Genuinely believe they attempt to perform quality diagnostics and maintenance. Busy place so may take some time to get your appointment but once they start working on your vehicle, they are pretty efficient. Had my Cadillac there for 4 maintenance issues and experience has always been solid. I do recommend their services based on my past personal experience.

I received great service from Heath and the service department on my repair.
But whoever the person was who didn’t do his job when it was traded in should be reprimanded. This repair wouldn’t have been necessary, and me without a car, if it had been done right the first time and “certified”.

A great experience in the service department. I made an appointment on line and it wasn’t recognized in there system. But our advisor Hector Analista took the time out to get our new vehicle squeezed in and inspected. He took time to listen and make sure our concerns were addressed. A great asset to the company.
