I’ve been a Bentley customer for a little over three years, and while I used to feel confident in their service, my recent experiences have been deeply disappointing. Communication has been sporadic at best, with delayed responses and minimal updates, even when my vehicle was with them for over a month. When I finally got it back, I noticed condensation in the headlight—a new issue that I brought up immediately but was dismissed. I’m still awaiting a call from the service manager as stated by Scott via text. Loaner vehicles and transportation, which I relied on during these long waits, were inconsistently arranged, leading to significant delays and interruptions to my schedule. It’s disheartening to feel that the customer service here no longer aligns with Bentley's promises. I hope they take steps to improve, but sadly, after this experience, I may need to consider other options.
