They cashier was very rude very very rude tried to charge me what it would cost new and when I told her that what it cost new she wanted to charge me more and she was very rude i will never go back there
Bought a starter from them yesterday. Sold me a bad starter. Wanted me to buy another one before they would refund me the money for the bad starter. They are all about the money without any customer service. Stay away from there
Really nice people. A little mom and pop place. When I got there after calling a bout a part they asked if I was going to remove the part... I said I was not told that I would need to. They removed the part for me and sold it to me for tha price quoted.
Bad transmission, but they stand behind the warranty and refund all the money back I will be back thank you

When the older man was there it was an easy place for used parts. Now you can call all day everyday and the line is busy. So you drive miles out of the way and they don't have your parts.
Oh well.
We try our best to treat everyone how we would want to be treated . Fair prices , we try and compare other prices and lower them for our customers . Each part is warrantied 30 days with no extra charge . But yes if u wait past ur 30 days then we won’t refund anything . It’s a huge junkyard with different variety of vehicles and parts . If you haven’t came and checked us out , please do so. we welcome anybody with open arms . Grandad started this business by being the fasted fruit picker around , he bought a few cars and then a few cars turned into this huge junkyard. I love when he tells people his story on how he started this business . Hes one amazing man ! We all work hard to keep it going for him and to make sure our customers leave satisfied! The prices sometimes feel a little high, but they somehow always seem to have the parts I'm looking for, so I can't complain too much. I've gone up there looking for stuff for a Nissan Pathfinder, Ford Explorer, Buick Park Avenue, Ford F150, Honda Odyssey, and Jeep Grand Cherokee. They had parts for all of them. Just get ready for a hike and pack your tool bag as light as possible so it's easier to carry lol it's a big place.
Purchased a used rear axle assembly, they stated it was out and ready, purchased the assembly, it was loaded in a very timely manner and I was on my way. The lady was very professional and helpful with my transaction.
If you need any car parts go see these people, These guys are awesome. They will go out of their way to help. I do business here all the time. No complaints at all
MY daddy allways went to Pitts junkyard before they closed and moved to Blackburn Auto parts. I have allways went to them when i needed something amd they are good folks. They dont take my bs tho. So dont bring it.
A few weeks ago I called and spoke with the guy that owns the business and asked if he was interested in buying my truck. (Because they buy complete cars and trucks from the public to resell the parts off of it) I was giving a price which was about a $100.00 more than the price of scrap at the time. I just thought it was because of inflation so I didn't give it any more thought. The way they buy your vehicle is you can either take it to them or they will pick it up and take $50.00 off the total price you've been giving for the vehicle. So I waited a few days then a week then 2 weeks when I called to ask them why it hasn't been picked up they back out of the deal because they over priced the value. Now I didn't give myself that quote they did only to turn around and back out of the deal. So I would not recommend this place for anything. They are very short with customers and have a attitude problem. From the people that answer the phone to the people in the office. It is very nasty in the office as well. So nasty that you do not want to touch anything.
Had to get a blower motor for my car the other week, found out I gave them the wrong model car. It only costs me $25 and being a single mom, thankful they took the time to get me the right one and not charge me anything extra
I can honestly say that everyone working at Pitts is very nice folks, Helpful to what ever you need, the lady behind the desk is so nice. I recommend you go to PITTS AUTO PARTS.
Pitts Auto is a gr8 place to go for used parts. The folks are friendly and prices are good. It is a little bit of a drive but very well worth it. A gr8 30 day return policy.
Useually has the used part you need. But having to go out in the field and search for the right vehicle myself made it time consuming. Employees was helpful after me giving up.
Those people are a Family running a big Junkyard, prices very reasonable! They are honest and kind to anyone and knowledgeable! I was pleasantly surprised.
Solange Pitts will sell you any part you ask for at a cut rate and tell you if it don't wrk bring it back. I'll give you you money or we will find you the right part. And that's good for 30 days.
I can find almost anything at Pitt's! The only catch is, "I" can. The part picker told me that they didn't have the wheel I was looking for, and showed me a picture of what they did have. I went down to where he was looking 15 minutes prior, turned around and found at least 3 of the wheel I needed. Mr. Pitt has a great selection, and will haggle with you, but make sure you put YOUR eye on what you need.
They are horrible people. When you ask for help to work on a car they go off on you. We were there for 30 minutes trying to get a part off a car and they tried throwing us out for nothing. It’s 4:30 on the dot and they claim they’re closing but the hours online say 6. I’ve been to many junkyards and this is by far the worst. I would have this place shut down.
They have a good selection of parts that to pick from. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They, unlike several other places I called, called me back. They helped load the part in the vehicle. I’d recommend them to everyone.
Bought engine, installed engine, the engine was junk, (had a blown head gasket and broken off bolts in the exhaust) returned engine. Finally recieved refund from the engine but it took over a week. Its now been about 3 weeks since the return and I still have not recieved the refund for the core charge.
They may have all the parts you need but they're caught in lies so much! They'll tell you one price over the phone & when you get up there they start out saying "we haven't had anybody call for a price on any wheels. Then they're like oh yeah well we told you 30 not 20!" wait....I thought you didn't have anybody call about any and there was 2 other ppl listening in on tht line bc you were on speakerphone when you told us 20. So we drive from Huntsville to get them only to be charged 20 bucks more than we were told! We could've literally bought those EXACT same rims but BRAND NEW for 20 bucks more. We are NOT happy with business there. I was a regular there but I think I'll take my business to LKQ from now on! These junk yards are getting a little bit ridiculous on their prices for USED PARTS!
