Mo is great! She’s been helping us with any issues we have had (a couple recalls on GM, not the dealerships fault) and got us into a loaner car. The communication she has offered has been very helpful. She was able to order the parts and we are scheduled to go back in two weeks for the necessary repairs.

I would like to start of by saying thanks to my service advisor Heath Blasingame for keeping me an my wife informed on her 13 CtS V outstanding A+++++++++ job....next I would like to say thanks to the mechanic that work on my wife's car thank you you just don't no how much my wife is so happy her car is fixed! We both appreciate both people in this process...we will be back for future visits again outstanding job

The work I can appreciate but the waiting til the end of the day to contact my extended warranty company was not acceptable and very frustrating. At the end of the day the technician stayed over one night to make sure I was taken care of. That was very appreciated and I was able to travel as planned.

Great experience buying a truck from George Torres and the crew at Bentley. Matt and Alex are good guys as well, and they worked together and took great care of us. Everyone I met was friendly and professional, and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks gents.

The experience my wife and I had at Bentley Automotive was far beyond any experience most people expect to have at a car dealership. Everyone was genuinely helpful and friendly. Especially Wayne Lurvey, Drew Joner and Sam. The atmosphere and people had the kind of energy that makes you feel as comfortable as possible. Bentley Automotive went above and beyond to get my wife in the Camaro she wanted. As well as several months later they stepped up and were there to help when we needed it without us even having to ask. We will without a doubt purchase our next vehicle from Bentley Automotive. Update 12-18-2025: "Mo Marzano makes it Right! I was contacted and she made a follow on appointment and the issues has been thoroughly addressed. Thank you Mo for all of your efforts and follow up; 12-18-2025". The customer service & Service reps were very nice at Bentley. However, the issue that I originally took my vehicle in for (more than once and paid thousands of dollars over the last 2 months) still exists. I don't understand how they missed that the issue was not resolved if they test drove it after it was serviced. I notified the service reps. Very disappointing. Not sure what my next steps are.

Hector Analista (Service Writer) and the technicians did an outstanding job fixing warranty and recall issues on my wife’s Cadillac XT5, having the vehicle done and back to me in two days. Vehicle was returned to us completely clean and detailed, a service that was much appreciated. Hector has always gone above and beyond in providing outstanding customer service.

I brought in my father's car for service while he was in the hospital, and then he passed away within that time that his car was at the service center. Mo, the service advisor who was helping me at the time, was incredibly kind. She kept me updated with the service status, answered all my questions, and totally understood that this car was of huge sentimental value to me. I brought the car back a couple months later because it had a pesky leak, and Hector was the service advisor who kept me apprised of that progress. It took a long time but he was so patient with my questions.and status requests. I picked up the car a couple days ago and it runs well, no leaks, they gave it a nice little spit shine, it looks great. Thank you to Bentley for giving my Dad his dream car, and for keeping it in good shape for me. I'm sure I'll sell it one day but for now taking it out for a spin is such a comfort when I'm missing my dad!

George along with the dealership is the best ever. They were able to do all I asked to make the vehicle what I needed. For a women buying a car they made me feel comfortable as I could be in the purchase and information I needed. We purchased a new 2024 CT4 last year from Johnny, who is no longer there. We met with Mr. Crooks about a 2025 CT5. He wanted us to get the over $100K vehicle. We told him what we were interested in, test drove with him in the backseat answering questions. We spent over an hour talking to him, test driving and making a decision. It was close to closing time when we decided on the vehicle. They took our Cadillac back to get an estimate and he said he would call us the next day and we were ushered out the door. We called him a couple days later when we did not hear back from him. No call back. We reached out 3 times with no cb. We did not know what happened, so we went to Layton Cadillac in Decatur. We made a deal on the CT5, got way over what we owed on our 2024 CT4 and used that as a down pmt of $15K from our vehicle. We loved TIM and he was more than helpful to get our business. We normally purchase a vehicle about every year or 2 and upgrade. We will not be back to Bentley. We miss Johnny, were put off by not getting a cb to purchase from Mr. Crooks and made a great decision on a new 2025 CT5 that has self driving and so many features. They had more vehicles to choose from as well and we feel this was God's way of putting at the right dealership. Sorry Bentley, but you lost our business due to no follow up.

Genuinely believe they attempt to perform quality diagnostics and maintenance. Busy place so may take some time to get your appointment but once they start working on your vehicle, they are pretty efficient. Had my Cadillac there for 4 maintenance issues and experience has always been solid. I do recommend their services based on my past personal experience.

Sam and Matt were wonderful! Sam took time to go over the process and how to operate my vehicle. He even setup the Onstar system. Even after I purchased my car I needed additional accessories he took care of it. Excellent service!

Great place to buy. My Sales Associate was Joe Ferguson and he was great to work with. I have bought from Bentley before and Johnny Robert’s was my Sales Associate. He was also great and has since retired. Matt Sanders, Sales Manager and Butch Curtis, Finance Manager were equally awesome to work with. Omg, I just purchased my first Cadillac!!! Every thing was amazing from beginning to end. I traveled from Kentucky to Alabama for my SUV. Let me tell you, I will make that trip again & again, I'm family now, lol.. The dealership made me feel welcomed & valued as a customer. If you need any recommendations look for Jay & Rahul. Rahul was my salesman & kept me informed throughout the process of getting me what I wanted. Rahuel helped us with our 2026 Vistiq. We absolutely love it. He was very friendly and if he didn’t know the answer to a question he was able to go get someone that did. We will be going back next year to trade in our other car and lease again with Rahuel. He made us feel comfortable and there was no pushy attitude or anything from him that was disingenuous. They took care of us and we will be back! We are Cadillac lifers! Thanks Rahuel!!

I left my car at the dealership for two weeks to have it inspected and to get the motor oil changed. After patiently waiting, I was disappointed to receive my car back damaged and with a low fuel level. I had previously explained to Heath how much this car means to me. When I called him for an explanation, he was unable to provide one. He asked me to bring the car back on Monday so that someone *might* be able to look at it. This experience has left me feeling like I can’t trust anyone these days. I no longer feel comfortable trusting this dealership with my vehicle and will have to take it elsewhere for repairs. After spending a significant amount of money and waiting two weeks, it’s incredibly frustrating to end up with a damaged car.

A great experience in the service department. I made an appointment on line and it wasn’t recognized in there system. But our advisor Hector Analista took the time out to get our new vehicle squeezed in and inspected. He took time to listen and make sure our concerns were addressed. A great asset to the company.
