I picked my keys and my phone in my car at Bucee’s and had no idea where to find help. The I saw a tow truck filling up with gas and I ran over to see if he had tools to open a locked car. He did! Better still, he opened the door and didn’t even charge me. I was willing to pay. But he said no. I was so grateful for his kindness.

200 just to tow a car a few miles and 35 more by the day is too pricey
and its ridiculous! For the ones saying that its a fair price is lying or they just pick and choose what to charge certain people. Either way I had a bad experience!!!

Disgrace was skinny just didn't have a chance but the critical and shady! How is it legal to keep someone's possessions inside there vehicle. All they are allowed to have is the vehicle itself but this company holds your items for grandsons. Either pay to get the car out or sign over your vehicle. Heaven forbid you loose that title and try to get it replaced. You will soon learn that despite your daily contact in regards to your vehicle they have put a lean on the car for abandonment. Which means no replacement title to sign over and he's demanded it to get your stuff. Not only does this company operate outside of normal legal realms but they are down right immoral and I'm in raged And will stand up for myself against this injustice and the bully known as Tim's Wrecker Service!!!

Tims has the most reliable, fastest response time of any towing company i have ever used & ive been towed a lot from multiple wrecks & breakdowns. The hometown approach they apply to their buisness is always there & it feels like help from neighbors & friends which is very comforting in times of stress.A+
They are sooo rude!!! I have never been to a place that is so unprofessional in my life!!! The owner and the girl that collects the money need to take a course in customer service!!!
Horrible, absolutely awful. The owner is rude and crooked. My Mom’s car quit in front of her house. All was needed was to take the car to their house. My Dad has called the cops to help her, I had surgery the previous day which is why she came to my house. I asked the cop if he’d help her by calling a wrecker service since I wasn’t suppose to be up. He said he would and he’d make sure she got in the house. He did and told her the tow was going to be 150.00 which is super high, when the driver comes it then became 175.00 plus $10.00 for using a debit card. The owner tells me he didn’t care that I just had surgery I had to drive which I am on pain meds not suppose to drive across town to pay the driver that to my knowledge already took payment. He took the card from my mom but did not swipe the card which I only saw him hand the card back totally unaware that he didn’t swipe the card. Misunderstanding after miss understanding. I explained from the beginning my parents are old, I am recovering from surgery from the day before. No attempt to be understanding or empathetic. Had the money did not know there was a racket between the city and wrecker service. Tower if my mom or myself called would of been $50.00 according to the driver. I know for a fact $55.00 with Greg’s wrecker service. I will never utilize their service ever again in life. And wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy let alone a friend.
