Phillip was GREAT! Arrived quicker than anticipated. Didn't just drop vehicle off and run. He actually put it where I needed it to be. Very polite! Even made the neighbor kids happy. They wanted to hear the horn and he obliged; made their evening! Will keep card in my wallet for future needs or referral. Hopefully won't need any time in the near future.
I couldn't have asked for a better breakdown recovery experience. This person went above and beyond to help me out when I needed it most. Pleasant, courteous, and truly dedicated, he made sure I got to a garage that was open, saving me from a stressful situation. I don't normally write reviews, but this level of service deserves recognition. I'm incredibly grateful and highly recommend his assistance to anyone in need.
I would recommend this company over and over again! Everyone is extremely helpful and will go out of their way to ensure their customers are taken care of. This includes meeting after hours when needed and taken extreme caution with your vehicles.

Just like the way they attack you for a honest review is the same way they attack you while doing business with them. I can see why they feel the need to lie in there responses to other customers, they do not take responsibility. Hot heads is the best way to describe them. I was yelled at, threatened my safety, damaged my vehicle, went from $300 to $600 and then to $700 because they "said they could" after asking them to fix the damage on the vehicle they caused, bad customer service. Had to call the cops to even get the truck back. Now they are looking me up on social media and stalking me because I've left an honest review.
Very rude employees!!! If you pay for service, you should expect to be talked to like a person, not disrespected. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional and pricey!! 700$ for towing and they will not take care of your vehicle. And yes I was the customer!!!!
they threatened to do something they would regret, told us we looked like we couldn't afford to even get it out, yelled at us and was very unprofessional. I even to call cops because I felt unsafe.
To be a business that deals with customers on a daily basis, they're absolutely atrocious at handling situations. The owners can't hold their temper, at all.

There's plenty of other towing companies in the Athens Limestone area, go anywhere but here unless you want to be talked down to and degraded.
This business is what all towing and transport companies should be! I have used this business on many occasions for towing and multi vehicle transport. They go above and beyond to get the job done in the timeframe promised. Everyone there from the owner to the drivers are true professionals in every way.
We regularly use their services for both our professional and personal needs. They have a great staff that is very friendly and knowledgeable. Their driver Brandon is in a league of his own, does an amazing job and makes you laugh while he does it. Highly recommend!
These guys are the real deal. Ive done business with them 10 plus times and they are very fair and professional. I will continue doing business with these guys and recommend other people to do so also!
We had a vehicle to get out of impound and couldn’t have 2 people there by the time they closed for the weekend, but the gentleman let us prove ownership and move it outside the gate so it wouldn’t ecru more money. After hours he answered my call and went out of his way to help us get the car started (2 people had to, one wiggle a wire and the other to start it… I know, not my car ?) even took a picture I sent and circled exactly what needed to be “wiggled”. We were able to finally start it and I can’t thank them enough for their kindness
I don't recommend these people at all . Very disrespectful don't care about your car or you . There highly expensive and they make it difficult for you to get your vehicle back if towed or impounded. If I were you I'd not get a service from this company . I have text messages from one of the employees or owner where he literally being rude for no reason to me and being a smartass.
I highly recommend Travis and his team. We had a car impounded and had complications on our side for getting back the vehicle. Travis went above and beyond to assist us with what was needed so that we could proceed. Thank you so much, Travis!

Will was very helpful in our time of need. Arrived very fast and took our car to the tire shop for repairs. Then took us to the hotel. Gave my husband his personal number in case we needed anything else. He went above and beyond. Don't know him but I would consider him a true friend. Thank you very much.
We needed to have our truck towed to a transmission shop in Athens and we called Laser Towing. Not only were they here quickly they are extremely polite, professional and the driver acted like he was happy to do his job. The gentleman answering the phone was also polite, professional and very knowledgeable. If we ever need a car towed again we will use Laser and they'll definitely be highly recommended by us.
So glad another towing company referred me to Lazer! Super nice on the phone & then Travis arrived just minutes after I called. Fast, efficient, & very helpful! The first repair place couldn't take me, so Travis found another repair shop that could check my car immediately. Best ever service! Highly recommended!
I used them for a moving a car I purchased today and they were prompt and at the location within the hour and had no problem delivering from Tanner/Athens to the other side of Decatur. I will definitely use them again if possible and the need arises. Very professional, gave me an online receipt and great customer service.
My truck wasn't starting and I was stranded in Athens. I called Laser Towing, spoke to Josh, and he immediately sent Patrick out to see what was happening.
Fortunately, I only needed a jump start, but the customer service I received and the above and beyond advice I got for battery service was great. Highly recommend these guys.
One of our family members were stranded on the side of the road while on their way to vacation. His humble heart shined through as he stood with her two kids to keep them company while they got everything straightened out with the rental company. Highly recommend Laser Towing! They helped us in a prompt and very efficient manner when we were stranded just off the interstate. Sean went above and beyond to make what could have been a very stressful situation more of a pleasant diversion from our plans. Lazer Towing and Recovery gets 5 stars from me. I was in an accident while moving to Florida. I was 600 miles from home. My car was undriveable and I was loaded with my possessions on a way to start a new chapter in my life. My insurance company had no idea who was reliable for towing my vehicle and was unable to locate a rental car large enough for everything in my car. Charles took care of finding me a rental car that would accommodate my needs. He helped;ped me locate a body shop that was reputable and and stayed after work to help me reload my possessions so I could continue on my trip. Charles went over and above the call of duty or the duties of his job.......He was my savior on a day that I really needed help. I will always remember his kindness and Laser Towing. A company with people who care and you can depend on!

Great company to work with when you are in a bind! I called Laser when my car broke down one night and they were very quick in their response to get to me. Very helpful and reasonable on the checkbook! Will definitely be calling them again for all of my roadside service needs!!!
