These guys are so rude and I got a nail in my tire. I drove out of my way to come to their scrap yard because I had heard it was good but i couldnt have been lied to worse. It was such an awful experience. Everyone was so rude and unhelpful and the yard is a mess.
There is nothing on the website about lunch break an there should be ! So there closed for lunch 1145 to 1230 just so people know an don't waste there time
I'm positive they rigged the scale. I took in #1 copper and the scale read 209lbs. I questioned this and the ticket he gave me to take to the pay counter said 264. I been at this awhile and are positive I had 350+lbs. WATCH THE SCALE before during and after the weight in.
The big 6'5 guy was very helpful, honest and very nice. The thin black guy with an unlit cigarette dangling from his mouth , was not. He was unprofessional and did not help customers, in fact, he ignored them.
I have been to this location twice recently and both times they did not price my items at the correct metal rate. The payout was completely incorrect. Not to mention the attitude I was given. I won't be back
Been doing business here since they opened and always have a good experience occasionally they're busy and have to wait a little while but that's just like anywhere you go. I've never been to Walmart and not had to wait in line. It just shows theyre a good company doing good business when they've got a parking lot full of customers
I weighed some radiators at my house before taking them up there. At my house they weighed 87lbs. When I got there they only weighed 56lbs. I did this because last time i saw the guys picking my copper up and down multiple times so I wanted to see just how badly they were ripping people off. Never again will I go here.
Only reason I gave one star was because no option for 0 exists! I've been doing business with these guys since they opened this location. Today however I feel like I was robbed! The 60 lbs of #2 insulated copper wire was paid for in something they call harness wire when it was plain old #2 insulated copper wire. And was paid for 50% aluminum cast for the 20 lbs of completely clean all cast aluminum and too many other things that the guys in the non ferrous bay shorted me on. I in all actuality received half of what my materials were worth and has me thinking if some kind of scheme is happening there? A bbb report will be made and investigated.
Very nice people to deal with. Always willing to help me out with unloading when needed. Love them folks. Descent prices considering the times we live in. remember they are human beings, and they have good days and bad just like the rest of us. please be patient and kind and it will all be ok in the end. hope you all have a blessed day.
This place needs coordination...the non ferrous bay is a joke . Takes entirely to long..they need at least 2 bays working . I have been to a recycling center that took over 44 minutes just to get in there
My boy friend had a good experience at the back recycling. I stayed at the front and the lady at the window was far from friendly. The company has a Wi-Fi that popped up and it stayed to ask for a login and she told me they didn't have Wi-Fi. Which was a lie. They need a lesson in manners.
