Those guys are the worse company to hire id made a claim from get go with the driver, they never contacted me and then called them and the lady dispatcher hanged up on me twice!! Then some guy I spoke with before calmed that the claim took more than 30 days??? If the clame was made on the spot when driver dropped the truck off!! Their service is garbage!! I will sue them so they don’t take advantage of people!!
Towing is a difficult service. Your dealing with people normally NOT in a good situation. They are usually unhappy when they call you and bothered that they now have to pay extra money for Towing. You may want to consider this before gripping out tow truck drivers. Its a difficult job and most do a pretty good job. 24/7 Does an Awesom Job.
A friend was charged an enormous amount for a 7 mile tow to her home & asked me for help. I called to get a copy of the invoice since they never gave her one. I asked why a charge for chains since no snow. They said chains needed to secure the vehicle. I said that’s part of the tow price, they can’t tow a car without securing it. Ridiculous! I talked to a woman who had a nightmare ordeal with them & have seen reviews on Yelp where they actually auctioned off people’s vehicles. Read the horror stories on YELP.

Obviously you are a disgruntled x employee or customer or not a fan of Max Korwan Because Max Korwan Who i know personaly. hasnt worked for 24/7 towing a little over 2 and half years. so its impossible for Max Korwan to have done this so leave a real review or say nothing at all. because seem like your using google reviews as a petty to get back at the company or max Korwan so do us a favor just dont leave a fake review thanks.
I broke down in Glennallen and the first ones available were 24/7 towing. It was an easy process from beginning to the end. Great experience and definitely recommend them!
My exhaust fell off in palmer and didn't think of anything of it burning my brake line and thank God I was able to pull over and stop before I couldn't on my way to Anchorage! (Which was my fault why I lost pressure in my brakes) don't forget this was at 12:00 a.m. and I called and told em what year/model/issue my truck was and took a half an hour to get to me. Got my ol girl loaded up in less than 10 mins asked then what they were charging me and they said $235 + extra $10 for card and to me I think that was a good price! Hilghy do recommend 24/7 towing or tows r us as I know every tow truck driver. (Not cuz I had to call em a lot. I just know em from where I was working with em and spoke with them all)
Extremely rude and uncalled for customer service over the phone. The employee had been very unprofessional and very immature with what he had said to me then hung up. Because I had asked if this was also Aurora Towing as it's advertised so online.
They were the only ones that were fast, really good service, and good price, other companies say they have time and I have to wait wayyyyy longer then I expected,
This is one wonderful company. They helped me towed my car and later i also worked for them. Mike was fantastic boss. They now helped me to ship my BMW from Anchorage to Seattle. Pricing vas reasonable and comunication too as well.

This company towed my trailer. They punched a hole in the side panel and damaged the front stand. The hole is at the exact hieght of the flat bed trailer. The hole actually matches the thickness of the flat bed trailer. The company will not except responsibility for the damages. After confirming the price over the phone 3 times with the manager, I go down to pay for the trailer. The manager does not give me my change. I had to ask, where is my change. He then shorts me $30.00. The manager of this location is a crook. I would assume his employees are the same way.
They don't deserve 1 star. These guys are a fraud!!!!!!! Had a small SUV they winched literally 20' and I backed the rest of the way out of my clients driveway by myself. They quoted me $185 for a call out, which I understand it would be more then that. The driver "Serghei" said it was $580.00. Really ? He didn't get off the main road, he didn't have to put chains on his vehicle, he literally hooked up a chain to my car and pulled it backwards 20'. I spoke to the owner at the office and he actually said" he would of charged me more due to his insurance cost and equipment use". So you're charging double the rate of any other towing company in town. These guys need to be investigated for scam/ fraud. Local news is going to investigate. To make it worse I had to pay the $580.00 due to being in my clients driveway and they had to take off. These guys are hustlers and know exactly what they're doing. As soon as they hook up the chain they won't release it until they're paid.
If you want to be lied to this is the company for you. I know things happen in life to change outcomes but really people! Arranged a tow, was told 1/2 hour out. After 50 minutes I called back to see how the Truck was doing. Dispatcher said he would check and call me back but that the truck would be here in 20 minutes. 35 minutes later I called to check on the truck and was told the truck called me and I did not answer. Dispatch said this without skipping a beat. I offered to come down and show my call logs because no one had called me. Dispatch knew they were lieing but didn't expect me to call them on it. Once again told they would check and call me back. 40 minutes later and now frustrated from all the work I had missed and with no call back I arranged a different tow company.

Had my truck towed from ER to Anchorage when it wouldn't start. Mike handled the call and was super quick with the pickup. He took excellent care of my truck and made me feel confident about the transport. The team was really good about managing my expectations of time. The price was fair and worth their service.
No wonder their reviews are bad. Bad company. Currently waiting an hour now, through roadside assistance. They quoted eta of 10 minutes, then went to wrong address. Said would be 30 minutes to correct address. Called after 30 minutes they said it would be 30 more minutes. We did just have a snow storm, but these guys seem like they have other things going on. Call someone else. Not these guys.
Absolutely horrible. My bother got stuck in a ditch and one of your workers HAPPENED to drive by and asked if he needed help. My brother said yes, and the driver did not mention a price at all. After being pulled out of the ditch, your worker then told me brother he need to pay, but was still not told a price. He handed his card over and only after it was declined did the driver tell him that he was getting charged 860 DOLLARS. This company advertises a price of 105 for a call plus mileage. With NO CALL (my brother did not ask for help) and NO MILAGE (he was not towed anywhere, just hoisted out of a ditch), your company seems they just make up a number to charge people. We have tried to talk to you multiple times to negotiate AT LEAST a partial refund but have gotten nowhere, and NON of your employees could tell us why he got changed so much. You seem to enjoy stealing from service men.

I had a horrible experience with this company. My car had slid into a ditch. Not bad, two wheels still on the road. I called this company and did not ask for a price, because the REPUTABLE towing businesses generally charge around the same price to be pulled out of ditch/snow berms. Imagine my surprise to find out I had been charged 225.00 ! I called the company and spoke to a manager who told me that I had been quoted a price. I informed him that I had not and that I record my phone calls. So he quickly changed it to 'well my driver told you how much it was.' Well, he didn't, because believe me, if I'd know what I was going to be charged, I would have sent him on his way and called someone else! A When I called the company to try to work out a reasonable price, he was so insufferable and condescending! Never, never use this business!
No Showed & Untimely Service
1st truck dispatched at 4pm ..... no showed & wouldn’t answer his phone.... asked to wait another 30 min. Told the dispatcher the auto shop closes at 6 pm. “No problem we have time” After another 30 minutes still no show & driver didn’t answer his phone again!
2nd driver dispatched with eta 20 - 30 min. .... 75 min wait! Driver called twice for arrival updates ... Driver stated location & flat lied about where he was because it doesn’t take 35 min to drive 1 block!!!
Auto shop closed at 6 pm..... loading my truck at 6:20pm!!!
Only 10 degrees outside!
My doctors office stayed open 40 min after hours to keep me warm & safe!
Along with the Tudor Auto shop who stayed 45min after hours until I arrived!
I could have froze & had no where to go with my truck if these businesses didn’t go above & beyond!
When I called this company, I did not think to ask what they would charge me to tow a little sedan car from Old Seward and Klatt up to Goldenview Drive off Rabbit Creek. I assumed it would be reasonable. Once the driver pulled into my driveway, He said it would be $750! He wouldn’t release the car from his truck until I paid. He was clearly trained to use this tactic. Ridiculous. It should have been $150 max. I will never call them again. Do not recommend them.
Called about a flat tire. Was told they would arrive to my location in 30 minutes. Called back after they had not arrived an hour later and they said the truck they sent was flagged down by someone else along the way... I called so I should have been given priority or at least notified they would be late. Will never use again. Would not recommend.
Came here to get items out of my stolen, totalled vehicle.. A guy, not sure if he's security or what, came outside and yelled at me for walking through the open gate to knock on the door. (there is no alternative door to approach outside of the fenced area) he instructed me to call the company's office to ‘ask if I could have access to my car’.. Upon calling the office, the same guy answered the phone and was still very rude with me, did not allow me to even speak and denied me access to my vehicle. I know it was the same guy because of his heavy indian(?) accent and the office person who eventually allowed me access was a white guy. The customer service in this business was severely lacking.
I slid off the highway one night on the way home to Anchorage and wound up buried in between the north and southbound lanes . I called 24/7 Towing and they were there in about an hour. The guy was really good at his job and he got me out just fine, winched the car up on the flatbed and took me home. I have no complaints about the service. The thing is, after he pulled me out and still had me hooked up to his chain is when he demanded I pay the $425.00 service fee before he would a.) unchain my car
or b.) tow me safely off the highway and home. Now I understand why the need to make sure that payment is made before the service is given, because I'm sure they've been burned before. Notice I said "before". But he only told me the high cost of the service AFTER he'd already hauled out. He never gave me the opportunity to make another call and choose another towing company, maybe one that I could afford or at least talk to somebody and arrange it. No, he simply winched my car out of the snow and up onto his truck and THEN informed me of the amount I owed and told me to pay up, or he would take my car to the impound lot, and I would be stranded. This happens more than you would think, apparently! Talk about highway robbery...WOW!
I called them at 11:30pm to get a tire changed because my tire was flat. The driver said he would be there in an hour. I waited an hour then attempted to call back I got the dispatch and they said the driver would call. I waited another hour and called back the dispatch said the same thing. Waited 45 minutes and no driver showed. I attempted to call back but instead of answering they pickup and hang up the phone. If they didn’t want my service they should have just said so instead of making me wait 3 1/2 hours for driver that never showed up.
24/7 towing gave me THE WORST experience I’ve ever had with a tow company, and it was only a quarter-mile tow! First they scared me by saying the job was complete 30 minutes before they arrived, then they left my car unlocked with the keys in the door handle for anyone to walk by and steal. On top of that they left my car blocking my entire driveway so that I cant pull any other cars in. I asked them to fix the mistake and they refused to provide any kind of customer service!! They made a stressful situation much worse-Here’s what happened:
I broke down on Friday evening as I was leaving town and my roadside assistance hired 24/7 Towing. I called the tow company to tell them where I left my key and was told the driver will be 45min-1hr and will call me when he is on the way. 1 1/2 hours later I haven’t received a call so I checked the status and they had marked the job completed 30 minutes ago, but my car was not at my house! Now I’m stressed because I’m supposed to be out of town already and I don’t know where my car is or the key! The driver called me back—I directed him to my house and asked him to leave the key on my porch. I thought that would be the end if it, but NO!!
I got home an hour later with my rental car to find that the tow truck driver parked my car at the very end of my driveway. There are two full car lengths in front of it and a spot to the side that are completely blocked off and I cannot park my rental car or any other car in my driveway. I looked for the key where I asked him to leave it, but it wasn’t there! More stress!
HE LEFT THE KEYS IN THE DOOR HANDLE, WITH THE DOORS UNLOCKED, SITTING AT THE END OF MY DRIVEWAY BLOCKING ALL MY PARKING SPACES!!!!
I called the tow company to let them know what happened. I asked them to rectify the situation by coming back to move my car into my driveway so that I can park my rental car. The dispatcher had the nerve to say, “well the car isn’t running is it?” As if he was saying I shouldn’t need to access my driveway if my car was towed!! All the dispatcher did was defend the drivers poor service and tell me he would call the driver. I called again that night and again during the day shift. Each time I called, I was told that they can’t do anything right now, but I would be called back. I was also told they would need my insurance information in order to come back and fix their mistake. NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK. They did absolutely nothing so I ended up filing a formal complaint about them with my insurance company.
I've had the worst experience with this company. First time ever going though this company and it was a big let down. A few of their employees are beyond rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company all based off my very experience with them. Their supervisor is not in town nor will they let me talk to anyone else higher up. Whomever owns this business should really reevaluate who they have working for them and their work ethics. So disappointing to have the experience I have had.
Do not go with these guys. The officer that responded to the accident called them. He said they'll hold onto the car till I pay, then they'll tow it wherever I need them to. I called them to pay on the same day it was towed. They said I'd have to call on Monday. So I did that and it was $120 which I was too high already. So I said I'd wait till Friday. Then I just called them and they said it'll be 270 plus another 60 to tow it somewhere else. They broke down the price for me and they were charging me for holding onto my car per day. Which they didn't tell me they'd do. This place is NOT a good towing company.
On Christmas Eve we broke down in Eagle River. We had tried to use our insurance’s roadside assistance but they were having trouble connecting us with a company on a holiday at a late hour. We had already waited for 2 hours when we finally called 24/7 Towing. They quoted us one price over the phone and it was agreed upon although it was too high- we just wanted to get home to our kids and family at this point (the guy answering the phone lives in Russia btw, he isn’t even stateside!). When the driver got our vehicle to the location we chose he asked for an drastically elevated price. We paid the driver the original agreed upon price, even tipped very generously as it was a holiday, and he began unloading the vehicle. Just before the wheels to our towed vehicle touched the ground the driver stopped unloading it and said we had to pay an ADDITIONAL $100! The owner Sergey is a piece of work, preying upon people’s desperation and then attempting to temporarily hold the vehicle for extorting more money.
