Waited almost 3 hours to get my keys out my car …ended up having someone else have to do it …they would not answer the insurance people and when I called they said they was on the way and still didn’t show ….good luck with them
Actually got started on a bad note with different company. THANKFULLY Chandler got the tow the second request and DJ did an EXCELLENT job picking up my car and getting it to my mechanic for me. Thank you Chandler and DJ!!
So, I had two techs to originally come out. But the person who actually completed my request was DJ and he was EXTREMELY helpful AND patient. The car that I needed towing was one I lent out and I really didn't have eyes on the situation (BIL took point) until after the first individual came and left. But when I finally got there and actually got eyes on everything I quickly realized that it was going to be a lot tricker than I originally thought. But again DJ worked with me and together we ended up coming up with a solution. Being someone with anxiety it helped to see the person performing the job remain calm and levelheaded even in tough times. I have dealt with this company multiple times and never had any issues but this go around was exceptionally better. Thanks DJ for your patience.
I got in touch with my Roadside assistance due to a lockout and this is the company they sent out and i owe them 5 stars for that, because DJ (My service provider) was AMAZING. DJ was fast, polite, and amazingly efficient at assessing and handling the situation I had my keys back in my hand in less than 4 minutes of DJ arriving.
DJ was so helpful. He went above and beyond‼ My battery was dead as a doorknob‼DJ was the second person to come out. This time DJ followed me to Firestone that was just around the corner. My battery was so gone that I couldn’t even make it there. It started to stall when I made the stop to turn into the lot. DJ made sure that I got there to drop my car off. DJ even offered to take me back home but I said, it’s ok because I’m right around the corner ( 3 minute walk) my old a$$ needed that walk
DJ provided excellent customer service and showed great care while loading, unloading, and towing my vehicle to its destination. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. Overall, a smooth and professional experience.
DJ kept in contact with me regarding his eta and when he was about to pull up. DJ was extremely patient and ensuring the car was taken care of properly. DJ even notified when he delivered the car to the dealership. DJ even sent a picture of the vehicle off loaded in the service lane.
A flat tire to start the day but these guys showed up fast. DJ was very professional. The address that he originally had for the pickup of the vehicle was wrong, but he handled it like a pro. Chandler Towing provided exceptional service to me today. My 17 year old Son’s vehicle wouldn’t start so I called Chandler Towing . I spoke with Brandon and old him I suspect it was the alternator. He was very helpful and said it may be the battery just needs a jump. He sent a technician out within a couple hours. David checked the battery for a charge first and discovered it wasn’t the alternator but the battery. Brandon was correct. The car didn’t even need to be towed. David was nice and didn’t seemed bother that he’d wasted a trip. I would highly recommend Chandler Towing to anyone! They will definitely be my first choice!
No regard for safety! Was nearly cut off by a CHANDLER tow driver, who seemed to think that in responding to a scene he has more rights than a legitimate emergency vehicle. I watched the Chandler driver ride the suicide lane and drive through a red light at Highlands while driving W on Brown's Ferry Rd. HE NEARLY CAUSED ANOTHER ACCIDENT RESPONDING TO THE FIRST. Maybe it's just one rogue driver but I would assume management is complicit (they cannot be bothered to return calls to address problem drivers) and likely contribute to a culture where response time is valued over safety. DO NOT HIRE. You have a right, even after an accident to request someone better.
Very professional. Sent a tow truck to my home very quickly, driver notified me when he was near, and my dead vehicle was towed to the dealership with no problems.
