AJ was great. Car was stuck in pile of snow and ice in a parking space downtown. He explained what he was going to do and had to pull me out on a diagonal. He maneuvered the car out in just a few minutes and made sure I could pull out safely into traffic.
AJ did an outstanding job with picking up my car to deliver to the auto shop. He communicated every step that was taking place since I was unable to be at the house when he picked up my car. He sent me pictures of the car fully loaded and in the lot of the auto shop. Outstanding communication and customer service.

I am very impressed with Midnight Sun Towing! My truck broke down at 5pm on a weekday in anchorage (I live in the valley) and was told they could have a truck out to me in an hour, which I thought was pretty good for anchroage at 5pm. To my surprise within 30mins of my call I got a notification saying the driver was on the way! I was not charged until the driver was on scene with my truck and was quoted a very reasonable price for a tow back to the valley! Also received a link showing the drivers live location until the truck was dropped off at the address I requested. The driver didn't just drop the truck and take off he called to make sure he was in the right place before he unloaded my truck! I will be using them again for any future needs and highly recommend!

AJ with Midnight Sun was my driver/pickup to tow a vehicle from my residence to an automotive shop. The dispatch was able to get it done last minute with a very small after hours fee. AJ went above and beyond to remove snow from the top and around my vehicle which was covered with 2 feet of snow and needed to be dug out. He could have charged me a steep snow removal fee but waived it. He was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. I am so relieved this was able to be accomplished even with my last minute planning. Midnight sun made it happen. I will definitely use Midnight Sun and specifically request AJ. Thank you so much!

Tonight was one of the most stressful nights I’ve had in Alaska, and Eric from Midnight Sun Towing showed up like an absolute lifesaver. My Tahoe’s gear shifter came loose and I was completely stuck in the cold, scared, and confused. Eric didn’t just tow me — he went above and beyond in ways I didn’t expect.
He immediately got underneath my vehicle in the ICE and snow to figure out exactly what was wrong. He diagnosed the issue right away and explained it to me calmly so I didn’t panic. Then he told me he didn’t want me to waste money on a big mechanic bill if it wasn’t necessary.
He FOLLOWED me to O’Reilly’s, helped me look for the right part, worked with the store guys to brainstorm solutions, and kept me calm the whole time when I was close to tears. When the parts didn’t fit, he came up with a safe temporary fix on the spot to make sure I could drive home. He literally laid on the freezing ground again to secure it.
Eric easily could have charged me a big fee for all that work, but he DIDN’T. He charged me less than what any mechanic would have and genuinely cared about helping me, not taking advantage of me.
People like Eric are rare. He treated me with respect, kindness, and compassion. If you ever need a tow or help in an emergency, call Midnight Sun Towing and ask for Eric. He’s the type of person who restores your faith in humanity.

Midnight Sun Towing has helped me out twice now and I highly recommend them! Their prices are reasonable and staff are efficient and safe. Kelly arrived onsite within 10 minutes of me calling in for a tow. He had my car loaded and on its way to a tire service center in 50 minutes. I’m so appreciative! Thank you, Kelly!

My car wouldn’t turn over and after multiple days of trying I finally caved and called for a tow. Jeff showed up on time and after a quick chat, he was actually able to get my car running! I don’t know what magic he worked, but not needing a tow made my entire week run a little smoother. I hope I don’t need their services in the future, but if I do, I know who to call. Thank you to AJ for his prompt, professional service. He communicated when he was on his way, was on time and was very helpful getting my van to the body shop after hours and even sent me pictures of my van at the body shop and a picture of him dropping my keys in the night drop box. Kelly Mogg with Midnight Sun Towing does fantastic work! Very professional and super personable at the same time! Nobody likes having to get towed, but he made the experience equatable to being picked up by a friend and the ride home flew by. We all have bad days, some people have worse days than others. We were fine physically after a low-speed busted axle, though the front end of our truck wasn’t. When Jeff showed up to help, he was dealing with a couple people (us) who were shaken up and kind of confused, and his priority was making sure things got to a better place. Tow truck professionals, EMTs, and other emergency service workers are often the first on a scene where something has gone down, and they rarely get credit for the essential role they play in getting people back to a good place, whatever that looks like. Jeff is among the best of the best and rightfully earns the praise of people like me who choose to leave voluntary reviews like this. I see I’m not alone. We’d all be better off with more folks like him, who give off the vibe that helping people comes first, above their vehicles (and obviously does a great job with both).
From a broke leg to my Jeep burning up to loosing my good tools in said fire absolutely nothing went wrong dealing with Midnight sun towing. Lucky it was my work truck and not my “daily driver”. Very professional crew from the big guy in the yard who was way cool to the very well spoken woman on the phone( Izzy?)all were patient with me. Thank you.
The customer service is awesome. Jeff delivered our 1959 ford truck, it arrived on time and in great condition! He understood how important this vehicle was to us and treated it as if it was his. Super happy and we will absolutely be using their services. Highly recommend them!!!
Driver’s name was Jeff. He was very professional! And personal, the guy was cool and did a great job. I recommend Midnight Sun towing for all of your jobs. We use them for all our scissor lifts and all our company vehicles. This is why people like Jeff.
