I was in a pickle and Justin and everyone on the team was nice and efficient, could not have picked a better company. I hope I don’t keep getting in situations like this but if I ever do this is the service I will choose always.
My truck quit around 11pm and the driver arrived quickly. He was professional and had a good attitude. He suggested a safe spot to leave my truck and trailer until the following day. Good folks!

The local sheriff called them on the drivers behalf without giving our driver a chance to chose another service. They scammed us of over $11,000 for a tow and hook.
We do not recommend their service, be aware of this scam.

These guys are a total scam! They are overpriced and will rip you off ! 6 miles for $20,000 ? Are you serious. I am keeping the truck rotting there as all lawyers won't accept the case due to conflict of interest

I have left a review on selfs wrecker service and I’m going say the same thing with yall the two girls that’s running both companies have a smart attitude towards customers I know i called selfs wrecker service here a couple weeks ago to get a price on towing a car and it was way to high and she said it would be at least 2 to 3 hours before she had anyone cleared and I know the girl name at selfs her name is Katie she was very rude I’m 55 years old and I called Randy towing and the lady answered the phone was very rude to I want call ether place again and i think it’s ran bye the same owner bc you see Randy’s towing truck setting at selfs then you will see selfs trucks setting at Randy’s towing like what’s the deal here who’s the owner of this place
Car wouldn’t start. Called Randy’s. The lady in the office was very pleasant and reassuring. Arrived quickly. Jumped it off. Told me to leave it running and go get a new battery installed.

Great company. A family member was broke down on 65 near Columbia. After calling several tow company's none was affordable or would drive to pick him up on the side of the road and bring him back to my home I'm proud that this company cares about people!highly recommend this company
I was stuck on the railroad track this evening called Randy’s and they were out quickly they weee extremely professional, highly recommend them, great company and great people.
Showed up . Let a winch cable out 5 ft . Hit button took 2 min to pick up my chipper . Said he didnt know how to charge for it. But walked in front of his truck talking on the phone then charged me 265$ .totaly screwing me over for 3 min work . 12$ card fee. Next time nevrrmind they will not be a next...

Randy's Towing & Recovery is a fantastic company and the employees are even better. My son had a single vehicle accident at 5:30 on a Sunday morning and the vehicle was sitting in a traffic lane unable to be moved. The insurance company couldn't guarantee a speedy recovery so I called Randy's Towing & Recovery. The driver showed up in about 20 minutes and scooped the vehicle up and took it back to their lot. It took until Friday for the insurance company to understand that the vehicle was totaled. Randy's Towing & Recovery let us come by and take pictures and retrieve our belongings on two different occasions. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and extremely helpful. I will not use anyone else but Randy's Towing & Recovery.
The people help she say need a release paper for the police department I'm out of state and help me whit the address when back with the paper is really fast to take out the car.

It’s never a good day when you have to call a tow truck.
I called five services before I call Randy’s Towing. It was amazing to hear the other companies lack of commitment.
When I talk to Justin, he actually answers his phone instead of voicemail
And he was very responsive and also very easy to get in touch keeping us updated
And then they actually arrive three hours before any of the other tow companies and earlier than they had even promised
And when Daniel arrived, I felt very confident in his ability to tow our AWD BMW.
This will be my tow company in the Athens area
After having a blow out on 65, I called Cadillac Roadside Service . They contracted a different towing company & over 3 hours later that company had not arrived. After 6+ phone calls back to roadside service I was losing my marbles with Roadside service and the contracted towing company, I called Justin while on the phone with Roadside service and had them move the service call to Randy’s Towing regardless of the fact that Randy’s wasn’t contracted through them . Justin verified payment while on the phone & immediately sent someone out . Less than 30 mins later & I was finally towed to the dealership thanks to Randy’s Towing. Jonathan was very respectful & friendly . HIGHLY recommend Randy’s for all your towing needs !
I had a blow out halfway through 12 hour drive around 8 at night, and a female traveling alone with my dog. The lady on the phone was very friendly and understanding I was wanting it done as quickly as possible. Driver was there within 20 minutes to put spare on. He was quick and super nice guy. They definitely made a bad situation much better! He also helped me pull luggage out and put old tire and rim in front of bed of my truck so I wouldn't have to pull it out to get luggage once I reached destination. Also felt the price was very reasonable!!
Great experience, needed a car towed from a breakdown to a dealership. Driver was a former mechanic and knew the best way to unlock the transmission so the car would roll in neutral and not dragged. Even checked the car out to see if it was an easy fix before towing it off. Used them several times and they are friendly, quick and hassle free. Highly recommend.
