of the vehicle Nathan disappeared. So I reached back out to him and he stated the finance people were off or something of that nature. Why not just communicate that? Few days he proceeded to tell me that the vehicles are hard to determine how much to get for them. He then tried to low ball me and laughed it off. $65,000 for a Trx with 33,000 is unheard of in Alaska… although Ive reached out to Nathan and informed him what I wanted to do, I haven’t heard from Nathan, seems he’s disappeared again. Very unprofessional, poor communication and Very deceptive tactics used by the sales rep.

Made a decently good deal a few months ago on a used (non-BMW) vehicle. However, I made a deal to purchase winter tires (contingent on purchasing the car) and I come to find out that the quote is the same as what I’d get from Costco tire center. Be ware. The salesmen were nice, and I do like my car, but I wish I knew any deal they’d make outside the purchase price wasn’t going to be any good. I’d recommend going here if you can negotiate a good price, they will work with you a little, but don’t expect anything else. Side note: the car was POORLY detailed. Cleaning/protectant overspray was everywhere. New scratches on the inside everywhere, etc. The detailer really did a poor job. I ended up detailing it myself. 2 Weeks Later, Update: Went in to get my tires and come to find out after dealing with a certain car salesman who already changed the deal after I bought my car SEVERAL times for my tires, didn’t communicate to parts/tires about taking off certain things off my tire bill. So the dealership charged me and cancelled my transaction, and renewed the transaction. The original deal was still not honored, but it wasn’t worth my trouble to deal with these people any more. Don’t trust this dealership. I should have known not to make a deal here when so many people told me how bad it was, and that’s my fault. Going from a 3-star rating down to 2. I still like the deal I got on my car, not the greatest, but definitely not bad, but every interaction with BMW of ANCHORAGE afterwards has been horrible.
