I would like to give a shout out to the team I worked with at BTS towing. From the first person on the phone, Hailey! She was direct, and did what she said she would do. Very professional, got back with me in a reasonable time, and the prices!!! Couldn’t find a better value!!! The tow guys Mike and Devin, showed up on time, again professional, did great ? job! Devin even had to level my camper in the dark! Just an amazing job from all and so much appreciate them for everything they did to help me out. Thanks guys!!!

Truck was impounded on a Sat morning, called all day to try and get it out, they wouldn't meet me there to get my things much less to retrieve my vehicle...Same thing Sunday, they were supposed to call me back, never did...Then had the nerve to still charge me another 100$, 50$ a day, on top of the 275$ for the impound..Nice little racket they have going here...Handed the man behind the desk my $, he wouldn't look me in the eye, I wouldn't have looked me in the eye either...Legal theft and cowardice...So thank you for participating in the legal theft that city, state, and federal bodies allow, and being apart of the problem to make a few extra bucks...

To be stuck at a weigh station OOS SUCKS, but Devon showed up super quick, evaluated our wheel seal issue, did the repair and got us back on the road all within under two hours from calling in, to repaired and on the road again! Extremely satisfied. If we have to deal with this ever again, I hope there are more Devon's that show up to fix it. Fast, professional, and friendly. And the price was under what other places were wanting to charge. Thanks BT's!!

Called BT's on a Sunday afternoon stranded with a flat tire on a Class A 54000lb motorhome towing another vehicle about 45 minutes from the business. He answered our phone call and after some discussion about the situation and location where we were, he called upon a network relationship with another business very close to where we were located and within 30 minutes i had professional road side service arrive and within 30 more minutes tire was repaired and we were on our way. I was impressed that Larry's concern was simply to get us going as quick as possible and even using his network for our benefit showing selflessness and care for the customer-all on a Sunday afternoon. Thank you Larry and thank you Clint!!

Had to get towed by these guys last night gotta say very impressed. Brian was awesome very kind and friendly and also very respectful and he got the job done in good amount of time. If i ever need a tow i will be calling these guys

We were broke down in our race rig on the side of the interstate (on a Sunday) and Devin went above and beyond helping us ! He was quick to arrive and was quick to help my husband replace the brake quick release valve! They are very thorough and efficient! We highly recommend their company! He saved us big time! I have unfortunately used this company 2 times in a month and a half while visiting Athens Alabama. (only unfortunately because who wants to tow a vehicle) both times we received the best service. They were there in no time. Very friendly and made us feel super comfortable, putting us in the truck immediately to cool down both times. I can’t remember the drivers name from the 1st time but yesterday was a super polite, friendly and kind man named Cedric! He sure made the ride to the shop very comfortable and enjoyable. We loved his stories, and whether he loved ours or not he listened and laughed with us! If we ever need a tow in Alabama again we would not hesitate who to call. Someone recommended me to these guys for an AC service which I thought was odd being it’s a towing company lol well here I am…. I had a compressor go bad, didn’t wanna pay someone an arm & a leg to change it, nobody else would fill or service the new compressor being I did the labor myself. These guys got me in & out immediately, ac blows cold (48 degrees) the price was extremely fair. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend, an will be back. It’s hard to find common sense in North Alabama & these guys are above & beyond.

We were on our way to work, and I think we ran over something. The tire went immediately flat. No shoulder to the road, so we pulled onto another less busy road. We just called in a blow out. Brady came to save the day in about 20 minutes. That's how long we were told it'd take, and he arrived promptly. He assessed the situation, and felt the tire. I guess the rim had ran over the tire, slicing it. He tried to inflate it on site, and get us on our way. Unfortunately, it was done for. Brady let us ride in his tow truck to the repair shop, and dropped us at home. He's such a very nice, and funny fella! The price point was very fair too. He definitely left an impression, and we live local, so I know who I'll call if I ever find myself in need again. I wasn't on time to work, and getting into any road trouble stinks, but it was about the most pleasant stinky situation I could have had. Thank you!

They were the cheapest rate I had after calling around. I only needed a tow for 9 miles and they were there in less than 10 minutes. The lady I spoke to on the phone was friendly and kind and professional and our towman Cederick was very nice and professional and careful. If I ever needed another tow, or knew any one who did I'd recommend only BTs. Thank you It's! 5 stars

Monday 4-14 on I65 we had a second blowout of the day and no other spare with us on way back to Indiana from Florida--- called another place and was gonna be 2 1/2 hours (after an hour already on phone) i them finally got smart and called local BT Towing and talked to a very sweet lady who was so helpful---- she called around to find tires and wheels to fit us and sent service truck to pick them up and get to us. 30 minutes later here comes our rescue!! 2 of the finest guys we ever met pulled up --- a smaller older fellow and a taller younger man jumped out to help(sorry guys forgot your names in the stress)! Came to be they all camp together regularly so knew what we were dealing with. Very quickly changed the blown tire and also the other side so we had matched pair. They safely blocked road for us and followed us for a mile or so and called to have us pull over again so they could check everything was OK! By the way ---- 1/3 the price of other quote!!! My car broke down and I sat on the side of the road waiting for another tow service for 5 hours. When I called roadside assistance to get someone else, BT’s found me and had my car loaded up in 30 minutes. The driver was great. I will be calling them again if I have car trouble.

We had the unfortunate experience of a screw in our tire last night while traveling back to Michigan from Gulf Shores. Lee responded to our call and discovered that the screw had not actually gone all the way through the tire. Lee came out at 1:30 AM and was an amazing professional. I’d work with Lee and BT’s anytime the need arises. Thanks for the help, Lee!

I had them tow one of my trucks and they did a fantastic job getting it on the tow truck’s bed without damaging anything. The wheel bearing was coming off on the front passenger side and it was a bit of a challenge, but not for the truck oppressor. Guys are experienced and know what they are doing.

They were heaven sent! My husband and I were stranded on an exit ramp in a tractor-trailer (I know). Called, they sent someone out to us, the technician (nice guy) immediately detected the problem, towed us to a safe spot, found the part, then fixed it on site. Highly recommend!

I called BT's Towing and Tire Repair due to a blown tire on the side of I-65. From the time that I called him (after hours), he got two tires and had them changed and we were back on the road in about an hour. (And he had to come from over 30 minutes away!) Devin understood why we were nervous and treated us like it was the most important thing to him at this time. I highly recommend! Very appreciative.

I definitely would recommend using BT’S wrecker service for anything you may need. We had missed our turn and ended up in the ditch with a concrete culvert. Brady came out and was the nicest most professional driver we cld have asked for. Not only that, he genuinely knew what he was doing and saved my car. I will attach pictures. I’m so thankful he came and took charge the way he did!! If I cld give higher than 5 stars, I would!! Thank you Brady!

They where great. Called and in less than 30min they showed up. Loaded the car and got us home fast. And didn't cost that much. Will use them all the time I need a tow. The driver Brady was great.

I was off on the side of the road in a really scary situation with my son in the backseat and I was on my way into a ditch. Brady came by helped me out. He was very quick very very friendly. He even talked to my kid and was being nice to him easing the situation. Super thankful that I got someone who actually was compassionate. 10/10 would recommend

This people charged us $315 to only put air on a tire, that was not flat, just a little low. When the guy was on site, walking distance. He didn’t have to travel anywhere. Charged me for service fee and $90 for hours . It took him less than 3 min to put air on a tire. Thieves, stay away from them.
