From a broke leg to my Jeep burning up to loosing my good tools in said fire absolutely nothing went wrong dealing with Midnight sun towing. Lucky it was my work truck and not my “daily driver”. The customer service is awesome. Jeff delivered our 1959 ford truck, it arrived on time and in great condition! He understood how important this vehicle was to us and treated it as if it was his. Super happy and we will absolutely be using their services. Highly recommend them!!!

These guys were great. They arrived on the scene no more than 15 minutes after I called them. The driver was super friendly and was able to get my car unlocked like a boss in about 4 minutes. The pricing was very reasonable.
Using my insurance company, they contacted Midnight Sun Towing at 10 with an estimate of 90 min wait time. At 11:36 pm I was informed they were in their way. 2 hours later, several phones calls to the tow company that was answered by a voice message with no return call. At 1:45 the insurance company cancelled Midnight Sun and requested another company who will be here in twenty minutes.
The lady on the phone said 15 minute ETA and he showed up in about 10 minutes! Being broke down on the roundabout on dowling, really appreciated how quick they are. The experience was great! I had Jeff and he hooked everything up nice and cleanly super quick. Really nice and treated the whole experience professionally.
Calling and setting up an appointment was quick. AJ was professional, communication on ETA, thorough with noting my vehicle before towing and explaining the process, gentle while towing Pearl off to the dealership.
Jeff picked up my car faster than I expected was super nice, very informative and got my vehicle to the dealership safe and sound. What more could you want from a tow service? I was stuck at the intersection of Mtn View and Boniface. Jeff and Jonah came and made my stressful situation better. Jeff walked me through the process and also made sure that we were both safe. I would recommend this towing company to anyone! They are fairly reasonable with their pricing as well.

Our car wouldn't start and after replacing the battery and trying to figure everything out we called them and over the phone was the fastest customer service I've gotten. Took less than 5 min and was super efficient. 20 min later a tow truck pulled up. Peter was the driver and he was a hoot, obviously knows what he's doing, as it took him 10 min to get the car onto the bed of the truck. Half the time he was joking around with us making the situation a lot easier. Only thing I would of changed about the situation is not having the car break down in the first place

Do yourself a favor and ask for Mr "Shoehorn". Named because he was able to both pickup and deliver my bagged out Caddy that was wouldn't start and was on the ground. Plus he has a GREAT attitude, loves his job and I feel

I needed a toe the other day. And I talked to a very nice dispatcher, I believe her name was Izzy. She I had told me I might be looking at a one to maybe 2 hour weight and she could have my driver notify me when he's 10 minutes out. To my surprise, the driver came within 20 minutes, which was awesome. His name was Jeff and he did a wonderful job. And I definitely will be calling back in the future to use your guys' services.
It's never a good day when you have to call for a tow truck but Midnight Sun has always been quick and responsive. They have been my #1 choice for years and once again they did not disappoint. Car broke down during rush hour and the tow truck showed up only half an hour after we called. Peter, the driver, was super efficient and super nice. He gave my wife and dog a lift back to our house in the truck and she says he was helpful, polite, and very pleasant to talk to. The dog liked him a lot too. Fast and friendly service. Everyone from the dispatcher to the driver were kind and helpful. Shoehorn got my jeep out of a tight parking spot and delivered to an auto shop, to have the engine looked at, with care and efficiency.

He was able to safely load and transport our display cases to our shop without default. Turns out they deliver display cases as well lol. Jeff was awesome! I woke up to a flat tire and he showed up in just 15 minutes to tow my car to a tire shop. Super quick and efficient, and he was really friendly too. Made a stressful morning way easier. Definitely recommend him and Midnight Sun if you ever need a tow!
